关于脑外伤司法精神医学鉴定的采信度

目的探讨如何提高脑外伤患者司法精神医学鉴定的采信度。方法对189例脑外伤后司法精神病案例的鉴定内容,鉴定结论及结论的被采用情况进行统计分析。结果伤后6个月以内鉴定的有78例(41%);6个月后鉴定的有111例(59%);智商(IQ)、脑电生理、... 目的探讨如何提高脑外伤患者司法精神医学鉴定的采信度。方法对189例脑外伤后司法精神病案例的鉴定内容,鉴定结论及结论的被采用情况进行统计分析。结果伤后6个月以内鉴定的有78例(41%);6个月后鉴定的有111例(59%);智商(IQ)、脑电生理、BPRS,头颅CT检查完成情况不一,鉴定结论采信率近66%。结论伤残的鉴定应在脑外伤6个月后进行,重视加强新的检测手段,排除一些影响鉴定结论的因素。 展开更多

目的探讨智力测验及综合评估方法在法医学伤残鉴定中对智力障碍评估的适用性,以提高智力评估的采信度。方法综合组211例被鉴定人,采用智力测验及综合评估法;单一组194例被鉴定人采用单纯韦氏智力测验评定,两组评定结果与专家组鉴定结论... 目的探讨智力测验及综合评估方法在法医学伤残鉴定中对智力障碍评估的适用性,以提高智力评估的采信度。方法综合组211例被鉴定人,采用智力测验及综合评估法;单一组194例被鉴定人采用单纯韦氏智力测验评定,两组评定结果与专家组鉴定结论比较。结果综合组:综合评估结果与专家组鉴定结论比较无显著差异(χ2=1.70,P>0.05);单一组:单纯韦氏智力测验结果与专家组鉴定结论比较,有显著差异(2χ=15.4,P<0.01)。综合组与单一组在评估结果上有显著差异(χ2=8.06,P<0.01)。结论智力测验及综合评估方法能有效提高智力评估的采信度。 展开更多

Based on the research of two geophone types (10 Hz moving-coil velocity and piezoelectric acceleration) and their velocity and acceleration parameters, frequency response functions have been determined, as well as the differences between them. Also, shock- vibration tests have been accomplished, not only to explain the two shock response signal differences, but also to analyze the response signal characteristics and its ability to carry information. In addition, seismic data acquisition experiments have been carried out under comparable conditions in the field. A contrast analysis of shot gathers and stack profiles acquired with the two geophone types is given in this paper. The results show that the acceleration signal from the acceleration geophone has a better advantage in terms of high signal-to-noise ratio, high accuracy, high resolution, and quantity of information to better meet current and future requirements for seismic exploration. 展开更多

To solve the problem that the signal sparsity level is time-varying and not known as a priori in most cases,a signal sparsity level prediction and optimal sampling rate determination scheme is proposed.The discrete-time Markov chain is used to model the signal sparsity level and analyze the transition between different states.According to the current state,the signal sparsity level state in the next sampling period and its probability are predicted.Furthermore,based on the prediction results,a dynamic control approach is proposed to find out the optimal sampling rate with the aim of maximizing the expected reward which considers both the energy consumption and the recovery accuracy.The proposed approach can balance the tradeoff between the energy consumption and the recovery accuracy.Simulation results show that the proposed dynamic control approach can significantly improve the sampling performance compared with the existing approach. 展开更多

With the wide applications of sensor network technology in traffic information acquisition systems,a new measure will be quite necessary to evaluate spatially related properties of traffic information credibility.The heterogeneity of spatial distribution of information credibility from sensor networks is analyzed and a new measure,information credibility function(ICF),is proposed to describe this heterogeneity.Three possible functional forms of sensor ICF and their corresponding expressions are presented.Then,two feasible operations of spatial superposition of sensor ICFs are discussed.Finally,a numerical example is introduced to show the calibration method of sensor ICF and obtain the spatially related properties of expressway in Beijing.The results show that the sensor ICF of expressway in Beijing possesses a negative exponent property.The traffic information is more abundant at or near the locations of sensor,while with the distance away from the sensor increasing,the traffic information credibility will be declined by an exponential trend.The new measure provides theoretical bases for the optimal locations of traffic sensor networks and the mechanism research of spatial distribution of traffic information credibility. 展开更多

Then the augmented PID algorithm realized by software is adopteff But-terworth filter is used to convert the o.aput PWM of STM32 to current signal which is used to control the seniconductor control rectifier to adjust the temrature. In order to improve the test accuracy of CCD,a new type of CCD device is proposed.Several columns(rows) of photoelectric diodes(PDs) are combined together,and staggered with the distance of H1=H/N,where H is the space between two adjacent PDs,and N is the number of columns(rows).The photoelectric signals are collected simultaneously by multi-channel A/D,and the accurate measurement result is obtained through appropriate signal processing.Without changing the size or space of PDs,more photographic pixels are arranged in the given direction within a finite length.Diameters of three standard poles are measured by a single CCD and two staggered CCDs,respectively with length of 30 mm and diameters of 5 mm,8 mm and 12 mm,respectively.The results show that the accuracy of double staggered CCDs is two times of that of single CCD.The new type of CCDs can avoid the impact of PD space theoretically and higher measurement accuracy can be obtained. 展开更多
