To ensure the safety of consumers, prolong the shelf life of moon cake and reduce the cost of manufacturing and marketing enterprises, the optimization of preservative formula and the shelf life of cantonese style moo...To ensure the safety of consumers, prolong the shelf life of moon cake and reduce the cost of manufacturing and marketing enterprises, the optimization of preservative formula and the shelf life of cantonese style moon cake were studied. Through single and compound formula preservative test, the results showed that potassium sorbate and sodium dehydroacetate could inhibit the microorganisms in the moon cake, but the inhibitory effect of sodium dehydroacetate was stronger than that of potassium sorbate; and the combination of potassium sorbate and sodium dehydroacetate had a synergistic effect, and the best formula is 'potassium sorbate 0.44 g/kg mixed with sodium dehydroacetate 0.38 g/kg. A batch of moon cake was prepared with the best preservative formula, then the total number of colonies, molds and coliform group in the samples were detected by random sampling at irregular intervals. The total number of molds exceeded the limit on the 187^th d, and it indicated that the shelf life of the product was 187 d. Compared with the conventional 15-day shelf life, this research greatly prolongs the sheff life of cantonese style moon cake, and cut down the cost of moon cake enterprises. [ Method] Various raw materials were dried for different time at 50℃, and then the sticking degree of EGCG effervescent tablets was reviewed. Hereafter, the formula of EGCG effervescent tablets was optimized by orthogonal test. [ Result] Effervescent tablets without sticking were smooth after being dried for 150 rain. The optimal formula of EGCG effervescent tablets was composed of 4% EGCG, 45% citric acid and sodium carbonate (Citric acid: Sodium carbonate = 1.6:1 ), 20% lactose, 4% L-leucine, 4% sodium cyclamate and 23% orange powder. [Condusion] The prepared EGCG effervescent tablets without sticking has a good effervescence effect and taste.展开更多

The complex crysta...A new Cu(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Cu(inio)2(H2O)] (inio = isonicotinic acid N-oxide) with chemical formula C12H10CuN2O7 was prepared and its crystal structure has been determined by X-ray analysis. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 12.455(3), b = 6.202(1), c = 16.555(3) ? b = 106.776(3), V = 1224.3(4) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 357.76, Dc =1.941 g/cm3, m(MoKa) = 1.827 mm-1, F(000) = 724, R = 0.0601 and wR = 0.1417 for 908 observed reflections (I > 2s(I)). The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by an elongated square pyramid geometry. The deprotonated isonicotinic acid N-oxides form a double-bridge between each pair of Cu(Ⅱ) ions in trans form through two oxygen atoms from the carboxyl groups and two other oxygen atoms from the -NO groups, respectively, which leads to an infinite one dimensional chain. The two adjacent elongated Cu(Ⅱ) square pyramidal geometries are arranged in trans form in the same chain. The OH…O hydrogen bonds extend the chain structure into two-dimensional layers.展开更多
