网络信息技术的发展拓展了人类活动的空间,增加了人类活动的自由度,已经成为当代社会的重要组成部分,网络社会责任伦理成为当代社会研究的重要课题。本文从网络社会责任伦理主客体的基本界定出发,阐述了网络社会责任伦理的基本特征以及具体表现,并在此基础上指出网络社会责任伦理的实践途径:提高网络媒体的道德自律、提高网络社会行为主体的道德自觉意识以及培养网络社会行为主体的独立判断能力。
