建立一种高分辨率的气体吸收光谱的逐线计算模型,分子谱线参数数据库采用了最新的低温库HITRAN2008和高温库HITEMP2010,能根据温度条件自动选择合适的谱带参数库,并可同时满足高温和常温气体辐射计算。计算波数采用等间隔取样,取样间隔... 建立一种高分辨率的气体吸收光谱的逐线计算模型,分子谱线参数数据库采用了最新的低温库HITRAN2008和高温库HITEMP2010,能根据温度条件自动选择合适的谱带参数库,并可同时满足高温和常温气体辐射计算。计算波数采用等间隔取样,取样间隔大小以能分辨出典型分子谱线为条件确定。线翼截断采取等波数截断,总内配分函数由Gamache拟合三次多项式计算。谱线线型根据气体温度和压力来选择,最后,利用该模型计算了压力为1atm,不同温度、浓度和路径长度下CO2在4.3μm和2.7μm的透射率。考虑FTIR仪器增宽,将逐线计算结果降为窄带透射率,与中分辨率的试验结果对比均吻合,并能在较宽的温度范围内保证精度。 展开更多

为分析我国未来拟发展的高轨静止卫星毫米波大气辐射特征,选择最佳模拟其毫米波辐射的光谱吸收线库方案,选取了三种基于典型光谱吸收线库逐线吸收模型(毫米波传播模型(MPM)、罗氏模型(ROS)和高分辨率分子吸收传输模型(HITRAN)),针对拟... 为分析我国未来拟发展的高轨静止卫星毫米波大气辐射特征,选择最佳模拟其毫米波辐射的光谱吸收线库方案,选取了三种基于典型光谱吸收线库逐线吸收模型(毫米波传播模型(MPM)、罗氏模型(ROS)和高分辨率分子吸收传输模型(HITRAN)),针对拟新增的静止轨道毫米波探测频率424 GHz,分析了三种大气吸收模型模拟该频率大气吸收系数随大气温度、大气压强和大气湿度的变化差异。构建了一种多层毫米波辐射传输模型,利用上海探空站加密观测数据,模拟风云三号B星微波湿度探测仪(FY3B/MWHS)183.31 GHz三个毫米波通道辐射值,并与真实观测值对比,分析三种光谱吸收线库在模拟海陆边界地区毫米波辐射时的性能差异。分析结果表明,对于424 GHz通道三种大气吸收模型对大气温度、大气压强和大气湿度的敏感变化趋势一致,数值上MPM模型与ROS模型更接近,HITRAN模型要显著低于其他模型。对于183.31 GHz,在海陆交界地区MPM模型模拟误差相比ROS和HITRAN模型最小,所有模型的第五通道模拟误差比第三通道和第四通道要小。 展开更多

One hundred and sixty-eight genotypes of cotton from the same growing region were used as a germplasm group to study the validity of different genetic distances in constructing cotton core subset. Mixed linear model approach was employed to unbiasedly predict genotypic values of 20 traits for eliminating the environmental effect. Six commonly used genetic distances(Euclidean,standardized Euclidean,Mahalanobis,city block,cosine and correlation distances) combining four commonly used hierarchical cluster methods(single distance,complete distance,unweighted pair-group average and Ward's methods) were used in the least distance stepwise sampling(LDSS) method for constructing different core subsets. The analyses of variance(ANOVA) of different evaluating parameters showed that the validities of cosine and correlation distances were inferior to those of Euclidean,standardized Euclidean,Mahalanobis and city block distances. Standardized Euclidean distance was slightly more effective than Euclidean,Mahalanobis and city block distances. The principal analysis validated standardized Euclidean distance in the course of constructing practical core subsets. The covariance matrix of accessions might be ill-conditioned when Mahalanobis distance was used to calculate genetic distance at low sampling percentages,which led to bias in small-sized core subset construction. The standardized Euclidean distance is recommended in core subset construction with LDSS method. 展开更多

This research considers the mathematical relationship between concentration of Chla and seven environmental factors, i.e. Lake water temperature (T), Secci-depth (SD), pH, DO, CODMn, Total Nitrogen (TN), Total Phosphorus (TP). Stepwise linear regression of 1997 to 1999 monitoring data at each sampling point of Qiandaohu Lake yielded the multivariate regression models presented in this paper. The concentration of Chla as simulation for the year 2000 by the regression model was similar to the observed value. The suggested mathematical relationship could be used to predict changes in the lakewater environment at any point in time. The results showed that SD, TP and pH were the most significant factors affecting Chla concentration. 展开更多
