网络舆情结构逆转的影响因素分析与应对策略——基于系统结构建模方法的研究

网络舆情结构逆转作为网络舆情演化中的一种特殊现象,描述的是网络社会中群体话语权结构可能产生变化的过程。相对常见的“舆情结果反转”,结构逆转可能会对政策议程设置、政府决策实施造成更大的影响,故清晰识别和准确分析影响话语权... 网络舆情结构逆转作为网络舆情演化中的一种特殊现象,描述的是网络社会中群体话语权结构可能产生变化的过程。相对常见的“舆情结果反转”,结构逆转可能会对政策议程设置、政府决策实施造成更大的影响,故清晰识别和准确分析影响话语权结构逆转的各种因素极为迫切与必要。本文通过对比分析,阐释了网络舆情结构逆转的基本概念,并结合典型实例与重要文献,从社会层面、传播平台、传播个体以及传播内容对相关影响因素进行梳理总结,提炼出了35个网络舆情结构逆转的影响因素,并利用系统结构建模方法构建了影响因素层次结构模型,进而识别了各因素间的层次关系及作用路径,这可为网络舆情结构逆转现象的调控治理提供理论支撑。 展开更多

在网络社会中,依托群体性事件的舆情出现了结构上的逆转:传统强势的群体处于相对弱势地位,而传统弱势群体则相对强势,使得以权力为主导的各级政府倍感压力。基于议程设置理论视角,以5个PX项目事件为案例,探究群体性事件网络舆情结构逆... 在网络社会中,依托群体性事件的舆情出现了结构上的逆转:传统强势的群体处于相对弱势地位,而传统弱势群体则相对强势,使得以权力为主导的各级政府倍感压力。基于议程设置理论视角,以5个PX项目事件为案例,探究群体性事件网络舆情结构逆转过程中的关键主体与互动机理。研究发现:群体性事件本身、社会成员、意见领袖、传播媒体、涉事政府等主体的交互触发会影响政府公共决策的控制能力,且与政府公信力共同导致了群体性事件网络舆情结构逆转。网络舆情结构逆转的基本形式由"金字塔结构"向"扁平化结构"转变;驱动力量由"精英主导"向"大众交互"转变;互动模式由"线性模式"向"循环模式"转变;耦合方式由"线下选择传播"向"线下线上辐射传播"转变。 展开更多

社会舆情从现实社会转移到网络空间,导致网络舆情事件的出现。网络舆情扩散使得群体舆论的支持与反对力量对比反转,最终改变利益集团最初的决策,该现象称为网络舆情结构逆转。为了探索这种现象背后的复杂系统机制,本文基于Deffuant模型... 社会舆情从现实社会转移到网络空间,导致网络舆情事件的出现。网络舆情扩散使得群体舆论的支持与反对力量对比反转,最终改变利益集团最初的决策,该现象称为网络舆情结构逆转。为了探索这种现象背后的复杂系统机制,本文基于Deffuant模型建立了网络舆情扩散的结构逆转模型,该模型从两个方面对Deffuant模型改进,一是将个体自身的观点值转化为交互时的感知值,将连续观点的模型转化为离散观点模型,二是引入宏观的社会转型因素的影响。仿真结果显示,社会转型因素正向地影响网络舆情扩散,社会转型程度高,网络舆情结构逆转时的舆情扩散程度更高;群体异质性水平正向地延缓网络结构逆转现象,利益群体规模越大,网络舆情结构逆转越难以完成。本文提出的模型能一定程度上解释网络舆情扩散的结构逆转现象,可以为实践中网络舆情的管控提供理论参考与决策支持。 展开更多

The small enveloped DNA-containing virus replicates via reverse transcription, and this unique process is accomplished by the virally encoded reverse transcriptase (RT). This multi-functional protein plays a vital role in the viral life cycle. Here, we provide a summary of current knowledge regarding the structural characteristics and molecular mechanisms of HBV RT. Improved understanding of these processes is of both theoretical and practical significance for fundamental studies of HBV and drug discovery. 展开更多

The coal-bearing strata of Tertiary age are made up of alluvial fan-lacustrine-swamp genetic sequences. Sinistral strike-slip motion of the N-S trending fault zone has created a locally transtensional or transpres sional tectonic environment, giving rise to the relative movement of fault blocks in the basement, and the development of a strike-slip coal basin at the surface. AIM:To characterise the viral kinetics of enterovirus 71 (EV71).METHODS:In this study,human rhabdomyosarcoma (RD) cells were infected with EV71 at different multiplicity of infection (MOI).After infection,the cytopathic effect (CPE) was monitored and recorded using a phase contrast microscope associated with a CCD camera at different time points post viral infection (0,6,12,24 h post infection).Cell growth and viability were measured by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay in both EV71 infected and mock infected cells at each time point.EV71 replication kinet-ics in RD cells was determined by measuring the total intracellular viral RNA with real-time reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR).Also,the intracellular and extracellular virion RNA was isolated and quantified at different time points to analyze the viral package and secretion.The expression of viral protein was determined by analyze the levels of viral structure protein VP1 with Western blotting.RESULTS:EV71 infection induced a significant CPE as early as 6 h post infection (p.i.) in both RD cells infected with high ratio of virus (MOI 10) and low ratio of virus (MOI 1).In EV71 infected cells,the cell growth was inhibited and the number of viable cells was rapidly decreased in the later phase of infection.EV71 virions were uncoated immediately after entry.The intracellular viral RNA began to increase at as early as 3 h p.i.and the exponential increase was found between 3 h to 6 h p.i.in both infected groups.For viral structure protein synthesis,results from western-blot showed that intracellular viral protein VP1 could not be detected until 6 h p.i.in the cells infected at either MOI 1 or MOI 10;and reached the peak at 9 h p.i.in the cells infected with EV71 at both MOI 1 and MOI 10.Simultaneously,the viral package and secretion were also actively processed as the virus underwent rapid replication.The viral package kinetics was comparable for both MOI 1 and MOI 10 infected groups.It was observed that at 3 h p.i,the intracellular virions obviously decreased,thereafter,the intracellular virions began to increase and enter into the exponential phase until 12 h p.i.The total amounts of intracellular virons were decreased from 12 to 24 h p.i.Consistent with this result,the increase of virus secretion occurred during 6 to 12 h p.i.CONCLUSION:The viral kinetics of EV71 were established by analyzing viral replication,package and secretion in RD cells. 展开更多

This paper introduces an isolated reversible DC-DC converter with a particular topology, which benefits from both the NPC (neutral point clamped) structure and the series-parallel connection of converters. The key property of the proposed topology is the output voltage elevation above the blocking capabilities of each switch, without taking to a delicate synchronization of series-connected semiconductors. The converter is composed by two identical cells, each containing a full bridge, a medium frequency transformer and an NPC converter, connected in parallel at the input and in series at the output. The operation principle of each cell, into which a trapezoidal modulation was implemented, is similar to a DAB (dual active bridge). A new model improves the dynamic performance of the controller. Simulation and experimental results verify the proposed topology, its control and start-up strategy. 展开更多

The Sox proteins play critical roles during the development of animals, including sex determination and central nervous system development. In this study, the SoxB2 gene was cloned from a mollusk, the Zhikong scallop (Chlamysfarreri), and characterized with respect to phylogeny and tissue distribution. The full-length cDNA and genomic DNA sequences of C. farreri SoxB2 (CflSoxB2) were obtained by rapid amplification of cDNA ends and genome walking, respectively, using a partial cDNA fragment from the highly conserved DNA-binding domain, i.e., the High Mobility Group (HMG) box. The full-length cDNA sequence of CJSoxB2 was 2 048 bp and encoded 268 amino acids protein. The genomic sequence was 5 551 bp in length with only one exon. Several conserved elements, such as the TATA-box, GC-box, CAAT-box, GATA-box, and Sox/sry-sex/testis-determining and related HMG box factors, were found in the promoter region. Furthermore, real-time quantitative reverse transcription PCR assays were carried out to assess the mRNA expression of CJSoxB2 in different tissues. SoxB2 was highly expressed in the mantle, moderately in the digestive gland and gill, and weakly expressed in the gonad, kidney and adductor muscle. In male and female gonads at different developmental stages of reproduction, the expression levels of CfS;oxB2 were similar. Considering the specific expression and roles of SoxB2 in other animals, in particular vertebrates, and the fact that there are many pallial nerves in the mantle, cerebral ganglia in the digestive gland and gill nerves in gill, we propose a possible essential role in nervous tissue function for SoxB2 in C.farreri. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To determine the effects of Bushenhuoxue formula(BHF) on interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β),transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1),discoidin domain receptor 2(DDR2) and matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP-1) levels in a rat model of osteoarthritis(OA).METHODS:Sprague-Dawley rats were used to establish an OA model and subjected to various treatments over 6 weeks.Rats were treated with BHF,glucosamine sulfate(G5),or starch as a control.Serum levels of IL-1β and MMP-1 and joint fluid levels of IL-1 β were determined by means of ELISAs.We used immunohistochemistry to determine DDR2 levels in knee cartilage.Gene expression levels of MMP-1 in joint synovial tissue were assessed using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction assays.RESULTS:Serum IL-1β levels were unchanged throughout the study.Levels of IL-1β in joint fluid and MMP-1 in sera from the BHF- and GS-treated groups were significantly reduced.DDR2 levels in knee cartilage were also significantly reduced in the BHF group.Expression of the MMP-1 gene was significantly reduced by BHF treatment.CONCLUSION:BHF might be beneficial in the inhibition and alleviation of local inflammatory responses and cartilage degeneration in OA. 展开更多
