教育学的思维方式

教育思想和理论的背后,存在着一套“教育学的思维方式”。所谓教育学的思维方式,是教育学家以探索教育的可能性为目的,在一定的原始假设基础上,运用概念进行逻辑运演,建构教育学理的思维方式。教育学的思维方式有内容和形式两个侧面:指向人的发展的“爱智统一”的实践干预逻辑,属于它的内容侧面;那么,遵循“道—理—术”次序的理论建构逻辑则是它的形式侧面。教育学的思维方式具有认识上的自由和纯粹,又因教育的积极价值追求而具有价值性。

Operating room nurses’lived experiences of ethical codes:A phenomenological study in Iran

Objective:Operating room nurses,as essential members of health care teams,often face ethical challenges in the operating room.By using the ethical experiences of operating room nurses,a better understanding of ethics in the operating room can be achieved,which can lead to better nursing decisions in the face of these challenges.Therefore,this study was conducted to investigate operating room nurses’lived experiences of ethical codes.Methods:A hermeneutic phenomenological study was performed in Hamadan(Iran)from February 2019 to November 2020.Ten operating room nurses were selected as participants by purposive sampling.Data were collected through in-depth and semi-structured interviews.Data analysis was performed based on Van Manen methodology.Results:Data analysis revealed three main themes and 11 sub-themes representing the operating room nurses experience of the ethical code.The main themes were;adherence to professional commitments,preserving patient dignity,and respect to colleagues.Conclusion:The results underlined ethics and ethical values in the operating room.Due to the intense interactions between operating room nurses with the patient and surgical team,commitment to ethics by nurses can lead to improving quality of care and interactions among members of the surgical team.It is suggested that using these codes as a guideline and a framework could be developed to improve the ethical and professional performance of operating room nurses.

THEORETICAL ANALYSIS OF THE STABILITY OF A DEEP ROADWAY

In this paper the thickness of a broken zone, a state parameter of roadway surrounding rock, is used as the index to evaluate the stabi1ity of surrounding rock of a deep roadway. The paper gives a theoretic formula for calculating the thickness of the broken zone. The author points out that not only the ultimate strength of rockmass but its residual strength and strain-softening level all have a great influence on the stability of surrounding rock of a deep roadway. The paper’s results show that to reinforce surrounding rock, raise its residual strength and lower its strain-softening level should be taken as a basic requirement for supports of a deep roadway. In addition, the research also indicates that it is impossible for roadway supports to change surrounding rock states of a deep roadway, so it is certain for them to work in a broken state. For this reason, a sufficient yieldable quantity is necessary for roadway supports used in deep mining.

Practical approaches to effective management of intestinal radiation injury:Benefit of resectional surgery

AIM:To study the outcome of patients undergoing surgical resection of the bowel for sustained radiation-induced damage intractable to conservative management.METHODS:During a 7-year period we operated on 17 cases (5 male,12 female) admitted to our surgical department with intestinal radiation injury (IRI).They were originally treated for a pelvic malignancy by surgical resection followed by postoperative radiotherapy.During follow-up,they developed radiation enteritis requiring surgical treatment due to failure of conservative management.RESULTS:IRI was located in the terminal ileum in 12 patients,in the rectum in 2 patients,in the descending colon in 2 patients,and in the cecum in one patient.All patients had resection of the affected region(s).There were no postoperative deaths,while 3 cases presented with postoperative complications (17.7%).All patients remained free of symptoms without evidence of recurrence of IRI for a median follow-up period of 42 mo (range,6-96 mo).CONCLUSION:We report a favorable outcome without IRI recurrence of 17 patients treated by resection of the diseased bowel segment.

On Scientific-Technological Ethics

Ethics and morality are old and constantly updated topic. In the modern science and technology rapid development situation, study of ethics of science and technology is relatively backward. The times call for advanced and reasonable ethics of science-technology. Basic concepts and characteristics of ethics and morals are distinguished and defined in this paper. Three ethic essences of science-technology are abstracted from scientific-technological generation, application, and development. The three-dimension system of basic principles for scientific-technologic ethics is created, as illustrated by the portions given in this paper. The evolution formula of value system is derived, and used for appraising whether the science-technology activity is in all reason. Furthermore, it provides the theory base for quantified management. Finally, it is pointed out that morality and law should be supplemented each other in the science-technology management.

Application of simple array method in one-way traffic synthetic asessment

One-Way Traffic synthetic assessing can not only determine the assessment method, but can also provide an opportunity for further study of road systems. Comparing three Road Traffic Planning methods, which are Value Analysis method, Simple Array method and Step Analysis method, this paper concludes that Simple Array method has one prominent merit, avoiding the complicated relationship of various factors and simplifying the complex problem. Therefore Simple Array method is firstly presented in this paper to be the assessing measure to assess the One-Way Traffic Planning project. Although this assessing method cannot wholly give way to man’s will, through consistently testing on qualitative factors and with the decision-making results of a multi-program, this method is still an effective method. Using an example of Harbin One-Way Traffic planning, with seven assessing indexes including economic benefit index, Simple Array method is applied to synthetically assessing the program. This fully reflects the general function of One-Way Traffic planning program and objectively evaluates the program. It also proves that, as the method of One-Way Traffic synthetic assessing, Simple Array method is rational and practical.

Role of surgical intervention in managing gastrointestinal metastases from lung cancer

AIM:To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics of late-stage lung cancer patients with gastrointestinal(GI)-tract metastases,focusing on therapeutic options and outcomes.METHODS:Our institution(the National Taiwan University Hospital) diagnosed 8159 patients with lung cancer between 1987 and 2008,of which 21 developed symptomatic GI metastases.This study reviewed all of the patients' information,including survival data,pathological reports,and surgical notes.RESULTS:The most common histological type of lung cancer was adenocarcinoma,and 0.26% of patients with lung cancer developed GI metastases.The median duration from lung cancer diagnosis to GI metastases was three months(range,0-108 mo),and the average time from diagnosis of GI metastasis to death was 2.8 mo.Most patients with symptomatic gastric and/or duodenal metastases exhibited GI bleeding and were diagnosed by panendoscopy.In contrast,small bowel metastases typically presented as an acute abdomen and were not diagnosed until laparotomy.All patients with small bowel or colonic metastases underwent surgical intervention,and their perioperative mortality was 22%.Our data revealed a therapeutic effect in patients with solitary GI metastasis and a favorable palliative effect on survival when metastases were diagnosed preoperatively.In patients with multiple GI metastases,the presentation varied according to the locations of the metastases.CONCLUSION:Surgical treatment is worthwhile in a select group of patients with bowel perforation or obstruction.Physicians should be more alert to symptoms or signs indicating GI metastases.

Quantum Communication Scheme Using Non-symmetric Quantum Channel

A theoretical quantum communication scheme based on entanglement swapping and superdense coding is proposed with a 3-dimensional Bell state and 2-dimensional Bell state function as quantum channel,quantum key distribution and quantum secure direct communication can be simultaneously accomplished in the scheme.The scheme is secure and has high source capacity.At last,we generalize the quantum communication scheme to d-dimensional quantum channel.

Deformation mechanism of surrounding rocks and key control technology for a roadway driven along goaf in fully mechanized top-coal caving face

The variation of the stress in the bolted surrounding rocks structure of the roadway driven along goaf in a fully mechanized top coal caving face with moderate stable conditions are studied by using numerical calculation. The essential deformation characteristics of the surrounding rocks in this kind of roadway are obtained and the key technology of bolting support used under these conditions is put forward.

Remote Operation on Quantum State Among Multiparty

In this paper, a scheme is proposed for performing remote operation on quantum state among multiparty. We use three-particle GHZ state as quantum channels to prepare a state operator, which describes quantum correlation between states and operations. Based on the special characteristic of the state operator, observers can perform unitary operation on a system that is away from observers. Our studies show this process is deterministic. We further consider remote operation among N spatially distributed observers, and the results show the successful realization of remote operation needs collective participation of N parties, that is, there exists strong correlation among multiparty. In addition, we investigate the case in which observers share a three-particle W state as quantum channels to perform remote operation and studies find this process is probabilistic.

Study on the Curve of Lateral Creep Force of Wheel and Rail

Through the establishment of the negotiation model ofa single-wheelset, the changed curve of the wheel-rail lateral contact characteristic under different working conditions of track media was simulated and analyzed.The elastic mode of the wheel pair, the transverse elasticity of the track, the stick-slip vibration between the wheel and the track, the negative gradient characteristic of the actual creep force characteristic curve, and the right shift characteristic of the saturation point are considered by Simulink model.This can explain many kinds of creep theory and engineering phenomena and also can provide the support of the theoretical and practical for further research based on creep characteristic curve.

Upper bound solution for supporting pressure acting on shallow tunnel based on modified tangential technique

Based on the nonlinear failure criterion and the upper bound theorem, the modified tangential technique method was proposed to derive the expression of supporting pressure acting on shallow tunnel. Instead of the same stress state, different normal stresses on element boundaries were used. In order to investigate the influence of different factors on supporting pressures, the failure mechanism was established. The solution of supporting pressure, with different parameters, was obtained by optimization theory. The corresponding failure mechanism and numerical results were presented. In comparison with the results using the single tangential technique method, it is found that the proposed method is effective, and the good agreement shows that the present solution of supporting pressure is reliable.

RESEARCH ON REPAIR SUPPORT FOR FLOOR HEAVE IN SOFT ROCK ROADWAY

The run-around of Xiagou subincline bottom is a soft rock roadway, its floor has heaved over 1 m. ln this paper, by electronic microscope scanning and X-ray diffraction analy-sis, the components of the soft rock are determined and the breaking mechanism of roadway is analyzed as well. Through finite element calculation and simulation model test, the reasonable repair support method is put forward.

Social Media and Education： Ethical Considerations in an Electronic Age

This paper first explores the concepts of values and ethics, utilizing a social work framework. It proceeds to examine various dilemmas involved in communicating with others via social media tools. Historic boundary issues between students and faculty are discussed, as well as emerging dilemmas that are becoming prevalent within electronic communicative networks （e.g., Skype, Facebook, Myspace, Linkedln, Twitter, and Texting）. The need for policy guidelines within academic environments in the use of social media is emphasized, Similar to the National Association of Social Workers （NASW） Code of Ethics, Arizona State University （ASU） is cited as a model in providing some structure regarding staff responsibility and unethical conduct within its academic setting. An enhancement of these guidelines to include electronic communication is recommended. Guidance is necessary to promote responsible communication, as the right to privacy, freedom of speech, and anonymity are all illusions of invulnerability.

The Research on Energy Saving Technology Management of Urban Rail Transit

This paper summarizes the encrgy consumption of rail transit and the current situation of energy saving. Then it puts forward a number of policy support measures on the technology management from several aspects, such as the raft line, traction power supply, energy-saving mode and so on The related research helps urban rail transit enterprises save energy consumption, reduce costs to improve their market competitiveness, as well as to promote the enterprises to fulfill social responsibility and carry out the sustainable development idea.

The effect of Shen-Fu on gastrointestinal tract injury and its potential mechanism during cardio-pulmonary bypass in patients undergoing cardiac surgery

Objective: To investigate the effect of Shen-Fu (SF) injection on gastrointestinal tract injury and its potential mechanism.Methods: Thirty-eight patients undergoing elective open heart surgery were assigned to Group C (control group, n = 18) and Group SF (n = 20) randomly. In Group SF, the patients received intravenous injection of SF (0.5 ml/kg) at the beginning of the surgery followed by a continuous infusion of 100 ml SF (1.0 ml/kg) solution diluted by saline at a rate of 0.004 ml · Kg-1 · min-1 with a Grasby pump. The control group was injected with normal saline in the same volume. Gastric intramucosal pH (pHi), activity of blood diamine oxidase ( DAO ), and concentrations of blood LPS and IL-6 were measured before CPB ( S0) and 1 h ( S1 ) and 2 h ( S2) after aortic declamping, respectively.Results: In Group C, pHi value was significantly lower at S1 and S2 than at S0 ( mean P <0.01) and blood DAO and concentrations of LPS and IL-6 were significantly higher at S1 and S2 than at S0 ( meanP < 0.01). In Group SF, pHi was obviously lower at S1 and S2 than at S0(P< 0.05) but LPS and IL-6 levels and DAO were higher at S, (mean P<0.05). Blood DAO and LPS level demonstrated significant negative correlations with pHi ( mean P < 0.01) while LPS concentration showed a positive correlation with blood DAO (P < 0.01) and IL-6 concentration (P < 0.05). At S1 and S2 after aortic declamping, the levels of pHi were higher in Group SF than in Group C (mean P <0.01 ) but DAO and LPS and IL-6 levels were significantly lower in Group SF than in Group C ( P <0.01).Conclusions: SF has a protective effect on gastrointestinal tract and can reduce inflammatory actions.
