目的比较了两种提取方法在尿儿茶酚胺提取过程中的应用。方法用阴离子固相萃取柱和酸性氧化铝分别提取标准品和尿标本,然后用高效液相色谱联用电化学检测器测定尿儿茶酚胺的含量。结果阴离子固相萃取法的直接萃取率去甲肾上腺素为65%~8... 目的比较了两种提取方法在尿儿茶酚胺提取过程中的应用。方法用阴离子固相萃取柱和酸性氧化铝分别提取标准品和尿标本,然后用高效液相色谱联用电化学检测器测定尿儿茶酚胺的含量。结果阴离子固相萃取法的直接萃取率去甲肾上腺素为65%~87%,肾上腺素为57%~88%,多巴胺为68%~84%。酸性氧化铝吸附的直接萃取率去甲肾上腺素为25%~32%,肾上腺素为17%~28%,多巴胺为28%~32%。结论在尿儿茶酚胺提取过程中阴离子固相萃取法的萃取率高于酸性氧化铝吸附法。 展开更多

The application of encapsu... Sodium erythorbate, antioxidant and curing accelerator, used in meat products, have no vitamin functionality. Ascorbic acid (AA), in contrast, is a powerful antioxidant, but very unstable. The application of encapsulated AA in frankfurters could allow the incorporation of an antioxidant with vitamin functionality and improved stability. The aim of this study was to evaluate the application ofAA microcapsules in frankfurters and the effects of their application on the product. Different analyses were conducted. The values obtained for mass loss, moisture content, water activity, pH and instrumental color were not significantly different among the treatments. The frankfurters containing the microcapsutes exhibited the lowest hardness value (approximately 5,000 g), resulting in better scores in the sensory analysis. It was possible to apply the AA microcapsules without compromising the oxidative stability and physicochemical characteristics of the product, providing a promising method for protecting AA and producing fortified frankfurters. 展开更多

The effects of nitrate concentration in the main anoxic zone on denitrifying dephosphatation capability were conducted based on modified University of Cape Town (MUCT) process. Meanwhile the relation between optimal nitrate concentration (Nopt) and influent C/N ratio was evaluated, in which the influont chemical oxygen demand (COD) concentration was stabilized at (2905:10)mg/L, the influent total phosphorus (TP) concentration was stabilized at (7.0±0. 5)mg/L. The results indicated that: (1) the nitrate concentration in the main anoxic zone had an effect on denitrifying dephosphatation capability, and the average percentages of anoxic phosphorus uptake in total phosphorus uptake (ηa) increased with nitrate cancentration increasing, i.e., increasing from 62.1% at2.0 mg/L to63.7%, 65.6%, 68.1%, and 72.3% at 2.2, 2.4, 2.6 and 2.8mg/L, respectively; (2) the Nopt as function of influent C/N ratio could be calculated by the equation: y = 0.67x^2-7.79x + 22. 21; the maximum percentages of anoxic phosphorus uptake in total phosphorus uptake (ηa,max) as function of the Nopt could be calculated by the equation: y=0.77-0.33e^-(x/1.52). The Nopt was the important control parameter that must be optimized for operation of conveational biological nutrieat removal activated sludge (BNRAS) system. 展开更多

目的:建立HPLC—FD测定大鼠尿液中儿茶酚胺类化合物(CAs)的含量,为虚热证的药理学研究提供参考。方法:采用酸性氧化铝吸附法制备大鼠尿样;使用HiQSil C18V色谱柱,流动相0.02mol·L^-1KH2PO4水溶液,流速0.5mL·min^-1... 目的:建立HPLC—FD测定大鼠尿液中儿茶酚胺类化合物(CAs)的含量,为虚热证的药理学研究提供参考。方法:采用酸性氧化铝吸附法制备大鼠尿样;使用HiQSil C18V色谱柱,流动相0.02mol·L^-1KH2PO4水溶液,流速0.5mL·min^-1,激发波长(EX)280nm,发射波长(EM)316nm,柱温40℃。结果:大鼠尿样供试液中的儿茶酚胺类化合物可以与各干扰组分达到基线分离;CAs各组分线性、精密度和重复性良好;该法制备的样品溶液在16h内测定,RSD〈2%;CAs的回收率在65%~71%,试验中测得适应期后大鼠尿液中CAs含量稳定。结论:该文采用的供试品溶液制备方法简便,建立的色谱分析方法稳定、可靠,适合于大鼠尿液中CAs的含量测定。 展开更多
