A systematic study of the synthesis of C.I.Acid Blue 9 leuco compound in water is reported.The kinetic analysis of experimental data for the condensation reaction between 2-formylbenzenesulfonic acid sodium and N-ethy...A systematic study of the synthesis of C.I.Acid Blue 9 leuco compound in water is reported.The kinetic analysis of experimental data for the condensation reaction between 2-formylbenzenesulfonic acid sodium and N-ethyl-N-(3'-sulfonic acid benzyl) aniline obtained at four different temperatures ranging between 85 and 100°C is discussed.It is shown that the reaction followed second-order rate kinetics.The overall rate constant(k) increased with the increase of temperature.On the basis of the value of k,activation energy(E_a) of the reaction was evaluated.Importantly,it is found that reactant concentration has great effect on the formation of C.I.Acid Blue 9 leuco compound,implying that it is not enough to improve the conversion of N-ethyl-N-(3'-sulfonic acid benzyl) aniline by only prolonging reaction time in the late period of the reaction.展开更多

The catalytic activities were investigated throug...The novel solid acid with both sulfonic and carbonyl acid groups has been synthesized from 3-((2-sulfoethoxy) carbonyl)acrylic acid and tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS). The catalytic activities were investigated through the acetalization. The results showed that the novel solid acid was very efficient for the reactions with the high yields. The high acidity, high stability and reusability were the key feature of the novel solid acid. Moreover, the sulfonic and carbonyl acid groups could cooperate during the catalytic process, which improved its catalytic activities. Objective To search novel method for diagnosis and therapy of B-lymphoma, specific small mo-lecular peptide ligands against binding site of tumor cells were screened and its effects on signal transduction and cell apo...Objective To search novel method for diagnosis and therapy of B-lymphoma, specific small mo-lecular peptide ligands against binding site of tumor cells were screened and its effects on signal transduction and cell apoptosis were tested. Methods Specific peptide ligands were screened by binding with site of human B lymphoma cell(OC1LY8)using peptide-bead libraries. The identified peptides were characterized with responsible cellsby rebinding test. The role of tyrosine phosphorylation of peptide ligand was tested by Western blot; and its apoptosispromoting role was observed by confocal fluorescent microscope. Results Specific peptide ligand was able to bind specifically to site on cell surface and enter into cytoplasm. Tetrameric peptide ligand was able to strongly trigger signal transduction resulting in tyrosine phosphorylation and cellular apoptosis in OC1LY8 cell line. Conclusion Screened peptide ligand can effectively bind with OC1LY8 cell, stimulate cellular tyro-sine phosphorylation and induce cellular apoptosis.展开更多
