平板障碍物通道形状对油气爆炸传播特性影响 被引量:5

为研究平板障碍物通道形状对油气爆炸特性的影响,进行了1.3%(低)、1.7%(中)、2.1%(高)三种初始油气浓度工况下对比实验。研究表明:障碍物通道形状对油气爆炸超压随时间变化规律的影响较小;障碍物通道形状对最大爆炸超压峰值、最大升压... 为研究平板障碍物通道形状对油气爆炸特性的影响,进行了1.3%(低)、1.7%(中)、2.1%(高)三种初始油气浓度工况下对比实验。研究表明:障碍物通道形状对油气爆炸超压随时间变化规律的影响较小;障碍物通道形状对最大爆炸超压峰值、最大升压速率、平均升压速率的影响程度分别按照通道形状为“梯形-圆形-三角形-正方形-矩形”、“梯形-圆形-三角形-正方形-矩形”、“梯形-圆形-正方形-三角形-矩形”的顺序递增;障碍物通道形状对障碍物上游火焰形态基本没影响,但矩形通道障碍物对障碍物下游火焰的湍流特性影响最显著,其次为正方形、梯形、三角形和圆形;初始油气浓度接近当量比时(约为1.7%),障碍物通道形状对最大火焰传播距离和平均火焰传播速度的影响要小于低浓度(1.3%)和高浓度(2.1%)工况,且圆形通道平板障碍物的影响程度最小,矩形和正方形通道的影响程度相对较大。 展开更多

基于高速摄像系统获取的自然闪电通道形状,利用分形方法构建了分形闪电通道模型,分析计算了闪电通道的弯曲对地面附近不同方位、不同距离处回击电磁场的影响。结果表明,在100m到10km的近距离范围,不同方位的回击垂直电场峰值之比为0... 基于高速摄像系统获取的自然闪电通道形状,利用分形方法构建了分形闪电通道模型,分析计算了闪电通道的弯曲对地面附近不同方位、不同距离处回击电磁场的影响。结果表明,在100m到10km的近距离范围,不同方位的回击垂直电场峰值之比为0.8~2.3;而当距离增加时,这种差别逐渐消失。但无论距离远近,地面水平磁场随方位角都存在较明显的差异,不同方位的回击磁场峰值差异达到2~4倍。与假定通道笔直的回击模型相比,分形闪电通道模型能很好地再现回击过程电磁辐射的高频分量和次峰等细微现象。 展开更多

As a new attempt, equal channel angular extrusion (ECAE) of nickel-titanium shape memory alloy (NiTi SMA) tube was investigated by means of process experiment, finite element method (FEM) and microscopy. NiTi SMA tube with the steel core in it was inserted into the steel can during ECAE of NiTi SMA tube. Based on rigid-viscoplastic FEM, multiple coupled boundary conditions and multiple constitutive models were used for finite element simulation of ECAE of NiTi SMA tube, where the effective stress field, the effective strain field and the velocity field were obtained. Finite element simulation results are in good accordance with the experimental ones. Finite element simulation results reveal that the velocity field shows the minimum value in the corner of NiTi SMA tube, where severe shear deformation occurs. Microstructural observation results reveal that severe plastic deformation leads to a certain grain orientation as well as occurrence of substructures in the grain interior and dynamic recovery occurs during ECAE of NiTi SMA tube. ECAE of NiTi SMA tube provides a new approach to manufacturing ultrafine-grained NiTi SMA tube. 展开更多

Gradient effect of road transportation on economic development in different geomorphic regions 被引量:5

The economic benefits of transport infrastructure investment have been widely accepted.However,the varying influence of road transport development across vertical space has rarely been discussed.Taking Sichuan province in China as case study area where the landform is diverse and complex,administrative counties were categorized into 4 main types:plain counties,hill counties,mountain counties,and plateau counties.Using statistical data during 2006-2014,theperformanceofeconomic development and transport construction level in the four types of counties are discussed.Subsequently,the heterogeneous effect of each grade road on economy was calculated by local regression model(GWR).The results indicate that plain counties largely surpassed the other geomorphic counties in economic development level,while the gradient gap among them was on the decline.Similarly,distribution of transport infrastructure presented a decreasing trend from the low plain counties to high plateau counties.Regional imbalances were mainly reflected in the County road and Village road.Regarding the changes of regional gaps,National&Provincial roads and County roads were constantly expanding,whereas the disparity of Village road was slowly narrowing over time.Particularly noteworthy was the non-stationary economic influence of traffic factors across vertical gradients.On average,National&Provincial roads generated higher benefits in the high elevation regions than the lowlands.In contrast,County road and Village road were found to be more effective in promoting economic development in plains.With regard to local estimates of traffic factors,coefficients in mountain counties exhibited larger fluctuation ranges than other geomorphic units.The conclusions provide a basis for government decisionmaking in a more reasonable construction arrangement of road facilities and sustainable economic development. 展开更多

Non-equal channel lateral extrusion(NECLE) is a new process that can be used to attain higher grain refinement in comparison with equal channel lateral extrusion(ECLE). The die design for this process was numerically and experimentally studied. After finding a good correlation between the numerical and experimental results, more comprehensive FE analyses were carried out. Different die geometrical parameters were considered and their effects on the induced plastic strain, stress distribution, velocity field and forming load of the process were investigated. It was found that by this process with a suitable set of die geometrical parameters, higher induced effective strain and more homogeneous strain distribution could be achieved in comparison with ECLE operation. 展开更多

为了探究涡轮叶片前缘内部通道形状对旋流冷却流动与传热特性的影响,本文基于SST k–ω湍流模型,在射流雷诺数为12526~50104的范围内对有三个切向射流入口、短长轴比分别为0.8和0.6的两种椭圆形旋流冷却通道的流动与传热特性开展了数值... 为了探究涡轮叶片前缘内部通道形状对旋流冷却流动与传热特性的影响,本文基于SST k–ω湍流模型,在射流雷诺数为12526~50104的范围内对有三个切向射流入口、短长轴比分别为0.8和0.6的两种椭圆形旋流冷却通道的流动与传热特性开展了数值计算研究,并将其与基准圆形旋流管在12倍直径长度范围内进行比较。研究结果表明,椭圆形旋流管具有更高的强化传热能力和更低的压力损失。在射流雷诺数为25052时,椭圆管在12D处的努塞尔数相较于圆形管降低了1.6%~19.8%,总换热量增加了13.2%~16.7%,压力损失降低了22.3%~62.4%。在相同射流入口雷诺数下,短长轴比为0.6的椭圆管的综合热性能最高,相对于圆形管增加了148.7%~177.8%。 展开更多

Experimental Study of Effects of Tip Geometry on the Flow Field in a Turbine Cascade Passage 被引量:7

This study investigates the effects of blade tip geometry on the flow field of a turbine cascade at the incidence angle of 0 degree experimentally. The tests were performed in a low-speed turbine cascade wind tunnel. The Reynolds number based on the blade chord was about 172300 at the exit. Traverses of the exit flow field were made in order to measure the overall performance. The effects of using fiat tip and grooved tip with a chord-wise channel were studied. The case with the flat tip is referenced as the baseline. The tip clearances are all 1 mm measuring 0.84 percent of the blade span. The depth of channel is 2mm.The flow field at 10% chord downstream from the cascade trailing edge was measured at 38 span-wise positions and 26 pitch-wise positions using a mini five-hole pressure probe. The static pressure distribution on the tip end wall is measured at 16 pitch-wise stations and 17 chord-wise stations. Results show that there exists great pressure gradient in the pressure side for the fiat tip and the pressure side squealer tip, which means strong leakage flow. The pressure gradient from the pressure side to the suction side is greatly decreased for the grooved tip, and the resulting leakage flow is weaker. The core of the leakage vortex moves closer to the suction side for the pressure side squealer tip and farther away from the suction side for the suction side squealer tip. The pressure side squealer has little advantages over the fiat tip in improving the flow capacity and reducing the overall losses. The suction side squealer tip and grooved tip can effectively decrease the intensity of the tip leakage vortex, improve the flow capacity and reduce loss of the turbine cascade passage and the grooved tip performs the best. 展开更多
