The research question is: If and how a p...The research topic is the one of public finance company whose core business is focused to support investment projects to overcome enterprises technological and structural gap. The research question is: If and how a public finance company is able to create and favor value creation processes sustainability for agro-food enterprises, highlighting the positive emerging externalities for different categories of stakeholders. They have results with particular evidences allow comparisons between the private investments and the support of institutional public investors. In such perspective, the mode of disbursement of soft loans and investment operations made by a public financing company will be examined. The methodological approach used, following a deductive-inductive perspective, is based on the ease study. Such technique able to formulate theories about a little known phenomena in their context, allows the study of recent events on which the researcher has little control. To this, a qualitative analysis on both primary and secondary data adds. From data analysis, it resulted that the Institute of Agribusiness Development (ISA) initiatives facilitated, just for example, the technological innovation of production department and consequent production capacity, the acquisition of production assets for row material processing and optimization of internal logistics, through an innovative automated warehouse. As a result, the case study finds sustainability at multiple levels reached by the activities promoted by ISA and the subsequent co-creation of value for stakeholders involved, small agro-food businesses innovation, and/or internationalization processes. As long as practical implications are concerned, such highlight the importance and the need for public and private institutions in their effort to continue to invest in projects to support the economy of the country. The originality of the paper lies in the proposed interpretation of more integrative paradigms (viable system approach, sustainability, and, value creation), analyzing a financial institution for the development of the Italian food industry. The protein expression and cell location of p90RSK and their relationship with collagen type I were determined by co-immunofluoresence and confocal microscopy.Subsequently, RNAi strategy was employed to silence p90RSK mRNA expression in HSC-T6, an activated hepatic stellate cell (HSC) line. The expression of collagen type I in HSC-T6 cells was assessed by Western blotting and real-time polymerase chainreaction. Furthermore, HSCs were transfected with expression vectors or RNAi constructs of p90RSK to increase or decrease the p90RSK expression, thencollagen type I promoter activity in the transfected HSCs was examined by reporter assay. Lastly HSC-T6 cells transfected with p90RSK siRNA was treated withor without platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)-BB at a final concentration of 20μg/L and the cell growthwas determined by MTS conversion.RESULTS: In fibrotic liver tissues, p90RSK was over-expressed in activated HSCs and had a significantpositive correlation with collagen type I levels.In HSC-T6 cells transfected with RNAi targeted top90RSK, the expression of collagen type I was down-regulated (61.8% in mRNA, P 〈 0.01, 89.1% inprotein, P 〈 0.01). Acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding (LGIB) is a frequent gastrointestinal cause of hospitalization, particularly in the elderly, and its incidence appears to be on the rise. Endoscopic and radiographic measures ar...Acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding (LGIB) is a frequent gastrointestinal cause of hospitalization, particularly in the elderly, and its incidence appears to be on the rise. Endoscopic and radiographic measures are available for the evaluation and treatment of LGIB including flexible sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, angiography, radionuclide scintigraphy and multi detector row computed tomography. Although no modality has emerged as the gold standard in the management of LGIB, colonoscopy is the current preferred initial test for the majority of the patients presenting with hema- tochezia felt to be from a colon source. Colonoscopy has the ability to diagnose all sources of bleeding from the colon and, unlike the radiologic modalities, does not require active bleeding at the time of the examination. In addition, therapeutic interventions such as cautery and endoclips can be applied to achieve hemoo stasis and prevent recurrent bleeding. Studies suggest that colonoscopy, particularly when performed earlyin the hospitalization, can decrease hospital length of stay, rebleeding and the need for surgery. However, results from available small trials are conflicting and larger, multicenter studies are needed. Compared to other management options, colonoscopy is a safe procedure with complications reported in less than 2% of patients, including those undergoing urgent examinations. The requirement of bowel preparation (typically 4 or more liters of polyethylene glycol), the logistical complexity of coordinating after hours colonoscopy, and the low prevalence of stigmata of hemorrhage complicate the use of colonoscopy for LGIB, particularly in urgent situations. This review discusses the above advantages and disadvantages of colonoscopy in the management of acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding in further detail.展开更多

By utilizing the input-output analysis method, the complex consumption relationships in a complex manufacturing environment are first expressed. The consumption characteristics (mainly presented by the activity rates) of all production activities are extracted by solving these relationships. Then with the con- sumption characteristics and operating parameters of these activities, the detailed cost consumption of a product in its manufacturing process is estimated. A case study is finally given based on the compressor products of a manufacturing company, and its effectiveness is shown. As the cost influ- ence of complex consumption relationships is fully considered, the limitation of traditional ABC method is overcome, and therefore a high accuracy in product cost estimation under the complex manufacturing environment can be achieved.展开更多

The...This study reports the anatomical structures of a kind of lepidodendralean stem in coal balls from the early Early Permian Taiyuan Formation in Yanzhou Mining District, southwestern Shandong Province, North China. The leaf cushion is slightly rhomboid in outline with a height of 9 - 10 mm and a width of 7.5 9.0 mm and its lower sides are slightly longer than the upper ones. The top and basic angles of the leaf cushion are truncate and the basic angle is slightly elongate. The upper part of the leaf cushion is strongly high-rising. The leaf sear is large and lenticular in shape. The leaf trace is wide and V-shaped in the leaf scar, and horizontally elongate within the leaf cushion. The leaf trace and lateral parichnos strand extend at a nearly horizontal course outward within the leaf cushion. The ligular pit is deep and extends outward at an oblique course and its aperture is located near the top angle of the leaf scar. No infrafoliar parichnos strands are present. The stem is probably siphonostelic and its pith is probably parenchymatous. The primary xylem is exarch with a nearly smooth outer margin. Only the outer cortex is present and it consists of alternately-arranged radial cell bands and gaps within which the are-shaped or V-shaped leaf traces can be seen. The concave side of the leaf trace is toward the center of the stem. No bundle sheath is developed. Periderm is well-developed and consists of phelloderm and phellem in nearly equal thickness. Compared with the lepidodendralean stems of the Cathaysian and Euramerican Floras, the present specimens are most close to an impression-compression species Lepidodendron pulchrum Zhang in morphology of the leaf cushion and they are put into this species temporarily. Whether the present specimens or the type specimens of L. pulchrum are very different from Lepidodendron Sternburg sensu DiMichele, thus the correct nomenclature and classification of L. pulchrum needs to be reconsidered based on the study of better- and anatomically-preserved stems and fertile organs in the future. Because 'L'. pulchrum possesses the mixed features of several genera of Euramerican lepidodendralean stems, it bears significance to study the origin and evolution of the Cathaysian lepidodendralean lycopods.展开更多

The primary data were sourced through questionnaires administered to the Management Accountants of...The study examines the extent of adoption of Activity Based Costing (ABC) among naanufacturing companies in Nigeria. The primary data were sourced through questionnaires administered to the Management Accountants of 40 selected manufacturing companies in South Western part of Nigeria. Descriptive statistics was employed to analyze the data. The study reveals that inability of the traditional cost systems to provide relevant cost was the most highly ranked reason in their decision to adopt ABC. Traditional methods of allocating overhead were therefore believed to be deficient in terms of improving global competitiveness. Also, 60% of the respondents have adopted ABC due to increased ranges of products, competition and increased overhead. Familiarity with and adoption of ABC was found to be across the manufacturing, more than half of the sample are familiar with it. The 40% of respondents who have not adopted ABC cited the cost and complexity involved with implementation as the main reason in non-adoption. However, cost of implementing ABC was enormous which hinder the small scale manufacturing from adopting it. This result may reflect the fact that larger firms are more likely to have the diverse mix of products or services that makes the use of ABC advantages. Consequently, the study recommends that the companies who have not adopted ABC because of its high cost of implementation should endeavor to consider its adoption because in the long run the benefits derive from it will outweigh its cost. It helps to identify inefficient products, departments and activities and helps to allocate more resources on profitable products. In conclusion, the senior management should also give their utmost support to the implementation and success of ABC.展开更多

They are correspond with practice of JSC NCCP (Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrates Plant) and listed in the paper. In result of it number of base features of any advanced technology, not only nuclear, described here with examples from NCCP's practice. Of course, there is no certain list of all attributes of modern manufacturing as there is no limit to its perfection. Objective: To establish the animal model for the chronic pulmonary embolism and do some research on it. Methods: Pulmonary arteriography by DSA were performed in 6 goats and the stent was released in the infer-pulmo...Objective: To establish the animal model for the chronic pulmonary embolism and do some research on it. Methods: Pulmonary arteriography by DSA were performed in 6 goats and the stent was released in the infer-pulmonary arterary. Arterial blood gas analysis and right heart catheterization were done. After 3 days of embolism, pulmonary arteriography were performed again. After the animal was sacrificed, the right and left infer-pulmonary tissues were prepared and pathologically studied. Results: Stents were smoothly released in 6 animals. Compared with that before embolism, the arterial blood gas showed no difference 10 minutes later and 3 days later of the stent released. The pulmonary angiography showed that the right infra pulmonary artery was partly blocked and the blood could still pass by. 3 d of the embolism later, the stent was placed well and the right pulmonary artery was completely blocked. Compared with that before embolism,the right atrial pressure, ventricular pressure and the pulmonary pressure in 10 rain after embolism did not change much ( P 〉 0.05 ), while 3 d after embolism, the pressures were obviously changed(P 〈 0.05 ). There was no atelectasis ,pleural effusion in the right infra lobe in the experimental group. The wall of blood capillary among the alve- olar wall were significantly dilated. Hyperemia and edema were also observed. Lots of monocyte infiltrated. Localized exudates appeared in alveolar. Conclusion: By releasing stent in the pulmonary, the chronic pulmonary embolism model could be established in the animal experiment, and it should have great potential value in the following study.展开更多

Results indicated that both Mg2+ and...The mechanisms responsible for the fast granulation of anaerobic sludge caused by Mg2+ and Ca2+ addition was examined in four lab-scale expanded granular sludge bed(EGSB) reactors. Results indicated that both Mg2+ and Ca2+ accelerated the sludge-granulation process and increased the amount of polysaccharides and proteins in the sludge. Energy dispersive x-ray spectrometry(EDX) analysis revealed that, in a mature granule, both Mg2+ and Ca2+ composed as phosphate and calcium was distributed primarily in the periphery of the granule, while magnesium distributed mainly in the interior. The addition of Mg2+ was more favorable for the nuclei formation, whereas the addition of Ca2+ was more favorable for subgranule growth and maintaining the granules' rigid structure. Results showed that the addition of Mg2+ in the nuclei formation stage and Ca2+ in the granule-growth stage accelerated granulation more than adding only one of them in the granulation process.展开更多

Whether the present specimens or the type specimens of L. pulchrum are very different from Lepidodendron Sternburg sensu DiMichele, thus the correct nomenclature and classification of L. pulchrum needs to be reconsidered based on the study of better- and anatomically-preserved stems and fertile organs in the future. Because 'L'. pulchrum possesses the mixed features of several genera of Euramerican lepidodendralean stems, it bears significance to study the origin and evolution of the Cathaysian lepidodendralean lycopods.
文摘The study examines the extent of adoption of Activity Based Costing (ABC) among naanufacturing companies in Nigeria. The primary data were sourced through questionnaires administered to the Management Accountants of 40 selected manufacturing companies in South Western part of Nigeria. Descriptive statistics was employed to analyze the data. The study reveals that inability of the traditional cost systems to provide relevant cost was the most highly ranked reason in their decision to adopt ABC. Traditional methods of allocating overhead were therefore believed to be deficient in terms of improving global competitiveness. Also, 60% of the respondents have adopted ABC due to increased ranges of products, competition and increased overhead. Familiarity with and adoption of ABC was found to be across the manufacturing, more than half of the sample are familiar with it. The 40% of respondents who have not adopted ABC cited the cost and complexity involved with implementation as the main reason in non-adoption. However, cost of implementing ABC was enormous which hinder the small scale manufacturing from adopting it. This result may reflect the fact that larger firms are more likely to have the diverse mix of products or services that makes the use of ABC advantages. Consequently, the study recommends that the companies who have not adopted ABC because of its high cost of implementation should endeavor to consider its adoption because in the long run the benefits derive from it will outweigh its cost. It helps to identify inefficient products, departments and activities and helps to allocate more resources on profitable products. In conclusion, the senior management should also give their utmost support to the implementation and success of ABC.
文摘The purpose of given article-consideration of the basic features of modern manufacturing of nuclear fuel which would confirm fact, that the manufacturer does everything that its production would respond not only to requirements of the consumer, but also to its expected inquiries, and would correspond to intended purposes of fuel. It was defined main tendencies and features of modern technology, especially in nuclear fuel production, on base of meeting discussions, themes of journal articles on nuclear subject. They are correspond with practice of JSC NCCP (Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrates Plant) and listed in the paper. In result of it number of base features of any advanced technology, not only nuclear, described here with examples from NCCP's practice. Of course, there is no certain list of all attributes of modern manufacturing as there is no limit to its perfection. These categories are forming by current needs of the market, but listed ones must be.

文摘Objective: To establish the animal model for the chronic pulmonary embolism and do some research on it. Methods: Pulmonary arteriography by DSA were performed in 6 goats and the stent was released in the infer-pulmonary arterary. Arterial blood gas analysis and right heart catheterization were done. After 3 days of embolism, pulmonary arteriography were performed again. After the animal was sacrificed, the right and left infer-pulmonary tissues were prepared and pathologically studied. Results: Stents were smoothly released in 6 animals. Compared with that before embolism, the arterial blood gas showed no difference 10 minutes later and 3 days later of the stent released. The pulmonary angiography showed that the right infra pulmonary artery was partly blocked and the blood could still pass by. 3 d of the embolism later, the stent was placed well and the right pulmonary artery was completely blocked. Compared with that before embolism,the right atrial pressure, ventricular pressure and the pulmonary pressure in 10 rain after embolism did not change much ( P 〉 0.05 ), while 3 d after embolism, the pressures were obviously changed(P 〈 0.05 ). There was no atelectasis ,pleural effusion in the right infra lobe in the experimental group. The wall of blood capillary among the alve- olar wall were significantly dilated. Hyperemia and edema were also observed. Lots of monocyte infiltrated. Localized exudates appeared in alveolar. Conclusion: By releasing stent in the pulmonary, the chronic pulmonary embolism model could be established in the animal experiment, and it should have great potential value in the following study.

文摘The g factors and spectroscopic quadrupole moments of low-lying excited states 2+1,…,81+ in 24Mg are studied in a covariant density functional theory.The wave functions are constructed by configuration mixing of axially deformed mean-field states projected on good angular momentum.The mean-field states are obtained from the constraint relativistic point-coupling model plus BCS calculations using the PC-F1 parametrization for the particle-hole channel and a density-independent delta-force for the particle-particle channel.The available experimental g factor and spectroscopic quadrupole moment of 21+ state are reproduced quite well.The angular momentum dependence of g factors and spectroscopic quadrupole moments,as well as the effects of pairing correlations are investigated.

文摘Recapitulation of well-defined α-helices could result in constrained peptide mimetics with preferable secondary structures and enhanced therapeutic properties for various purposes. Among the helix-stabilizing strategies, the nucleation strategies are able to maximize recognition specificity of the original sequence without compromising the molecular recognition surface. In this review,current methodologies of helix nucleation are introduced including their constructing strategies, structure features and proof of concept biological applications.

文摘The mechanisms responsible for the fast granulation of anaerobic sludge caused by Mg2+ and Ca2+ addition was examined in four lab-scale expanded granular sludge bed(EGSB) reactors. Results indicated that both Mg2+ and Ca2+ accelerated the sludge-granulation process and increased the amount of polysaccharides and proteins in the sludge. Energy dispersive x-ray spectrometry(EDX) analysis revealed that, in a mature granule, both Mg2+ and Ca2+ composed as phosphate and calcium was distributed primarily in the periphery of the granule, while magnesium distributed mainly in the interior. The addition of Mg2+ was more favorable for the nuclei formation, whereas the addition of Ca2+ was more favorable for subgranule growth and maintaining the granules' rigid structure. Results showed that the addition of Mg2+ in the nuclei formation stage and Ca2+ in the granule-growth stage accelerated granulation more than adding only one of them in the granulation process.
