介绍使用硫酸盐还原菌 (SRB)处理和控制酸性矿山排水 (AMD)新技术的半工业性试验和现场试验结果。当有碳和硫酸盐源供给时 ,硫酸盐还原菌 (一种普通的厌氧菌群 )生产出硫化氢和重碳酸盐。硫化氢与AMD中金属离子起反应 ,生成金属硫化物... 介绍使用硫酸盐还原菌 (SRB)处理和控制酸性矿山排水 (AMD)新技术的半工业性试验和现场试验结果。当有碳和硫酸盐源供给时 ,硫酸盐还原菌 (一种普通的厌氧菌群 )生产出硫化氢和重碳酸盐。硫化氢与AMD中金属离子起反应 ,生成金属硫化物而沉淀。生成的重碳酸盐用来促进酸性矿山排水的中和。半工业性试验金属去除系数达到 :Zn 99% ,Al 99% ,Mn 96 % ,Cd 98%和Cu 96 %。但Fe和As去除不如上述金属有效 ,这主要是由于污染有机给养基的铁和砷含量高。有证据说明 ,吸附作用和硫酸盐还原都在反应器中发生。SRB现场示范工程包括使用蒙大拿州埃利斯顿附近的利利 奥芬博伊矿淹没的地下矿山工作区作为“原地生物反应器”。该矿在 4年的监测期间 ,已观察到Al、Cd、Cu和Zn都有高的去除系数 ( 70 %~接近 1 0 0 % )。然而 ,由于与半工业性试验类似的原因 ,As和Fe测得低的去除系数。通过矿山水中硫酸盐减少的测定和可溶硫化物的检测说明 ,硫酸盐还原是明显的。 展开更多

目的研究钛钽生物梯度材料在成骨过程中对碱性磷酸酶的影响。方法选取光滑钛片(光滑纯钛组)、经酸蚀水热处理的钛片(酸蚀水热组)、经酸蚀水热处理后等离子喷涂钽的钛片(钽喷涂组)作为研究对象,其中钽喷涂组作为实验组,光滑纯钛组、酸蚀... 目的研究钛钽生物梯度材料在成骨过程中对碱性磷酸酶的影响。方法选取光滑钛片(光滑纯钛组)、经酸蚀水热处理的钛片(酸蚀水热组)、经酸蚀水热处理后等离子喷涂钽的钛片(钽喷涂组)作为研究对象,其中钽喷涂组作为实验组,光滑纯钛组、酸蚀水热组作为对照组,将第3代培养的SD大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞BMSCs接种至3组不同的钛片表面,培养3、5、7 d后,采用ALP试剂盒检测3组试件上细胞的ALP水平。结果当细胞培养到第3天时,酸蚀水热组和钽喷涂组的ALP活性高于光滑纯钛组(P<0.05);第5天与第7天时,酸蚀水热组和钽喷涂组的ALP活性明显高于光滑纯钛组,且钽喷涂组高于酸蚀水热组(P<0.05)。结论经酸蚀水热处理过的纯钛表面等离子喷涂钽后,在成骨过程中其表面细胞的ALP活性更高。 展开更多

Ti6Al4V alloy was subjected to hydrothermal treatment in the concentrated Ca3(PO4)2, Ca HPO4 and Ca(H2PO4)2 solutions for bioactive surface modification. The treated samples are covered by films composed of nano-particles with the size of 60-240 nm. Such film can also be grown on the strut surface of a Ti6Al4 V scaffold prepared by electron beam melting(EBM) technology. XPS analysis indicates that Ti element on the surface presents as TiO2, and Ca and P elements are in the form of calcium phosphate. XRD and Raman analyses show that the surface layer is composed of anatase TiO2 and hydroxyapatite. Potentiodynamic polarization test in a Ca-free Hank's balanced solution demonstrates that the treated sample has markedly improved corrosion resistance compared with the polished sample. The present work provides a bioactive surface modification method that is easily-operated, low-temperature, less corrosion, and applicable to porous Ti6Al4 V alloy for biomedical applications. 展开更多

The serious limitations of available technologies for decontamination of wastewater have compelled researchers to search for alternative solutions. Catalytic treatment with hydrogen peroxide, which appears to be one of the most efficient treatment systems, is able to degrade various organics with the help of powerful ·OH radicals. This review focuses on recent progress in the use of bicarbonate activated hydrogen peroxide for wastewater treatment. The introduction of bicarbonate to pollutant treatment has led to appreciable improvements, not only in process efficiency, but also in process stability. This review describes in detail the applications of this process in homogeneous and heterogeneous systems. The enhanced degradation, limited or lack of leaching during heterogeneous degradation, and prolonged catalysts stability during degradation are salient features of this system. This review provides readers with new knowledge regarding bicarbonate, including the fact that it does not always harm pollutant degradation, and can significantly benefit degradation under some conditions. 展开更多

In order to produceα-calcium sulfate hemihydrate(α-CaSO4·0.5H2O)whiskers with high aspect ratios,a minor amount of CuCl2·2H2O was used as the modifying agent in the process of hydrothermal treatment of calcium sulfate dihydrate(CaSO4·2H2O)precursor.The presence of 2.60×10–3 mol/L CuCl2·2H2O resulted in the increase of the aspect ratios ofα-CaSO4·0.5H2O whiskers from 81 to 253.The preferential adsorption of Cu2+on the negative{110}and{100}facets ofα-CaSO4·0.5H2O crystal structures was confirmed by EDS and XPS.And ATR-FTIR demonstrated the ligand adsorption of Cu2+on the surface ofα-CaSO4·0.5H2O whiskers.The experimental results reveal that the whiskers with high aspect ratios are attributed to the adsorption of Cu2+,which promotes the 1-D growth ofα-CaSO4·0.5H2O whiskers along the c axis. 展开更多

A precursor of cobaltous dihydroxycarbonate was firstly prepared by precipitation reaction of cobalt sulfate solution and ammonium carbonate solution,and then a hydrothermal process for the precursor was conducted to obtain the spherical cobalt carbonate with low sulfur content.The experimental results show that the feeding method,final p H value of the precipitation reaction slurry and the concentration of the cobalt sulfate solution have obvious effects on the sulfur content,morphology and particle size distribution of the precursor.The sulfur content of the precursor is 0.0115 wt.%under the optimized conditions.The hydrothermal treatment with temperatures of 125-150℃can transform the precursor of cobaltous dihydroxycarbonate into spherical cobalt carbonate and decrease the sulfur content to 0.0030 wt.%in the obtained product. 展开更多

The influence of intermetallic Al-Mn particles on the corrosion behavior of in-situ formed Mg-Al layered double hydroxide(Mg-Al-CO32--LDH)steam coating on AZ31 Mg alloy was investigated.The alloy was pretreated with H3PO4,HCl,HNO3or citric acid(CA),followed by hydrothermal treatment,for the fabrication of Mg-Al-LDH coating.The microstructure,composition and corrosion resistance of the coated samples were investigated.The results showed that the surface area fraction of Al-Mn phase exposed on the surface of the alloy was significantly increased after CA pretreatment,which promotes the growth of the Mg-Al-LDH steam coating.Further,the LDH-coated alloy pretreated with CA possessed the most compact surface and the maximum coating thickness among all the coatings.The corrosion current density of the coated alloy was decreased by three orders of magnitude as compared to that of the bare alloy. 展开更多

General pretreatment processes of ammonia stripping and phenols solvent extraction can reduce the concentration of toxic compounds of the coal gasification wastewater for the following biological treatment. However, some emulsified coal tar still exists in the influent and many substances in coal tar are refractory and toxic to microorganisms. This study is mainly on the removal of emulsified coal tar by acidification demulsion. The experimental results show that the acidification process of the wastewater by pure hydrochloric acid can reduce the chemical oxygen demand (COD), total organic carbon (TOC), total phenolics and oil about 3.1%-11.3%, 6%-- 10.8%, 5.3%--8.6% and 25.2%--57.4% respectively with pH value in the range of 4 to 7. The analysis of molecular weight distribution indicates that compounds removed from the wastewater by this process are large molecular substances. The experiment also shows that the efficiency of COD removal in the demulsion process by different acids is different and the phosphoric acid is prominent. The preserved time of the wastewater also affects the efficiency of demulsion. Small amount low-cost solid additives including kaolin and diatomite can improve the rate of coal tar sedimentation and enhance the removal efficiency of organics in the phosphoric acidification process. 展开更多
