钾长石粉酸浸除铁的实验研究 被引量:14

Some effective parameters on the copper extraction from Kiire chalcopyrite concentrate were optimized by using response surface methodology (RSM). Experiments designed by RSM were carried out in the presence of ammonium persulfate (APS) and different types of impeller in an autoclave system. Ammonium persulfate concentration and leaching temperature were defined numerically and three types of impellers were defined categorically as independent variables using experimental design software. The optimum condition for copper extraction from the chalcopyrite concentrate is found to be ammonium persulfate concentration of 277.77 kg/m3, leaching temperature of 389.98 K and wheel type of impeller. The proposed model equation using RSM has shown good agreement with the experimental data, with correlation coefficients R2 and RaZaj for the model as 0.89 and 0.84, respectively. 展开更多

A thermodynamics analysis on the leaching process of selenium residue and discussion on the behaviors of aqueous ionic in the leaching process were carried out. Through thermodynamical calculation, the values of AG and relevant potential expressions were obtained. According to these thermodynamical data, the φ-pH diagrams of Se-H2O system at 298 and 373 K were obtained; Simultaneously, the φ-pH diagrams of SO2-H2O and SO2-Se-H2O systems were drawn at 298 K. With increasing the temperature, the stable regions of HSeO3, SeO2- and SeO2- in the φ-pH diagram of Se-H2O system become gradually large, but the limits of pH in the stable region become gradually small. The stability area of reduction precipitation in the SO2-Se-H2O system was finally determined. The results of oxidization leaching experiments of selenium residue indicate that when the mass ratio of selenium residue to sodium chlorate is 2, the concentration of sulfuric acid is 300 g/L and the residue is agitated for 3 h at leaching temperature of 80 ℃, the leaching rate of selenium could reach 97.76 %. The experimental results conform the calculated results by φ-pH diagram. The selenium reduction precipitation in oxidization-leaching solution was analyzed under the conditions of acidity of 150 g/L, the sodium sulphite concentration of 35 g/L at the reductive temperature of 23 ℃ for 120 min. Citric acid was used to selectively extract cobalt from limonite-type laterite ores in the presence of ammonium bifluoride.The results show that ammonium bifluoride enhances the leaching of cobalt by citric acid,and 84.5% cobalt is extracted from a laterite ore containing 0.13% Co when leached at ambient temperature for 2 h with 30 g/L citric acid and 10 g/L ammonium bifluoride.Pyrolusite is reduced by citric acid during leaching,cobalt intergrown with which is liberated and subsequently chelated by the citric acid.The extraction of cobalt is enhanced in the presence of ammonium bifluoride because the matrix of silicate minerals is destroyed by ammonium bifluoride and the adsorbed cobalt is subsequently liberated. 展开更多
