The control algorithm for the speed sensorless IM is studied based on the stator flux orientation (SFO). The algorithm structure is simple to be implemented and cannot be influenced by motor parameters, The improved stator flux estimation is used to compensate errors caused by the low pass filter (LPF). A new speed regulator is designed to ensure the system working with the maximal torque in the transient state. The system simulation and the prototype experiment are made. Results show that the con- trol system has good dynamic and static performance.展开更多

Dried cells of the bacterium Aeromonas sp. SH10 rapidly reduced [Ag(NH3)2]^+ to Ago in the solution into which some amount of OH^- was introduced. The surface plasmon resonance centered at 425 nm on the UV-vis spectra and five broad Bragg reflections on the XRD pattern showed that stable silver nanoparticles were formed during the bioreduction process. TEM and SEM observations suggested that the silver nanoparticles were uniform in size and well dispersed on the cells and in the solution. Therefore, silver nanoparticles could be prepared rapidly by this bioreduction technology.展开更多

The proposed control model provides continuity of acceleration, which avoids the intense vibration in high speed NC machining. Based on the discrete characteristic of the data sampling interpolation, the acc/dec control discrete mathematical model is also set up and the discrete expression of the theoretical deceleration length is obtained furthermore. Aiming at the question of hardly predetermining the deceleration point in acc/dec control before interpolation, the adaptive acc/dec control algorithm is deduced from the expressions of the theoretical deceleration length. The experimental result proves that the acc/dec control model has the characteristic of easy implementation, stable movement and low impact. The model has been applied in multi-axes high speed micro fabrication machining successfully.展开更多
For the purpose of engineering development for a new 8-step speed automatic transmission,a simplified dynamic model for this gearbox was established and key parameters which affected the shift quality were analyzed.Ai...For the purpose of engineering development for a new 8-step speed automatic transmission,a simplified dynamic model for this gearbox was established and key parameters which affected the shift quality were analyzed.Aiming at four different shift types,the ideal characteristics of shift clutch and engine control were set up.By using torque estimation method,PI slip control algorithm and engine coordinated control principle,the control model and transmission controller were well developed for three shift phases which included rapid-fill phase,torque phase and inertia phase.The testing environment on the rig and prototype vehicle level was built and the testing results obtained in ultimate condition could verify the accuracy and feasibility of this shift control strategy.The peak jerk during shift process was controlled within ±2 g/s where the smooth gearshift was obtained.The development proposal and algorithm have a high value for engineering application.展开更多

In this study the rapid expansion of supercritical solution (RESS) was employed to micronize GF.Carbon dioxide with cosolvent acetone was chosen as a supercritical mixed solvent. The solubility of GF in super-critical CO2 with cosolvent acetone was measured using a dynamic apparatus at pressures between 12 and 32 MPa,temperatures at 313, 323 and 333 K and cosolvent concentration at 1.5, 3.0, 4.5 and 6.0% (by mole). The effect of pre-expansion pressure, extraction temperature, spraying distance, nozzle size and concentration of cosolvent on the precipitated particles was investigated. The results show that the mean particle size of griseofulvin precipitated by RESS was less than 1.2μm. An increase in pre-expansion pressure, extraction temperature, spraying distance and concentration of cosolvent resulted in a decrease in particle size under the operating condition studied. With the decrease of nozzle diameter the particle size reduces. The crystallinity and melting point of the original material and the processed particle by RESS were tested by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).No evident modification in the crystal habit was found under the experimental conditions tested. The morphology of particles precipitated was analyzed bY scanning electron microscopy (SEM).展开更多

To resolve the path tracking problem of autonomous ground vehicles,an analysis of existing path tracking methods was carried out and an important conclusion was got.The vehicle-road model is crucial for path following...To resolve the path tracking problem of autonomous ground vehicles,an analysis of existing path tracking methods was carried out and an important conclusion was got.The vehicle-road model is crucial for path following.Based on the conclusion,a new vehicle-road model named "ribbon model" was constructed with consideration of road width and vehicle geometry structure.A new vehicle-road evaluation algorithm was proposed based on this model,and a new path tracking controller including a steering controller and a speed controller was designed.The difficulties of preview distance selection and parameters tuning with speed in the pure following controller are avoided in this controller.To verify the performance of the novel method,simulation and real vehicle experiments were carried out.Experimental results show that the path tracking controller can keep the vehicle in the road running as fast as possible,so it can adjust the control strategy,such as safety,amenity,and rapidity criteria autonomously according to the road situation.This is important for the controller to adapt to different kinds of environments,and can improve the performance of autonomous ground vehicles significantly.展开更多

As the sampling rates of the inner loop and the outer loop of the target tracking control system are different,a typical digital multi-rate control system was formed.If the traditional single-rate design method was ap...As the sampling rates of the inner loop and the outer loop of the target tracking control system are different,a typical digital multi-rate control system was formed.If the traditional single-rate design method was applied,the low sampling rate loop will seriously impact the dynamical characteristic of the system.After analyzing and calculating the impact law of the low sampling rate loop to the bandwidth and the stability of the tracking system,a kind of multi-rate control system design method was introduced.Corresponding to the different sampling rates of the inner loop and the outer loop,the multi-rate control strategy was constituted by a high sampling rate sub-controller and a low sampling rate sub-controller.The two sub-controllers were designed separately and connected by means of the sampling rate converter.The low sampling rate controller determined the response rapidity of the system,while the high sampling rate controller applied additionally effective control outputs to the system during a sampling interval of the low sampling rate controller.With the introduced high and low sampling rates sub-controllers,the tracking control system can achieve the same performance as a single-rate controller with high sampling rate,yet it works under a much lower sampling rate.The simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the introduced multi-rate control design method.It reduces the settling time by 5 times and the over shoot by 4 times compared with the PID control.展开更多

The characteristics of on-off attacks are first studied and monitoring mechanisms are then designed for sensor nodes. A Fast Detection and Slow Recovery (FDSR) algorithm is proposed to prevent on-off attacks by observing the behaviors of the nodes and computing reputations. A recovery mechanism is designed to isolate malicious nodes by identifying the new roles of nodes and updating the grid tree. In the experiments, some situations of on-off attacks are simulated and the results are compared with other approaches. The experimental results indicate that our approach can detect malicious nodes effectively and guarantee secure data aggregation with acceptable energy consumption.展开更多

The quasi-cascade control system of inner and outer loop self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller was built, which could effectively control the pickling speed of plates and strips. The simulated results and real application indicate that the plates and strips acid pickling speed control system has good performances of adaptively tracking the parameter variations and anti-disturbances, which ensures the match of acid pickling temperature and turbulence of flowing with acid pickling speed, improving the surface quality of plates and strips acid pickling, and energy efficiency.展开更多

But traditional identification methods suffer from observation measurement noise and operating re...Accurate parameter identification is essential when designing controllers for inertially stabilized platforms (lSPs). But traditional identification methods suffer from observation measurement noise and operating restrictions of ISPs. To address this issue, a novel identification method based on current command design and multilevel coordinate search (MCS) algorithm without any higher order measurement differentiations was proposed. The designed current commands were adopted to obtain parameter decoupled models with the platform operating under allowable conditions. MCS algorithm was employed to estimate the parameters based on parameter decoupled models. A comparison experiment between the proposed method and non-linear least square method was carried out and most of the relative errors of identified parameters obtained by the proposed method were below 10%. Simulation and experiment based on identified parameters were conducted. A velocity control structure was also developed with disturbance observer (DOB) for application in disturbance compensation control system of an ISR Experimental results show that the control scheme based on the identified parameters with DOB has the best disturbance rejection performance. It reduces the peak to peak value (PPV) of velocity error integral to 0.8 mrad which is much smaller than the value (10 mrad) obtained by the single velocity controller without DOB. Compared with the control scheme based on sweep model with DOB compensation, the proposed control scheme improves the PPV of velocity error integral by 1.625 times.展开更多

The algorithm of the speed the planning section uses cubic polynomial acceleration and deceleration control methods to ensure the acceleration of the process of continuous high-speed operation, so that the machine runs smoothly, avoiding the machine have a big impact; while parameter calculation part using the Secant iterative interpolation method to calculate parameter, reducing the speed fluctuation, the machine is further reduced tremor. Model error,friction and nonlinear factor existing in position loop are treated as ‘disturbance',which is estimated and compensated by generalized proportional integral( GPI)observer. Comparative results are provided to demonstrate the remarkable performance of the proposed method. It turns out that the proposed scheme is successful and has superior features,such as quick dynamic response,low overshoot and high tracking precision. The fac...An experimental system of flat plate pulsating heat pipe was established and experimental research was carried out in this system to know the mechanism of heat transfer, start-up and operating characteristics. The factors, such as filling rate, heating power, heating method etc, which have great influence on the thermal performance of the plate pulsating heat pipe were discussed. The results indicate that heating power and filling rate are the important factors for the start-up of the plate pulsating heat pipe. The different start-up power is needed with different filling rate, and the start-up of the heat pipe in case of bottom heated is much easier than that of top heated. Increasing the heating power and enlarging the heating area can make the start-up easier. Heating power can also affect the start-up time of heat pipe under the condition of bottom heated, while it does not have some influence to the heat pipe of top heated. The thermal resistance of plate pulsating heat pipe is related with the heating power, and the higher the heating power is, the smaller the thermal resistance is. But the best filling rate which the heat pipe needs is different with different heating methods, and the performance of the heat pipe in the case of bottom heated is better than the others.展开更多

Robust guidance algorithm using only line-of-sight rate measurement is proposed for the interceptor with passive seeker.The initial relative distance,initial closing velocity and their error boundaries are employed to...Robust guidance algorithm using only line-of-sight rate measurement is proposed for the interceptor with passive seeker.The initial relative distance,initial closing velocity and their error boundaries are employed to obtain their estimations according to the interceptor-target relative kinematics.A robust guidance law based on sliding mode control is formulated,in which the boundary of target maneuver is needed and the chattering phenomenon inevitably exists.In order to address the defects above,an estimation to the boundary of the target acceleration is proposed to improve the robust guidance law and the Lyapunov stability analysis is included.The main feature of the robust guidance algorithm is that it reduces the influence of the relative distance,the closing velocity and the target maneuver on the interception and enhances the effect of line-of-sight rate.With two worst conditions of initial measured distance and initial measured closing velocity,performances of the proposed guidance laws are verified via numerical simulations against different target maneuvers.展开更多

However, spherical element based discontinuous deformation analysis (SDDA), which uses very simple contact type like point-to-point contact, has higher calculation speed. In the framework of SDDA, this paper presents a very simple contact calculation approach by removing the OCI scheme and by adopting the maximal displacement increment (MDI). Through some verification examples, it is proved that the proposed method is correct and effective, and a higher computational efficiency is obtained.展开更多

文摘As the sampling rates of the inner loop and the outer loop of the target tracking control system are different,a typical digital multi-rate control system was formed.If the traditional single-rate design method was applied,the low sampling rate loop will seriously impact the dynamical characteristic of the system.After analyzing and calculating the impact law of the low sampling rate loop to the bandwidth and the stability of the tracking system,a kind of multi-rate control system design method was introduced.Corresponding to the different sampling rates of the inner loop and the outer loop,the multi-rate control strategy was constituted by a high sampling rate sub-controller and a low sampling rate sub-controller.The two sub-controllers were designed separately and connected by means of the sampling rate converter.The low sampling rate controller determined the response rapidity of the system,while the high sampling rate controller applied additionally effective control outputs to the system during a sampling interval of the low sampling rate controller.With the introduced high and low sampling rates sub-controllers,the tracking control system can achieve the same performance as a single-rate controller with high sampling rate,yet it works under a much lower sampling rate.The simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the introduced multi-rate control design method.It reduces the settling time by 5 times and the over shoot by 4 times compared with the PID control.

文摘In order to avoid internal attacks during data aggregation in wireless sensor networks, a grid-based network architecture fit for monitoring is designed and the algorithms for network division, initialization and grid tree construction are presented. The characteristics of on-off attacks are first studied and monitoring mechanisms are then designed for sensor nodes. A Fast Detection and Slow Recovery (FDSR) algorithm is proposed to prevent on-off attacks by observing the behaviors of the nodes and computing reputations. A recovery mechanism is designed to isolate malicious nodes by identifying the new roles of nodes and updating the grid tree. In the experiments, some situations of on-off attacks are simulated and the results are compared with other approaches. The experimental results indicate that our approach can detect malicious nodes effectively and guarantee secure data aggregation with acceptable energy consumption.

文摘Double self-adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm-based control strategy was proposed to construct quasi-cascade control system to control the speed of the acid-pickling process of titanium plates and strips. It is very useful in overcoming non-linear dynamic behavior, uncertain and time-varying parameters, un-modeled dynamics, and couples between the automatic turbulence control (ATC) and the automatic acid temperature control (AATC) with varying parameters during the operation process. The quasi-cascade control system of inner and outer loop self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller was built, which could effectively control the pickling speed of plates and strips. The simulated results and real application indicate that the plates and strips acid pickling speed control system has good performances of adaptively tracking the parameter variations and anti-disturbances, which ensures the match of acid pickling temperature and turbulence of flowing with acid pickling speed, improving the surface quality of plates and strips acid pickling, and energy efficiency.

文摘Accurate parameter identification is essential when designing controllers for inertially stabilized platforms (lSPs). But traditional identification methods suffer from observation measurement noise and operating restrictions of ISPs. To address this issue, a novel identification method based on current command design and multilevel coordinate search (MCS) algorithm without any higher order measurement differentiations was proposed. The designed current commands were adopted to obtain parameter decoupled models with the platform operating under allowable conditions. MCS algorithm was employed to estimate the parameters based on parameter decoupled models. A comparison experiment between the proposed method and non-linear least square method was carried out and most of the relative errors of identified parameters obtained by the proposed method were below 10%. Simulation and experiment based on identified parameters were conducted. A velocity control structure was also developed with disturbance observer (DOB) for application in disturbance compensation control system of an ISR Experimental results show that the control scheme based on the identified parameters with DOB has the best disturbance rejection performance. It reduces the peak to peak value (PPV) of velocity error integral to 0.8 mrad which is much smaller than the value (10 mrad) obtained by the single velocity controller without DOB. Compared with the control scheme based on sweep model with DOB compensation, the proposed control scheme improves the PPV of velocity error integral by 1.625 times.
文摘This paper analyzes the principle of spline interpolation, pointed out the reasons for the feed rate fluctuations and proposed interpolation algorithm based on the secant iteration method NURBS curve. The algorithm of the speed the planning section uses cubic polynomial acceleration and deceleration control methods to ensure the acceleration of the process of continuous high-speed operation, so that the machine runs smoothly, avoiding the machine have a big impact; while parameter calculation part using the Secant iterative interpolation method to calculate parameter, reducing the speed fluctuation, the machine is further reduced tremor. Simulation results show that the algorithm can obtain a continuous velocity and acceleration curves, and can be controlled in real time interpolation velocity fluctuations in the ideal range, the machine achieve the smooth running ,and meet the high-speed, high quality processing requirements.

文摘Dynamic characteristics and tracking precision are studied in the photoelectric tracking system and a linear active disturbance rejection control( LADRC) scheme is proposed for position loop. A current and speed controller is designed by a transfer function model,which is obtained by adaptive differential evolution. Model error,friction and nonlinear factor existing in position loop are treated as ‘disturbance',which is estimated and compensated by generalized proportional integral( GPI)observer. Comparative results are provided to demonstrate the remarkable performance of the proposed method. It turns out that the proposed scheme is successful and has superior features,such as quick dynamic response,low overshoot and high tracking precision. Furthermore,with the proposed method,friction is suppressed effectively.

文摘An experimental system of flat plate pulsating heat pipe was established and experimental research was carried out in this system to know the mechanism of heat transfer, start-up and operating characteristics. The factors, such as filling rate, heating power, heating method etc, which have great influence on the thermal performance of the plate pulsating heat pipe were discussed. The results indicate that heating power and filling rate are the important factors for the start-up of the plate pulsating heat pipe. The different start-up power is needed with different filling rate, and the start-up of the heat pipe in case of bottom heated is much easier than that of top heated. Increasing the heating power and enlarging the heating area can make the start-up easier. Heating power can also affect the start-up time of heat pipe under the condition of bottom heated, while it does not have some influence to the heat pipe of top heated. The thermal resistance of plate pulsating heat pipe is related with the heating power, and the higher the heating power is, the smaller the thermal resistance is. But the best filling rate which the heat pipe needs is different with different heating methods, and the performance of the heat pipe in the case of bottom heated is better than the others.
文摘In order to suppress the fast decrease of the transfer efficiency of magnetic resonance coupled wireless power transfer system(MRCWPTS) with distance increase,this paper investigates the impact factors of the system transfer efficiency and is,then formulates a new efficiency optimal control method based on frequency control.Based upon this control method two optimal control schemes are designed to achieve transfer efficiency control of the system.Simulations and experiments show that the proposed efficiency optimal control method can effectively stabilize the system transfer efficiency in a certain range so as to successfully solve the subtle issue of transfer efficiency variation with distance.

文摘Robust guidance algorithm using only line-of-sight rate measurement is proposed for the interceptor with passive seeker.The initial relative distance,initial closing velocity and their error boundaries are employed to obtain their estimations according to the interceptor-target relative kinematics.A robust guidance law based on sliding mode control is formulated,in which the boundary of target maneuver is needed and the chattering phenomenon inevitably exists.In order to address the defects above,an estimation to the boundary of the target acceleration is proposed to improve the robust guidance law and the Lyapunov stability analysis is included.The main feature of the robust guidance algorithm is that it reduces the influence of the relative distance,the closing velocity and the target maneuver on the interception and enhances the effect of line-of-sight rate.With two worst conditions of initial measured distance and initial measured closing velocity,performances of the proposed guidance laws are verified via numerical simulations against different target maneuvers.

文摘Discontinuous deformation analysis (DDA) method is a newly developed discrete element method which employs the implicit time-integration scheme to solve the governing equations and the open-close iteration (OCI) method to deal with contact prob- lem, its computational efficiency is relatively low. However, spherical element based discontinuous deformation analysis (SDDA), which uses very simple contact type like point-to-point contact, has higher calculation speed. In the framework of SDDA, this paper presents a very simple contact calculation approach by removing the OCI scheme and by adopting the maximal displacement increment (MDI). Through some verification examples, it is proved that the proposed method is correct and effective, and a higher computational efficiency is obtained.
