成都老官山汉墓出土了四台多综织机模型,提供了古代多综织机的实物证据。它们都采用一样的移动齿梁选综机构,提综机机构却有不同,一台织机用一个旋转踏板提升滑框,滑框再提升多片纹综。另外三台方法相同,用一个旋转踏板提升连杆,连杆再... 成都老官山汉墓出土了四台多综织机模型,提供了古代多综织机的实物证据。它们都采用一样的移动齿梁选综机构,提综机机构却有不同,一台织机用一个旋转踏板提升滑框,滑框再提升多片纹综。另外三台方法相同,用一个旋转踏板提升连杆,连杆再提升多片纹综。通过出土文物的实物对照,分析选综机构和提综机构的机械原理,比较两种提综机构的性能优劣,从而推断滑框式织机可以织造经向纹样循环大的经锦,但操作较费力;曲柄连杆式织机织造的经锦纹样循环虽小,但操作省力。分析过程同时也展示了古人杰出的智慧和创造力。 展开更多

Pre-combustion desunrization of high sulfur coal has become a necessity.Thts paper reports test results of fine coal dcaulfurization with different flotation technology and theeffect of pyrite depressant. Test work showed that when the coal sample from Zhong Liang Shanwas processed with a Free Jet Flotation Column its pyritic sulfur content was reduced from 3.08%to 0. 84%, with 72. 22% recovery ofcomhustiblc matter in clean coal. The coneept of Desulfuriza tion Efficiency Index E for comprehensive evaluation of desumirhation process is proposed, whichis deffeed as the product of the ratio of sulfur content reduction of clean ctal and the recovery ofcomhustihle matters. 展开更多

Optimizing selection of bridge raft based on fuzzy matter-element model and combination weighting

It' s a necessary selection to support the maneuver across Yangtze River by floating bridge constructed by portable steel bridge and civilian ships. It is a comprehensive index for the scheme of bridge raft, containing a variety of technical factors and uncertainties. The optimization is the selection in the constructing time, quantity of equipments and man power. Based on the calculation result of bridge rafts, an evaluating system is established, consisting of index of spacing between interior bays, raft length, truss numbers, operation difficulty and maximal bending stress. A fuzzy matter element model of optimizing selection of bridge rafts was built up by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis. The method of combination weighting was used to calculate the value of weights index to reduce the subjective randomness. The sequence of schemes and the optimization resuh were gained finally based on euclid approach degree. The application result shows that it is simple and practical. 展开更多
