油气部门协会改进ISO国际标准的使用

The International Association of Oil and Gas Producers （OGP） has published a new issue of its Standards Bulletin, promoting the collaboration of OGP with ISO and encouraging the oil and gas sector to make use of the suite of ISO International Standards developed for a wide selection of vital off and gas industry materials, equipment and offshore structures. By the end of 2008, the suite comprised 138 standards and 19 are planned for 2009.

俄罗斯独立经济智库的演变与发展前景

本文分析了当代俄罗斯独立经济智库的发展现状、发展阶段及决定其阶段性特点的关键因素。文章指出,俄罗斯独立经济智库部门的发展已经达到了较为成熟的阶段,但与此同时也面临着各种严峻的问题。在经济危机时期,俄罗斯独立经济智库的重要性更加明显,但若要使其潜力得到有效发挥,还需要市场需求结构的变化。另一方面,智库部门间的集体行动对于维护专业研究标准、提高研究质量来说是非常重要的。本文的部分分析主要基于2012—2013年及2015年对俄罗斯智库机构及其负责人进行的问卷调查和书面访谈。
