矿井通风与瓦斯治理技术的研究与应用

矿井生产的安全,矿井通风与瓦斯操控应有时刻的关注与研究。以某国内煤矿为实例,为了解决频发的矿井通风偏移和瓦斯爆炸事故,进行了深度分析和技术的研究应用。使用了较高标准的通风设计,搭建了实时动态的通风模拟系统,可以对各种工况... 矿井生产的安全,矿井通风与瓦斯操控应有时刻的关注与研究。以某国内煤矿为实例,为了解决频发的矿井通风偏移和瓦斯爆炸事故,进行了深度分析和技术的研究应用。使用了较高标准的通风设计,搭建了实时动态的通风模拟系统,可以对各种工况下的通风状态进行精准模拟,有效地指引实际通风操作。就瓦斯治理而言,研发并运用了预抽技术,此举实质性的减低煤与瓦斯突出事故的概率。最后,通过矿井微气候控制技术的研发与应用,一定程度上改善了矿工的工作环境,为矿安生产打下了坚实的基础。研究成果在矿井实际生产中得到了成功应用,通风条件显著改善,瓦斯爆炸事故得到有效控制,为我国煤炭行业的安全生产提供了有益的指导与参考。 展开更多

The way of ventilation in all its forms and characteristics in the blinding heading was studied.On the basis of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) the turbulence model of restrained ventilation in blinding heading was set up,and the calculation boundary condi- tions were analyzed.According to the practice application the three-dimensional flow field of ventilation in blinding heading was simulated by the computational fluid dynamics soft- ware.The characteristics of the ventilation flow field such as the temperature field zone and the flow filed zone and the rule of the flow velocity were obtained.The ventilation in blinding heading under certain circumstances was calculated and simulated for optimiza- tion.The optimal ventilation form and related parameters under given condition were ob- tained.The rule of the ventilation in blinding heading was theoretical analyzed,which pro- vided reference for the research on the process of mass transfer,the rule of hazardous substances transportation and ventilation efficiency,provided a new method for the study of reasonable and effective ventilation in blinding heading. 展开更多

Thermal comfort and indoor air quality as well as the energy efficiency have been recognized as essential parts of sustainable building assessment. This work aims to analyze the energy conservation of the heat recovery ventilator and to investigate the effect of the air supply arrangement. Three types of mixing ventilation are chosen for the analysis of coupling ANSYS/FLUENT (a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) program) with TRNSYS (a building energy simulation (BES) software). The adoption of mutual complementary boundary conditions for CFD and BES provides more accurate and complete information of indoor air distribution and thermal performance in buildings. A typical office-space situated in a middle storey is chosen for the analysis. The office-space is equipped with air-conditioners on the ceiling. A heat recovery ventilation system directly supplies flesh air to the office space. Its thermal performance and indoor air distribution predicted by the coupled method are compared under three types of ventilation system. When the supply and return openings for ventilation are arranged on the ceiling, there is no critical difference between the predictions of the coupled method and BES on the energy consumption of HVAC because PID control is adopted for the supply air temperature of the occupied zone. On the other hand, approximately 21% discrepancy for the heat recovery estimation in the maximum between the simulated results of coupled method and BES-only can be obviously found in the floor air supply ventilation case. The discrepancy emphasizes the necessity of coupling CFD with BES when vertical air temperature gradient exists. Our future target is to estimate the optimum design of heat recovery ventilation system to control CO2 concentration by adjusting flow rate of flesh air. 展开更多

To explore the spatial-temporal evolution law of rock mass temperature in high geothermal roadway during mechar^ical ventilation, a series of experiments were conducted based on the physical simulation test system of thermal and humid environment in high geothermal roadway, which is a method independently developed by China University of Mining and Technology. The results indicate that during ventilation, the disturbed region of the temperature extends gradually from shallow area to deep area in the surrounding rock mass of the roadway. Meanwhile, the temperature increases as the exponential function from shallow area to deep, with steady decrease of the temperature gradient and heat flux. As the ventilation proceeds, the relationship between dimensionless temperature and dimensionless time approximately meets Hill function. 展开更多

Model Analysis of Smoke Control in Long Tunnel: Findings from Hsueh-Shan Tunnel Accident in Taiwan

The common properties of risk in long tunnel fires are high temperature, extreme difficulty of evacuation, rescue urgency and obstacle to rescue operation. Therefore, a complete ventilation design is an indispensable safety measure. Hsueh-Shan Tunnel is the longest in Taiwan, the fifth longest in the world. On May 7, 2012, a serious tunnel fire caused two deaths and numerous victims suffered from smoke inhalation injury. Apart from this, there was smoking entering the cross-passages and shafts which were important for evacuation. In this research, the current ventilation system in Hsueh-Shan Tunnel was simulated with FDS (fire dynamics simulator) software, and the statistics of smoke, visibility and temperature profile were analyzed. The results of this research showed that, with the current ventilation system, the time was shorter and the distance was longer for the smoke spreading windward than in other models. Furthermore, the visibility of windward victims was more affected and the temperature above the fire source was higher than those in other systems. When the wind speed in tunnel is within 2.0-4.0 m/s, the condition for turning off the ventilation fan within 250 m upwind from the fire source can be prominently reduced to 50 m upwind from the fire source. This not only could avoid plume disturbance but also could be maintained. If victims' evacuation should be given the highest priority, it is recommended to straightly activate the maximum power of the fan. 展开更多

By taking a 2.3 MW double-fed asynchronous generator as an example,a new method for fast simulation analysis of ventilation cooling system inside generator is proposed based on the one-dimensional simulation software FLOWMASTER.The thermal-fluid coupling simulation model of ventilation cooling system inside generator is established.Under the stable running state of the generator,the flow velocity distribution and temperature rise of the key parts of the generator are analyzed.The results prove that the ventilation structure design of the generator meets the temperature rise limit.The simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculation results and the experimental results,which verify the correctness of the thermal-fluid coupling simulation method proposed in this paper. 展开更多
