统计通讯理论孕育于20世纪30年代下半叶，从那时起，它成长为可应用于科学的多个分支的研究领域。

动物通讯理论

通讯行为见于所有的动物分类阶元；不同的动物感觉系统不同，所用通讯手段也各异。低等动物主要采用化学和触觉信号；鱼类采用视觉和嗅觉信号；鸟类更多地用听觉和视觉信号；哺乳动物应用所有的感觉通道。通讯见于同种动物之间，也见于异种动物之间。最高级的通讯形式是语言。语言能力是灵长类动物才具有的，和用火、制造工具一起促进了人类的演化。

计算全息半色调编码技术的研究

论述了计算全息的基本原理及常用的编码方法,在罗曼型和博奇型编码的基础上,运用空间脉冲调制技术,提出了新型的编码技术———半色调位相型和标准型编码.半色调型编码用圆形通光孔代替矩形孔,以圆孔面积及位置来记录全息信息,改变了输出模式,减少了编码参数,为全息图的后期制作提供了一种新的方法.同时通过理论计算和结果分析证明了半色调位相型编码具有和罗曼型同样好的衍射效率,半色调标准型编码具有和博奇型一样大的带宽,但它们的图形数据减少一半.

交替灌溉节水与增产机理研究进展

我国发展节水农业意义重大。交替灌溉将生物节水与农业灌溉有效结合,具有良好的发展前景。综述交替灌溉的研究背景、根冠通讯理论、节水机理、增产机理、应用效果及存在问题,以期为开发新的高效节水灌溉技术提供理论依据。
