目的比较桡动脉和足背动脉穿刺连续测压的差异。方法选取我院近年来收治的60例择期手术患者,分别进行桡动脉及足背动脉监测,对患者麻醉前、插管前、气管插管后、术中、手术结束时的平均动脉压值进行观察。结果麻醉前患者两种监测所得平... 目的比较桡动脉和足背动脉穿刺连续测压的差异。方法选取我院近年来收治的60例择期手术患者,分别进行桡动脉及足背动脉监测,对患者麻醉前、插管前、气管插管后、术中、手术结束时的平均动脉压值进行观察。结果麻醉前患者两种监测所得平均动脉压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);气管插管前、插管后、术中、手术结束时足背动脉穿刺监测所得平均动脉压明显高于桡动脉(P<0.05)。结论足背动脉穿刺连续测压安全性高,有助于术中更好地监护,值得推广应用。 展开更多

In this study,the micro-failure process and failure mechanism of a typical brittle rock under uniaxial compression are investigated via continuous real-time measurement of wave velocities.The experimental results indicate that the evolutions of wave velocities became progressively anisotropic under uniaxial loading due to the direction-dependent development of micro-damage.A wave velocity model considering the inner anisotropic crack evolution is proposed to accurately describe the variations of wave velocities during uniaxial compression testing.Based on which,the effective elastic parameters are inferred by a transverse isotropic constitutive model,and the evolutions of the crack density are inversed using a self-consistent damage model.It is found that the propagation of axial cracks dominates the failure process of brittle rock under uniaxial loading and oblique shear cracks develop with the appearance of macrocrack. 展开更多
