The model describes how to adjust slightly product output sequence and how to control the components’ purchase parameters: purchasing risk time and purchase order quantity. This could be one of the practices followed by an organization/company that procures Military Critical Items-MCIs, items with a major impact to the safety and the accomplishment of a mission. In our conceptual approach, we will try to propose a tool for a quick and simple supplier selection under the method mentioned above. Furthermore, in almost every procurement scenario, major critical success factors for supplier selection, such as Quality and Delivery, considered also as military criteria [46], play an extremely important role [5]. Based on this, we argue that final decision for the approved supplier could be based on what we call Coefficient of Total Trial Performance-CTTP, constituted by the following factors： P＆G Perfect Order concept of each trial order [50], Prediction Intervals/Confidence Intervals for achieved delivery times as a statistical estimator of future delivery times, A suggested factor, called the Management Trial Score-MTS.展开更多
