通过叶面配合喷施不同浓度亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)和醋酸锌[(CH3COO)2Zn·2H2O],研究硒(Se)、锌(Zn)及硒锌交互(Se-Zn)作用对春茶硒化学形态的影响。结果表明:(1)单独喷施Na2SeO3均能提高醇溶态、水溶态、盐溶态的硒含量,尤以200~400μg... 通过叶面配合喷施不同浓度亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)和醋酸锌[(CH3COO)2Zn·2H2O],研究硒(Se)、锌(Zn)及硒锌交互(Se-Zn)作用对春茶硒化学形态的影响。结果表明:(1)单独喷施Na2SeO3均能提高醇溶态、水溶态、盐溶态的硒含量,尤以200~400μg/mL的硒处理对春茶中硒的含量提高效应明显,其中醇溶态硒占总量的比例最大,水溶态次之,盐溶态最小,且醇溶态、水溶态硒占总量的比例分别较对照有不同程度的增加;(2)0.20%~0.40%的锌对3种化学形态硒含量有显著的提高效应,而高浓度锌(1.20%)抑制3种形态硒的吸收;(3)低浓度硒(50μg/mL)与不同浓度的锌配比,3种形态的硒含量整体都较低,醇溶态、水溶态硒所占比例差异不显著,但均显著大于盐溶态,其余浓度的硒锌配比,硒的化学形态分布与单硒相似,200~400μg/mL的硒与0.40%~0.80%的锌配合喷施,3种化学形态硒含量提高效应最明显,醇溶态、水溶态硒的比例分别较对照有不同程度的增加,又以200μg/mL的硒与0.80%的锌配比效果最好。 展开更多

目的:通过对广东、广西2个产地多批次、多规格桂枝中Fe、Mg等24种微量元素的测定及形态分析,探索桂枝微量元素的量变规律及形态特征。方法:按照传统煎煮法对桂枝中24种元素进行提取;用0.45μm微孔滤膜分离提取液中的可溶态与悬浮态微... 目的:通过对广东、广西2个产地多批次、多规格桂枝中Fe、Mg等24种微量元素的测定及形态分析,探索桂枝微量元素的量变规律及形态特征。方法:按照传统煎煮法对桂枝中24种元素进行提取;用0.45μm微孔滤膜分离提取液中的可溶态与悬浮态微量元素;用LSA-10大孔吸附树脂柱分离可溶态中的有机态与无机态微量元素;并采用正辛醇/水分配体系,在模拟人体胃肠环境条件下,将可溶态中这24种元素分离为醇溶态和水溶态;采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS法)测定桂枝原药、水煎液及水煎液各种形态中24种微量元素的含量;采用SPSS 19.0软件对微量元素进行相关分析。结果:24种微量元素的线性关系系数(r)均大于0.999 0,原药及提取液中元素测定方法的精密度、稳定性和回收率均能满足实验要求,不同产地、不同规格桂枝中部分微量元素含量有显著差异(P〈0.05),桂枝中微量元素之间存在显著的或极显著的正相关或负相关(P〈0.05)。微量元素的提取率为1.0%~59.4%,可溶态在水中的比率为61.8%~99.1%,悬浮态比率为38.2%~0.9%,微量元素在模拟的人体胃肠环境中的醇溶态溶出率在2%以下,微量元素主要以无机态和水溶态的形式存在。结论:不同微量元素提取率差异显著,可溶态微量元素含量高于悬浮态微量元素的含量,人体胃肠环境醇溶态含量差异不大,小于水溶态的含量,微量元素之间的相关性及形态分析对桂枝临床合理应用具有指导意义。 展开更多

Freezing processes of several liquids under static magnetic field(SMF) less than 50 mT were investigated. Central temperature of liquid samples held in glass test tubes immersed in a liquid bath was measured and collected. Nucleation temperature and phase transition time were obtained from freezing curves. Normality tests were performed for nucleation temperature of these liquids with/without magnetic field and normality distributions were justified. Analysis of variances was carried out for nucleation temperature of these liquids with magnetic field flux density as the influencing factor. Results showed that no significant difference was found for deionized water with or without SMF. However, differences exist in 0.9% NaCl solution and 5% ethylene glycol solution with and without SMF. Nucleation temperature of 0.9% NaCl with SMF is lower than that without SMF, while its phase transition time is shorter than that without SMF. Nucleation temperature of 5% ethylene glycol with SMF is higher than that without SMF, while its phase transition time is not modified with SMF. 展开更多

The refrigerant mixture of ethanol aqueous was applied to the parallel type pulsating heat pipe (PHP). The operation characteristics of the PHP were analyzed by means of experiment and nonlinear chaotic theory. Moreover, the relationship between the running state and attractor was described. The results indicate that starting power, stable running power and dry burning transition power are about 64.08 W, 148.68 W and 234.0 W respectively. The cycle and amplitude of PHP initially decrease and then increase with the increasing power. However, the data are welldistributed in a certain range. The running state is in agreement with the attractors, and the changing process for attractors is as follows: the attractors first disperse in the whole phase space, then present mass status, and finally show band distribution. 展开更多
