Due to the complexity of earthwork allocation system for the construction of high concrete face rockfill dam,traditional allocation and planning are not able to function properly in the construction process with strong randomness.In this paper,the working mechanism of earthwork dynamic allocation system is analyzed comprehensively and a solution to fuzzy earthwork dynamic allocation is proposed on the basis of uncertain factors in the earthwork allocation of a hydropower project.Under the premise of actual situation and the experience of the construction site,an all-coefficient-fuzzy linear programming mathematical model with fuzzy parameters and constraints for earthwork allocation is established according to the structure unit weighted ranking criteria.In this way,the deficiency of certain allocation model can be overcome.The application results indicate that the proposed method is more rational compared with traditional earthwork allocation. 展开更多

[ Method] Various raw materials were dried for different time at 50℃, and then the sticking degree of EGCG effervescent tablets was reviewed. Hereafter, the formula of EGCG effervescent tablets was optimized by orthogonal test. [ Result] Effervescent tablets without sticking were smooth after being dried for 150 rain. The optimal formula of EGCG effervescent tablets was composed of 4% EGCG, 45% citric acid and sodium carbonate (Citric acid: Sodium carbonate = 1.6:1 ), 20% lactose, 4% L-leucine, 4% sodium cyclamate and 23% orange powder. [Condusion] The prepared EGCG effervescent tablets without sticking has a good effervescence effect and taste. 展开更多

The macadamia tree (macadamia integrifolia maiden & betche), originally from Australia, has smooth and rounded fruits, this walnut produces richly flavoured nuts, which are used "in natura" accompanying appetizers, in the manufacture of candies, being well accepted by the population. This paper analysed the production process of the agro industrial cooperative producers of macadamia nut (Coopmac), located in the town of Sao Mateus-ES/Brazil, and responsible for the production and marketing benefits for the states of Espirito Santo and Bahia. This analysis was performed in order to identify new opportunities for developing new products. The following steps were explored: analysis of the current procedure, ideas generation, analysis of potential ideas, development of a product concept and development of a prototype product. In cooperative, macadamia oil was only extracted. It was decided to develop a potential product from this oil. Initially, chemical analyzes were performed with this oil and opted for the production of soaps, liquid and bar. During this step, the methodology of design of experiments was used to develop the prototype. Sensory analysis, based on the LAM type hedonic scale, was used in the tests. The data were analyzed and could be distinguished the best formulation and the main effects for each assessed parameter. In this step, the statistical analysis software was used. From the value of the overall quality of the sample, greater acceptance for liquid soaps was obtained for a formulation with lower oil volume and higher volume of amphoteric. When concerning the sample bar soaps, the best formulation had the lower ratio of oil volume, the higher volume of amphoteric and lower mass of clay. The authors expect to contribute to generation of scientific and technological knowledge in order to effectively meet the practical needs of efforts directed to the production of macadamia nuts in the state of Espirito Santo. 展开更多

As the most important performance,compliance of shield tunneling machines(STM) is defined as the capability to accommodate the sudden change of the load induced by the variable geological conditions during excavation.Owing to the different requirements of the compliant tasks,the existing methods in the robotic field cannot be utilized in the analysis and design of the mechanical system of shield tunneling machines.In this paper,based on the stiffness of the mechanical system and the equivalent contact stiffness of the tunnel face,the tunneling interface-matching index(IMI) is proposed to evaluate the compliance of the machine.The IMI is defined as a metric to describe the coincidence of the stiffness curves of the mechanical system and the tunnel face.Moreover,a tunneling case is investigated in the paper as an example to expound the validation of IMI and the analytical process.In conclusion,the IMI presented here can be served as an appraisement of the capability in conforming to the load fluctuation,and give instructions for the design of the thrust system of shield tunneling machines. 展开更多

A novel single-ended online fault location algorithm is investigated for DC distribution networks. The proposed algorithm calculates the fault distance based on the characteristics of the voltage resonance. The Prony's method is introduced to extract the characteristics. A novel method is proposed to solve the pseudo dual-root problem in the calculation process. The multiple data windows are adopted to enhance the robustness of the proposed algorithm. An index is proposed to evaluate the accuracy and validity of the results derived from the various data windows. The performances of the proposed algorithm in different fault scenarios were evaluated using the PSCAD/EMTDC simulations. The results show that the algorithm can locate the faults with transient resistance using the 1.6 ms data of the DC-side voltage after a fault inception and offers a good precision. 展开更多
