来华留学生思想道德教育者的素质及培养

来华留学生思想道德教育者是来华留学生思想道德教育活动的主体,其素质的高低直接影响来华留学生思想道德教育的方向和效果,制约着来华留学生思想道德水平的提高。因此,明确来华留学生思想道德教育者的素质要求,加强来华留学生思想道德教育者素质的培养,就成为来华留学生思想道德教育的重要问题。来华留学生思想道德教育者的素质主要包括思想素质、道德素质、政治素质、心理素质、知识素质和能力素质。来华留学生思想道德教育者素质的培养是一项长期而艰巨的任务,既需要政府、高校的重视,也需要教育者自身不断地加强修养。

从“道德人”到“道德教育者”:教师道德性的意蕴演进与实现路径

教学蕴含着道德的向善性,教师的道德性是教学道德性的内在要求和必然选择。教师的道德性不仅包含教师个人的道德“私德”与教师职业的道德“师德”,更为重要的是教学实践本身就是一种道德努力,道德也要凭借教学来培养和实现,教师的道德性还应包含教师教学的道德“施德”。应厘清教师道德性的内涵与层次,明晰教师道德性与发展学生的道德能力可能存在的关系,从强调教师私德的“道德人”到关注教师职业的“道德工作者”,最终向能够遴选道德内容“教授道德”、选取适宜道德教学方式“道德地教”的“道德教育者”转变。

情商理论与思想道德教育

情商理论认为,情商(EQ)因素包括情绪表达方式、个性品质、自我意识特点、成就动机以及合作性等非智力因素,对人们的成长和成才比智力因素(IQ)更重要。这种观点对于提高思想道德教育者的素质,改进思想道德教育的方法,改善思想道德教育的现状,提高思想道德教育的实效性,都具有重要的借鉴价值。

教学活动中教师道德敏感性及其生成路径探析

教师道德敏感性是教师道德素养的重要组成部分,然而,受到竞争和评价等因素的影响,教学活动中教师道德敏感性可能处于钝化状态。从教学活动的道德属性出发,阐释了教师道德敏感性的意蕴,探究了教师道德敏感性的构成维度——道德知识、道德想象力和对道德问题的识别,并分别从教师作为道德实践者和道德教育者两个视角对教学活动中的教师道德敏感性进行了论述。最后,提出可以从道德伦理型学校文化的创建、融通道德理论与实践的师资培训及提升教师的道德反思与体验来生成教师的道德敏感性。

Learning Business Ethics in Schools

Business ethics is a contemporary issue among business professionals. To enhance business ethics in the long run, educating future business professionals in colleges （i.e., college students） is one of the starting points. This paper aims to investigate students＇ perceptions on business ethics, such as their perceived importance of business ethics, knowledge of and interest in business ethics, their preferred method of introducing business ethics, and the perceived usefulness of learning business ethics in lessons. Focus groups will be used to collect feedback on these issues from students with different gender and seniority in colleges. This study will give insights into the students＇ perceptions on business ethics and suggest ways/methodology to increase the awareness of business ethics in colleges. Business professionals and educators can make reference to the findings to develop relevant materials on business ethics to their employees and students.

＂Winning Is Everything＂ as the Basis of Academic Misconduct Among Indonesian Students

Unethical behavior among university students such as cheating and plagiarism has weakened the character of honesty in education. This fact has challenged those who perceived education as a holistic process of internalizing values and norms that lead to the formation of students＇ moral principles and moral behaviour. Educators have played the role of ensuring the students to internalize and realized moral values and norms. A study of 360 students of the second semester who enrolled at the course of ＂ethical and personal development＂ at Atma Jaya Catholic University in Indonesia showed that unethical behavior such as cheating and plagiarism were rarely done. However, a deep look at the reason the students did academic dishonesty has prompted the permissiveness of student＇s moral life. This study proves that academic integrity among university students is worrisome, and it is worsened by the fact that they were enrolled in the course of ＂ethical and personal development＂. Seriously taking into consideration the strong desire of students to change the culture of academic misconduct, the authors argue that an educational model which is not oriented excessively to cognitive performance is needed. The authors argue that this position has to be practiced in line with the involvement of ＂clean＂ students who are involved as role models in influencing the formation of student awareness and ethical behavior.

This thesis is designed to propose a feasible moral education pattern forming in experience and idea against the current circumstance of preferring preaching rather than taking action, results than process in moral education according to the development status of morality and the law of somatopsychic development of individual. It aims to start the feeling system of educators, stimulate the in-depth emotional experience, guarantee the smooth transition from moral cognition to moral behavior, and cultivate and create the individual with virtue, healthy mind and body and good manners so as to improve the effectiveness of moral education.
