综合机械化采煤技术程度和水平的高低是表明国家煤炭开采科学进步的重要标志。结合黄陵二号煤矿大采高智能化采煤面的生产实际,介绍了“一键启停”全自动控制启停技术,大采高跟机自动化与记忆截割高效协同技术,胶带机“三控”融合技术,... 综合机械化采煤技术程度和水平的高低是表明国家煤炭开采科学进步的重要标志。结合黄陵二号煤矿大采高智能化采煤面的生产实际,介绍了“一键启停”全自动控制启停技术,大采高跟机自动化与记忆截割高效协同技术,胶带机“三控”融合技术,大采高工作面设备防碰撞控制技术,特殊顶底板条件下支架自适应控制技术,模拟人工护帮智能精准控制等智能化采煤的关键控制技术,提出了视频死角与透尘技术、工作面自动找直技术、智能化系统故障自诊断技术和煤岩识别技术等需要攻关的技术课题。未来综采工作面机械设备的发展趋势是向大功率、智能化、自动化程度更高的方向发展。 展开更多
