在司法鉴定及与之相关的商品检验工作中,有时需要测定红色墨水中的染料组成。有些红色墨水中的红色成分由酸性大红3R 和弱酸红 A 两种染料混合配制而成,这两种染料的吸收光谱重叠,相互干扰。本文建立了多波长线性回归分光光度法同时测...在司法鉴定及与之相关的商品检验工作中,有时需要测定红色墨水中的染料组成。有些红色墨水中的红色成分由酸性大红3R 和弱酸红 A 两种染料混合配制而成,这两种染料的吸收光谱重叠,相互干扰。本文建立了多波长线性回归分光光度法同时测定红墨水中酸性大红3R 和弱酸红 A 的方法,可消除酸性大红3R 和弱酸红 A 的相互干扰,同时测定两种染料的浓度。实验测定了酸性大红3R 和弱酸红 A 在400-600nm 波长范围的吸收光谱;考察了两染料的吸光度的线性范围,进行了两染料混合标准液的吸光度加合性实验,结果表明,在450~580nm 波长区间和0-40mg/L 浓度范围内,两种染料均服从 Beer定律(r>0.996),具有良好的线性和吸光度加合性。实验选择了在波长500-530nm 区间每隔2nm 的16个波长作为测定和回归波长。考察了方法的精密度和准确度,结果测得酸性大红3R 的回收率为94.0~104.5%,RSD 为2.4~4.3%;弱酸红 A 的回收率为98.0~104.0%,RSD 为2.1~4.6%。本方法测定了红墨水样品中酸性大红3R 和弱酸红 A 的配比,结果令人满意。展开更多
