某组合梁斜拉桥边跨压重段局部应力分析

斜拉桥边跨常设置压重以改善整体受力,并避免过渡墩支座出现负反力。该梁段构造和边界复杂,存在应力集中现象,局部受力较为复杂。为揭示边跨压重段的受力性能,以某组合梁斜拉桥为工程背景,运用有限元分析软件进行三维空间应力分析。结... 斜拉桥边跨常设置压重以改善整体受力,并避免过渡墩支座出现负反力。该梁段构造和边界复杂,存在应力集中现象,局部受力较为复杂。为揭示边跨压重段的受力性能,以某组合梁斜拉桥为工程背景,运用有限元分析软件进行三维空间应力分析。结果表明,在荷载作用下锚拉板周边的桥面板和钢横梁中部底面等位置存在应力集中现象,但区域较小;绝大部分区域的应力值小于容许应力,整体上处于较平均的应力状态,传力明确可靠,受力合理,为日后类似桥梁的设计提供了参考与建议。 展开更多

湖南长沙湘江欢乐城五星级酒店工程中庭钢结构楼梯为旋转楼梯,旋转角度约360°,首层为起点,在3层悬挑形成双通道抵达3、4层。梯梁采用箱形截面,次梁采用方管,踏步采用花纹钢板,相邻踏步之间及与梯梁焊接后整体受力,钢箱梁为三维扭... 湖南长沙湘江欢乐城五星级酒店工程中庭钢结构楼梯为旋转楼梯,旋转角度约360°,首层为起点,在3层悬挑形成双通道抵达3、4层。梯梁采用箱形截面,次梁采用方管,踏步采用花纹钢板,相邻踏步之间及与梯梁焊接后整体受力,钢箱梁为三维扭曲弧面,加工难度大。采用液压卷板机根据梯段倾斜角度将钢板卷制成型,在定制胎架上投影放线模拟施工现场原位拼装,在上端预留拼装余量,并在工厂完成预拼装;现场安装采用胎架支撑,投影放线,全站仪测量就位,并根据计算得到结构预起拱值,焊接完成后,采取分级卸载的方式,并最终测得实际的沉降数据,经验证,满足设计和计算结果。 展开更多

新旧钢规下重级钢吊车梁疲劳验算的对比分析

疲劳验算是重级钢吊车梁设计的重要内容,新版《钢结构设计标准》引入疲劳截止限的快速判别法,明确区分正应力幅和剪应力幅,并对验算部位的类别进行重新划分。为了更好地把握重级钢吊车梁的疲劳验算要点,让新钢规可以更有效地指导吊车梁... 疲劳验算是重级钢吊车梁设计的重要内容,新版《钢结构设计标准》引入疲劳截止限的快速判别法,明确区分正应力幅和剪应力幅,并对验算部位的类别进行重新划分。为了更好地把握重级钢吊车梁的疲劳验算要点,让新钢规可以更有效地指导吊车梁设计,本文对新、旧钢规的疲劳验算进行归纳总结,并结合具体工程实例进行分析计算。结果表明:当吊车梁承受高应力幅时,利用疲劳截止限快速判别出正应力幅一般较容易满足,而剪应力幅较难满足,需按容许应力幅法进一步判断。此外,通过理论公式和Sap2000有限元软件相结合的方法,对3种变截面吊车梁的疲劳验算结果进行对比分析,得出疲劳应力幅大小关系:圆弧突变式>渐变式>直角突变式。其中对于直角突变式吊车梁,其理论计算的疲劳应力集中系数偏大于有限元分析值,验证了新钢规中关于直角突变吊车梁对抗疲劳更为有利的结论。 展开更多

永定塔是北京地区最高的辽金风格仿古塔,为中国现有最高的混凝土结构仿古建筑,该工程三重梁两两交汇,钢筋错综复杂,模板支设困难,混凝土施工缝不易留置。飞檐板为双方向弧形的异形板,弧形角度随楼层不断变化,给混凝土成型施工带来极大... 永定塔是北京地区最高的辽金风格仿古塔,为中国现有最高的混凝土结构仿古建筑,该工程三重梁两两交汇,钢筋错综复杂,模板支设困难,混凝土施工缝不易留置。飞檐板为双方向弧形的异形板,弧形角度随楼层不断变化,给混凝土成型施工带来极大困难。经研究,通过CAD软件三维技术应用,加工定型模板使三重梁的模板支架整体支设,优化钢筋及混凝土施工工艺,采用选定特征弧线并加工控制龙骨、并在特征弧线位置设置支撑等方法解决了复杂双曲面板的施工技术难题,实现了混凝土桁架梁的一次浇筑成型,结构整体性好,工程质量优良,确保了设计意图的完美实现。 展开更多

To analyze the dynamic response and reliability of a continuous beam bridge under the action of an extra heavy vehicle, a vehicle–bridge coupled vibration model was established based on the virtual work principle and vehicle–bridge displacement compatibility equation, which can accurately simulate the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle and bridge. Results show that deck roughness has an important function in the effect of the vehicle on the bridge. When an extra heavy vehicle passes through the continuous beam bridge at a low speed of 5 km/h, the impact coefficient reaches a high value, which should not be disregarded in bridge safety assessments. Considering that no specific law exists between the impact coefficient and vehicle speed, vehicle speed should not be unduly limited and deck roughness repairing should be paid considerable attention. Deck roughness has a significant influence on the reliability index, which decreases as deck roughness increases. For the continuous beam bridge in this work, the reliability index of each control section is greater than the minimum reliability index. No reinforcement measures are required for over-sized transport. 展开更多

Sutong Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with a steel box girder and a main span of 1 088 m.The steel box girder of main span includes five portions:back span large unit,large block of pylon,standard girder,back span closure girder and middle span closure girder.Each back span large unit is fabricated by welding several deck segments together in factory,and is erected by floating crane.As navigational clearance of the main bridge is high,the traditional truss lifting device can't satisfy the requirement of domestic lifting cranes for this kind of lifting height and weight.Hence,a kind of lighter lifting device for the erection of back span large units was accepted for this bridge.In this paper,the design and use of this lifting device is introduced.The upper structure used lifting gantry to install the standard girder segment by cantilever method.Because the bridge's navigation clearance is high,and the girder segment is wide and heavy,the meteorology and hydrology condition of the bridge district is abominable,and the requirements of long cable girder side pull-in,structure and performance propose high request to the lifting gantry.In this paper,the design and use key point of long cable pull-in angle adjustment device integrate into lifting gantry is introduced. 展开更多

It' s a necessary selection to support the maneuver across Yangtze River by floating bridge constructed by portable steel bridge and civilian ships. It is a comprehensive index for the scheme of bridge raft, containing a variety of technical factors and uncertainties. The optimization is the selection in the constructing time, quantity of equipments and man power. Based on the calculation result of bridge rafts, an evaluating system is established, consisting of index of spacing between interior bays, raft length, truss numbers, operation difficulty and maximal bending stress. A fuzzy matter element model of optimizing selection of bridge rafts was built up by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis. The method of combination weighting was used to calculate the value of weights index to reduce the subjective randomness. The sequence of schemes and the optimization resuh were gained finally based on euclid approach degree. The application result shows that it is simple and practical. 展开更多

Considering the construction features of prestressed concrete bridge, the comprehensive evaluation method about the bridge damage conditions are studied. Particular attentions are paid on establishing a muhilevel evaluation model for damaged prestressed concrete bridge, and the evaluation indices of the model as well as the rating standards are defined in the model. A normal relative function about the evaluation indices of each element is developed to calculate the relative degree, and for each element which is no sub-level elements. When evaluating the elements in sub-item level or index level of the model, the weights of elements that are pertained to one element are adopted, taking account of their deterioration degree. At the same time, the dam- age conditions of bridge are characterized by relative degree, element evaluation scale and structural technology mark of bridge, so it agrees with Code for Maintenance of Highway Bridges and Culvers. 展开更多
