根据室内热环境人体舒适性具有的不绝对、模糊的特点,研制出了一种多变量模糊舒适度评价仪表.仪表以室内空气的温度、相对湿度、流速为输入变量,以模糊综合评判方法为原理,以ADμC812单片机为硬件电路核心,给出了各影响因素的权重系数... 根据室内热环境人体舒适性具有的不绝对、模糊的特点,研制出了一种多变量模糊舒适度评价仪表.仪表以室内空气的温度、相对湿度、流速为输入变量,以模糊综合评判方法为原理,以ADμC812单片机为硬件电路核心,给出了各影响因素的权重系数及各语言变量语言值的化分,对于温度、相对湿度影响因素具有耦合关系问题,通过不同温度区间采用不同的权重系数及不同的语言值的化分的方法解决,能够实现数据采集,运算合成及解耦合,得出评价结论的功能,实验结果表明:该仪表具有较高的可信度,是对室内热环境舒适性作出评价的一种有效工具. 展开更多

In order to reduce the possibility that quality problems occur resulting from “ bad ” weather, a new dispatching rule is designed for the job sequencing problem in the machine shop of a wood furniture factory. First, two indices including risky duration and risk magnitude are established to characterize the weather conditions. Based on these two indices, the job suitability under the future air state is derived by the fuzzy decision method, and integrated with atraditional heuristic to compute the dispatching priority of each job. Then, a new measure matching degree is constructed to evaluate the effectiveness of the dispatching rule. The greater the matching degree, the smaller the possibility that the quality problems of wood products occur. Finally, simulation experiments show that the dispatching rule can greatly increase the matching degree while maintaining low weighted tardiness. 展开更多

In order to enhance measuring precision of the real complex electromechanical system,complex industrial system and complex ecological & management system with characteristics of multi-variable,non-liner,strong coupling and large time-delay,in terms of the fuzzy character of this real complex system,a fuzzy least squares support vector machine(FLS-SVM) soft measurement model was established and its parameters were optimized by using adaptive mutative scale chaos immune algorithm.The simulation results reveal that fuzzy least squares support vector machines soft measurement model is of better approximation accuracy and robustness.And application results show that the relative errors of the soft measurement model are less than 3.34%. 展开更多

Because the fitness of node is uncertain or fuzzy in some social networks, an explicit form of the degree distribution on fuzzy fitness is derived within a mean field approach. It is a weighted sum of different fuzzy fitness. It can be found that the fuzzy fitness of nodes may lead to multiscaling. Moreover, the clustering coefficient of node decays as power law and clustering coefficient of network behavior not-decrease-but-increase’ phenomenon after some time. Double self-adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm-based control strategy was proposed to construct quasi-cascade control system to control the speed of the acid-pickling process of titanium plates and strips. It is very useful in overcoming non-linear dynamic behavior, uncertain and time-varying parameters, un-modeled dynamics, and couples between the automatic turbulence control (ATC) and the automatic acid temperature control (AATC) with varying parameters during the operation process. The quasi-cascade control system of inner and outer loop self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller was built, which could effectively control the pickling speed of plates and strips. The simulated results and real application indicate that the plates and strips acid pickling speed control system has good performances of adaptively tracking the parameter variations and anti-disturbances, which ensures the match of acid pickling temperature and turbulence of flowing with acid pickling speed, improving the surface quality of plates and strips acid pickling, and energy efficiency. 展开更多
