液氧零蒸发贮存逆布雷顿制冷机原理样机设计分析

针对液氧零蒸发贮存对90 K温区制冷量的需求,选择了透平—逆布雷顿制冷机的技术方案,进一步对空间应用背景的20 W@90 K逆布雷顿制冷机原理样机进行了理论研究。从工质种类的选择、质量流量、工作压力等几个方面对比,对关键部件展开热力学设计和数值模拟,分析了系统设计中不同参数对压缩机、膨胀机关键参数以及回热器效率的作用,判定了影响逆布雷顿制冷机整体效率的关键因素,确定系统关键设计参数,为采用逆布雷顿循环的空间大冷量低温制冷系统设计提供了依据。

Optimization of the performance characteristics in an irreversible regeneration magnetic Brayton refrigeration cycle

A model of the irreversible regenerative Brayton refrigeration cycle working with paramagnetic materials is established,in which the regeneration problem in two constant-magnetic field processes and the irreversibility in two adiabatic processes are considered synthetically.Expressions for the COP,cooling rate,power input,theminimum ratio of the two magnetic fields,etc.,are derived.It is found that the influence of the irreversibility and the regeneration on the main performance parameters of the magnetic Brayton refrigerator is remarkable.It is important that we have obtained several optimal criteria,which may provide some theoretical basis for the optimal design and operation of the Brayton refrigerator.The results obtained in the paper can provide some new theoretical information for the optimal design and performance improvement of real Brayton refrigerators.
