遗产学时代的遗产生态

可持续发展的需要与遗产价值的再发现,催生了广泛而持久的遗产热,也催生了一门新学科——遗产学,它用学术、价值的观念看待遗产,使遗产成为一种符合学术思维和可持续发展的资源。然而,这种以可持续发展、学术逻辑为导向的遗产学,使得遗产生态在被纳入现代学术视野的同时,面临着被改写与重构的可能。构成遗产生态的因素既有自然的、物质的,又有人为的、观念的,遗产学是遗产的观念生态的表现,它使得某些观念以科学名义对遗产所发生的影响变得名正言顺。所以,遗产学时代对遗产生态而言是一把双刃剑,使遗产保护既面临机遇又面临挑战。

何为遗产?遗产何为?——比较视野下的文化遗产认知与实践

作为现代性后果,遗产不仅仅是承载过去的实物与景观,更体现为具有生成性的文化政治与社会过程。面对遗产现象的复杂语境,本文通过缅甸蒲甘、和顺古镇与热贡唐卡的案例比较与分析,探讨不同时空观念、文化境遇下的遗产生态,审视被卷入国家建设、地方发展与文化行政中的遗产,及其所呈现出的人、物、景观之间的不同关联,进而反思遗产存续、发展的活态传统与内在动力,及其所面临的脆弱性与不确定性,重新思考何为遗产与遗产何为,以及遗产如何连接过去,映射当下,塑造未来。

论黔西南地区民族生态文化遗产与地理环境的关系

黔西南地区地理环境复杂多样,北部普安地区为寒冷的高原台地,南部为南北盘江河谷地带。改土归流前,居住在此区域的各族先民在与自然环境不断的适应过程中,最终形成和构建了一套适应这一地区自然生境的民族生态文化遗产。因此我们认为民族生态文化遗产是民族地区各族群自身的文化与所处的自然生境和社会环境通过族际互动而形成的一套人为生存信息体系。通过对黔西南地区民族生态文化与地理环境的兼容性为个案研究进行解读,可以进一步推动人们认识民族地区的生态文化遗产与地理环境的兼容性,而且也有助于当代贵州生态环境保护、社会发展的探讨。

北京冬奥会绿色科技创新与生态文明遗产研究

绿色科技创新是推动北京冬奥会创新发展的重要动力。采用文献资料法、逻辑推理法等方法,以分析北京冬奥会绿色科技创新为切入点。系统研究北京冬奥会生态文明遗产概念界定,对遗产的结构体系及价值做出系统阐述,最后提出传承和发展北京冬奥会生态文明遗产的思考。认为要传承与发展北京冬奥会生态文明遗产,为国际奥林匹克运动提供中国方案;要传承与发展北京冬奥会低碳场馆遗产,以绿色科技创新推动生态体育场馆建设;要传承与发展北京冬奥会环境保护遗产,以绿色科技创新推动生态体育运动发展;要传承与发展北京冬奥会生态文明遗产,以绿色生态理念提升社会大众的生态生活方式;要传承与发展北京冬奥会生态文明遗产,以绿色生态.教育弘扬全社会的生态文明思想。

文化生态视域下皖江地区非物质文化遗产的保护与传承——以国家非遗池州青阳腔为例

文化生态学理论要求我们将皖江地区非物质文化遗产纳入到其所处的文化生态系统当中,以整体的文化生态学眼光关注其在不同历史时期的演绎与变迁,为其在当代时空条件下的保护与传承提供更为广阔的视角。文章结合池州青阳腔,探讨皖江地区非物质文化遗产文化生态系统的形成、演变及面临的传承危机,并在此基础上提出重新建构文化生态系统的建议,从而为皖江地区的非物质文化遗产的保护与传承研究提供新的思路。

生态治理视域下藏族生态伦理文化遗产档案化整理发掘研究

我国各涉藏地区遗存有丰富的藏族生态伦理文化遗产,从生态治理的视角开展档案化整理发掘工作,有利于保护、传承与开发利用这些珍贵文化遗产。论文阐述藏族生态伦理文化遗产档案化整理发掘背景,分析整理发掘的意义与滞后问题,提出档案化建设思路策略。借助隐性知识显性化理论模型,嵌入发掘主体、依据、对象、过程和服务对象,融合宏观和微观层面保障策略推动藏族生态伦理文化遗产档案化工作,对完整构建传承藏族生态记忆,全面发掘藏族生态文化遗产为涉藏地区生态治理服务有现实意义。

庙岛群岛生态文化遗产活化与文化旅游业提质的融合发展研究

人居岛屿作为海洋系统中独立且特殊的地理单元,是众多海洋生态文化遗产的承载地。庙岛群岛作为东北亚海域及我国北部沿海重要的岛群,在海洋文明发展的进程中孕育了悠久灿烂的海岛物质与非物质生态文化遗产。在世界范围内滨海旅游市场的繁荣以及中国推行文化旅游的时代背景下,庙岛群岛文化旅游业的提质亟需深化海洋生态文化遗产的内涵。可以从树立自然生态与人文生态共生共荣的理念、丰富海岛文化旅游项目的供给、引导渔村文化振兴以及发挥民众的主体力量四个方面,实现庙岛群岛生态文化遗产的活化和文化旅游业的升级发展。

最美丽云南建设的依据、内涵、生态文化底蕴及对策研究

最美丽云南建设是云南省委省政府贯彻习近平总书记生态文明思想及对云南的特别嘱托,立足新省情、创造发展新优势作出的正确和科学决策。其内涵是云南生态环境中天生丽质的构成和各民族为适应多样环境形成的人与自然良性互动,包括自然生态本真之美、生物多样稳定之美和人与自然和谐共生之美。由信仰、技术、制度三元结构有机整合形成的多民族生态文化,蕴含着深刻的智慧和丰富的经验,维系了云南从远古存续到今天的美丽基质。应通过新时代阐释唤醒和激活各民族生态文化自觉和自信,确立“生态文化遗产”理念实现生态文化“遗产化”保护传承,创造性转化和创新性发展生态文化遗产,使之成为最美丽云南建设的重要支撑。

文化遗产保护区景观格局演变及驱动因子研究——以丽江市核心区为例

以丽江市核心范围为研究区,对其1996、2006及2016年遥感影像进行景观分类,以Google Earth 19级高分辨率影像图对结果校正并计算景观格局指数.结果表明:1996-2006年,冰川雪域向林地转换明显,旱地向建设用地转换趋势明显;2006-2016建设用正向转换明显,其中水田是建设用地增长的主要来源;林地一直是研究区的优势景观类型,比例保持64%以上.20年间,城镇景观用地的扩张蚕食了周围的优质农田景观用地,建设用地扩张有明显的区位特征.研究区的景观破碎度呈现先增后减的倒"U"形变化,景观蔓延度指数和破碎度呈联动变化,先增后减,香浓多样性指数则先减后增.旅游综合收入、政策是影响景观格局变化的主要因素,基于研究区的特殊性,提出构建复合型"生态-遗产廊道".

心象自然的本质内涵是协调人与自然之间的平衡关系,详细介绍了南宁园博园规划设计所秉承的"心象自然"的创新理念,推行设计总承包的创新模式,以梳理自然条件出发,将自然内化于心,因自然而得"生态、文化、共享"三大策略,再由心外化为景观,借自然而成"三湖六桥十八岭、一阁四馆两中心、八十展园八大景"三大特色格局,最终形成一个自然神奇与人工精巧完美结合的理想山水园林,为南宁铸就了一届独特的园博会。

京津冀地区城乡森林建设中的问题及应对策略

森林生态建设是京津冀地区协同发展的重要内容,对实现区域可持续发展和建设美丽中国意义重大。文章在多年开展北京、石家庄、保定、唐山等京津冀地区森林生态建设研究的基础上,针对本地区近期城市森林建设、城市绿地建设、乡村生态建设等存在的现实与潜在问题进行了全面梳理,分析了12个比较普遍和突出的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。

川藏公路生态与文化遗产旅游廊道空间体系研究

随着交通强国战略的实施和全域旅游的推进,交旅融合、文旅融合不断深入。旅游廊道作为满足旅游体验需求的线性空间,将交通网络与沿线自然景观、人文景观、生态环境等有机融合,成为众多学者关注的焦点。川藏公路沿线自然和历史文化资源丰富,川藏公路生态与文化遗产旅游廊道具有交通、生态、游憩、文化、教育等复合功能,应当注重旅游空间的整体规划布局。综合考虑景观生态学和旅游规划学等相关理论,将生态性、通达性、安全性、美观性等有机统一,系统分析旅游廊道的绿地生态体系、空间结构体系和交通通达体系,构建一体化空间体系,以期加强旅游廊道生态保护及文化遗产保护传承,促进旅游可持续发展。

西安杨家村乡村景观互适性转型探讨

西安杨家村作为秦岭北麓乡村景观的典型代表,处在秦岭北麓生态保护与秦陵遗产保护的双重格局中。文章基于杨家村现状乡村景观格局及其内在冲突分析,提出“生态—遗产”格局优化导向下的乡村景观互适性转型思路,并从双重保护、格局互融、视线协调、价值提升方面提出具体的转型策略和路径,以期指导该村乡村景观转型的实践,并为其他具有“生态—遗产”格局特征的秦岭北麓乡村景观转型提供借鉴。

Evaluation on Tourism Ecological Security in Nature Heritage Sites——Case of Kanas Nature Reserve of Xinjiang,China

The nature heritages are the precious legacy of nature with outstanding scientific and aesthetic value. They are quite different from other common ecotourism areas, because of its original and unique system, sensitive and vulnerable landscape, and peripheral cultural features. Therefore, the tourism development in the nature heritage sites should be on the premise of ecological security. The evaluation index system of tourism ecological security in nature heritage sites was constructed in this article by AHP and Delphi methods, including nature ecological security, landscape visual security and local culture ecological security, and the security thresholds of indices were also established. In the indices' weights of the evaluation model, the nature ecological security ranked the highest, followed by tourist landscape visual security and culture ecological security, which reflected the influence degree of the limited factor to tourism ecological security. Then, this paper carried out an empirical study of Kanas of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China, which has the potential to be the World Nature Heritage. On the basis of the data attained from survey and observation on the spot, as well as questionnaire answered by tourists and local communities, the ecological security status in Kanas was evaluated. The result showed that the status of Kanas tourism ecological security was better, but there had some limiting factors. Lastly, effective measures were put forward to ensure its ecological security.

Movie inspires people, developing and upholding heritage of folk music and cultural needs the whole community＇ s concern and support, a cavity blood alone and personal ideals are not enough, only rely on social groups and cultural media, can Southern folk ecological culture be in sustainable development, and fly out of the country to the world.

Natural Heritage Value of Xinjiang Tianshan and Global Comparative Analysis

Xinjiang Tianshan is a serial natural property that has been nominated for World Heritage status.This paper presents a systematically comprehensive and comparative analysis of the heritage resources of Xinjiang Tianshan according to the World Heritage criteria.Its biological,ecological and aesthetic values,which are of global importance, are documented.It is concluded that Xinjiang Tianshan meets the world heritage criteria(vii)and (ix).Xinjiang Tianshan is compared with other mountain world heritage sites,mountains in Central Asia,the Tianshan Mountains outside China,and with the protected areas of the Tianshan Mountains on the Tentative List for World Heritage Sites,so as to provide objective data for the world heritage application.

Study on security and protection of original ecotourism resources in the mountain areas of western Guangxi

Original ecotourism resources mainly refer to natural and human original ecotourism resources, and it＇s of fragility, rarity and irreversibility. As a valuable historic heritage and hnportant tourism resources, it plays a significant role in developing tourism and economy in such areas as the underdeveloped areas, the mountain areas and mimority areas. The tourism resources in the western mountain areas of Guangxi owe ,superiorities and characteristics ＇o their original ecology, Yet, western Guangxi is an ethnic region with fragile karst eco-environment, so it is specialto exploit the tourism resources. The paper defines original eeotourism and analyses the specialties and advantages of the original ecotourism resources as well as thefrailty of the ecotourism resources of the region. The ways of thinking are put forward for safe preservation and sustainable development of the original ecotourism resources, i.e. carrying out measures for the multi-grade protection of heritage resources, setting up a ethnic eco-museum/ ethnic culture eco-park and a gene pool of ethnic cultures, etc.

Place in Movement:Tracing Human-Altered Landscapes Along the Niagara Escarpment

The Niagara Escarpment,a 440-million-year-old landform,cuts through a property owned by the University of Toronto in Caledon,Ontario in Canada.The property juxtaposes impacts from historical quarrying activity which burrowed directly into the Escarpment’s slope,the greater context of the region’s urban development demands,and the Escarpment’s identity as an ancient geological formation,ecological refugium,and old-growth forest housing ancient species such as Thuja occidentalis.This project explores the university’s responsibility in advocating for the protection of the Escarpment’s unique ecologic conditions,including the distinct cliff ecosystems and the novel successional plant communities evolving on sites of former quarry activities.Interventions on the trail system,cave bridges and lookouts,and the boardwalk and path system,along with guidance of signage and trail markers,will bring visitors to areas where former quarry activities sculptured the Escarpment’s limestone faces and are now reclaimed by a system of lush novel wetlands and habitats in evolutionary stages.Connecting to a system of existing public trails,this project leverages the university’s educational and recreational objectives to form new strategic partnerships with local conservancy groups,aiming at monitoring and managing access and habitat protection.

空谷悠音 2017古岳非遗音乐季暨壮族歌圩文化(南宁)生态保护区推广与展演系列活动举办

12月16日,为期一个月的“古岳非遗音乐季暨壮族歌圩文化（南宁）生态保护区推广与展演系列活动”在南宁古岳坡正式开幕。本次活动季在南宁市、中国人民大学和青秀区古岳坡三地联动,共举办六场音乐会、二场研讨会和一场音乐大师课,超过100名艺术家、演员和非物质文化遗产传承人参与非遗音乐表演和非遗技艺展演活动,20多位国内非遗专家和文化学者参加论坛和研讨会;5位艺术家在古岳坡开办了第一场音乐大师课,大约有3000多人参加了音乐季的各种活动。
