However, due to the low quality of their own quality and the widespread structural unemployment, farmers in the community after losing land have low employment rates, which causes farmers to become unemployed again. As community farmers live in buildings, their daily expenses are higher than they were before. How can they sustain their livelihood problems when they lose their land and become unemployed? How to protect their own right to live and achieve reemployment? Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes the status of the reemployment of the farmers who lost their land, then discusses the solution to the existing problems. The purpose of doing so is to find the right way to promote their reemployment by finding the difficulties in the process of reemployment of farmers in the landless community.展开更多
