Concurrently, online ride-hailing, characterized by its flexibility, fairness, and proximity to employment opportunities, has become a viable career choice for many. Presently, the novel employment paradigm represented by online ride-hailing drivers has garnered widespread attention. While the development of short-distance online ride-hailing models has reached a certain level of maturity, challenges persist in the platformization of online ride-hailing services for medium and long distance journeys. This paper, through a combination of literature review, online resources, and offline investigations, delineates the developmental landscape of medium and long distance online ride-hailing services in China. Subsequently, it systematically proposes a trajectory for the platformization of medium and long distance online ride-hailing O2O, offering insights for the platform-driven evolution of online ride-hailing services.展开更多
