信息技术与教育的融合是大势所趋,但在理论与实践的层面上还面临着一些困惑与挑战,比如"非显著性差异现象"与"乔布斯之问",均在一定程度上揭示了信息技术与教育融合的历史命运。从"创新扩散模型""... 信息技术与教育的融合是大势所趋,但在理论与实践的层面上还面临着一些困惑与挑战,比如"非显著性差异现象"与"乔布斯之问",均在一定程度上揭示了信息技术与教育融合的历史命运。从"创新扩散模型""技术接受模型""技术成熟度曲线"等技术扩散的理论视角出发来审视与反思当前信息技术在教育领域内的扩散,有助于我们把握信息技术与教育融合的普遍规律,破解技术与教育融合的历史与现实难题。而揭示信息技术与教育融合的适效性与滞后性等特殊性,则可以有效回应"非显著性差异现象",回答"乔布斯之问"。以此为基础,该文对包括大型开放网络课程、翻转课堂、电子书包在内的教育技术创新进行了深度解析,期望能够更进一步地认识信息技术与教育、尤其是正规学校教育融合的长期性与复杂性。 展开更多

Wheat samples were collected from Hetao Area, Inner Mongolia, and their poisonous, harmful and beneficial elements contents were analyzed. According to the standards for heavy metals in wheat green food, the Hg, Cd, As and Pb contents in the wheat samples collected from Qiantao Area were all below the national standards, indicating that they were green; and the heavy metals contents in the wheat samples collected from Houtao Area were basically in line with the pollutionfree food hygiene standards, indicating that they were not harmful to human body. Harmful elements Cd and Hg were more enriched in the wheat samples from Qiantao Area, but their contents were all lower than the national food standards, indicating that the wheat from Qiantao Area was not harmful to human health. The wheat from Houtao Area was rich in essential trace elements Cu, Zn, Se and K, and long-term consumption was beneficial to human health. 展开更多

Causes for the Unimodal Pattern of Leaf Carbon Isotope Composition in Abies faxoniana Trees Growing in a Natural Forest along an Altitudinal Gradient 被引量:3

Leaf morphological and physiological traits of Abies faxoniana growing in a natural forest along an altitudinal gradient were measured with the aim to identify the central mechanism for the marked variation in foliar δ13C determined by an isotope ratio mass spectrometer. There is a unimodal pattern of plant functional traits in these temperate and semi- humid areas. Stomatal parameters, specific leaf area, and C/N ratio increased, whereas C, N and δ13C values decreased with increasing altitude below 3000 m a.s.1. In contrast, they exhibited opposite trends above 3000 m a.s.l.. Our results demonstrated that high-altitude plants achieve higher water use efficiency (WUE) at the expense of decreasing nitrogen use efficiency (NUE), whereas plants at 3000 m can maintain a relatively higher NUE but a lower WUE. Such intra-specific differences in the trade-off between NUE and WUE may partially explain the altitudinal distribution of the plants in relation to moisture and nutrient availability. Our results clearly indicate that the functional relations between nutritional status and the structure of leaves are responsible for the altitudinal variations associated with δ13C. The pivotal role of specific leaf area in regulating plant adaptive responses provides a potential physiological mechanism for the observed growth advantage of populations occupying the medium altitude. These adaptive responses altitudinal gradients showed that an altitude to of approximately 3000 m a.s.1, is the optimum distribution zone for A. faxoniana, allowing the most vigorous growth and metabolism. These results improve our understanding of the various roles of environmental and biotic variables upon δ13C dynamics and provide useful information for subalpine coniferous forest management. 展开更多

The study was conducted to identify indoor air quality and the level of thermal comfort in various selected locations in Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment (FKAB), University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) with built-up area of 250,936 fie. The indoor air quality and thermal comfort were measured at various selected locations by using indoor air quality equipment (Thermal Comfort SERI). The thermal comfort assessments are based on Malaysian Code of Practice Indoor Air Quality 2005 and Moderate Thermal Environments-Determination of the PMV and PPD indices specification of the condition for thermal comfort (ISO7730:1994) From the data analysis, the FKAB building is considered inadequately vented space. The concentration of CO2 for all sampling area evaluated exceeds the recommended concentration (〉 1000 ppm). The ventilation system used in FKAB building is designed by delivering fix amount of fresh air into building from external building without consideration on the number of occupants. This common ventilation design will increase the amount of CO2 dramatically all day long and these reflect the inefficiency of energy used. The faculty needs to be equipped with a comprehensive energy management system that can allow detailed documentation of continuous performance of all energy system and consumption in the building. 展开更多

This paper presents an assessment of the spatial quality of a pedestrian street located in downtown Bauru, S^o Paulo State, Brazil, from the application of some urban sustainability indicators. Multi-method was used to evaluate the thermal comfort quality of users, urban accessibility and preservation of architectural heritage. The results show that the sustainability indicators, apart from being effective tools in identifying problems, can assist local managers in decision making, planning and monitoring of pedestrian public space. These indicators contribute to a broad diagnosis of the pedestrian street and also the formulation of programs, projects and municipal policies, aimed at providing a better life quality for pedestrians. 展开更多
