为提高基于可靠性的结构优化效率,提出一种三阶段解耦分析方法。第一阶段利用可靠性安全因子进行确定性优化,并将确定性优化结果作为初始样本点;第二阶段利用可靠性灵敏度和重量因子对样本点进行调整,获取目标函数与失效概率的数据集合... 为提高基于可靠性的结构优化效率,提出一种三阶段解耦分析方法。第一阶段利用可靠性安全因子进行确定性优化,并将确定性优化结果作为初始样本点;第二阶段利用可靠性灵敏度和重量因子对样本点进行调整,获取目标函数与失效概率的数据集合;第三阶段利用目标函数与失效概率的关系,曲线获取可接受失效概率对应的目标函数,并求解最终优化设计变量。本文方法只需一次确定性优化,且现有结构可靠性求解算法均可使用,适应性强。算例分析结果表明,本文方法可以明显减少失效概率评估次数,且计算结果对可靠性安全因子与重量因子不敏感。 展开更多

A population of 180 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) was developed by single seed descended from the cross of high yield Upland cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) varieties Zhongmiansuo12 (ZMSI2) and 8891, the two parents of Xiangzamian2 (XZM2). A genetic linkage map consisting of 132 loci and covering 865.20 cM was constructed using the RIL population chiefly with SSR markers. Yield and yield components were investigated for RILs in three environments in China. The purpose of the present research was to analyze the relationship between yield and its components and to map QTL for yield and yield components in cotton. QTL were tagged with data sets from single environment (separate analysis) and a set of data from means of the three environments (joint analysis). A total of 34 QTL for yield and yield components were independently detected in three environments, whereas fifteen QTL were found in joint analysis. Notably, a stable lint percentage QTL qLP-A10-1 was detected both in joint analysis and in two environments of separate analysis, which might be of special value for marker-assisted selection. The QTL detected in the present study provide new information on improving yield and yield components. Results of path analysis showed that bolls/plant had the largest contribution to lint yield, which is consistent with the mid-parent heterosis value in F1. Accordingly, in cotton breeding, bolls/plant can be considered first and other yield components measured as a whole to implement variety enhancement and hybrid selection of cotton. 展开更多

Affective Meaning of Pronouns in a Russian Sample

The present study examines affective meaning of pronouns (in Russian) represented by the semantic differential. Of direct relevance to the present study is the theory of affective meaning propounded by Osgood. Two hypotheses were tested. According to a "magnitude" hypothesis, affective dimensions (each of evaluation, potency, and activity taken separately) differ in their magnitude across pronouns I, My, Me, and They. A "structural" hypothesis stated that the affective dimensions yield latent factors across (the generality) and within (the concept-scale interaction) the pronoun concepts. Repeated-measures analysis of variance (1-way ANOVA) and confirmatory factor analysis were employed to process data. It was found that each of the evaluation and potency measures yield a significant magnitude change across the pronouns, but there was indicated no significant change across the pronouns with respect to the activity dimension. Therewith, the pronoun My gained a salient value and the pronoun They the smallest value. Using confirmatory factor analysis five models were tested. Among them one model was good fit to the data. It engaged a four-factor solution resulted in that four pronouns are latent affective distinct but related factors and the evaluation, potency, and activity are their indicators. 展开更多

PICKLE(PKL), a putative CHD3 chromatin remodeling factor, has been suggested to be involved in multiple processes in Arabidopsis. Here, we confirmed the late-flowering phenotype caused by pkl mutation with pkl mutants in two different ecotypes, and investigated the possible mechanisms that account for PKL regulation of flowering time. Quantitative RT-PCR and RNA-seq assays showed that expression of the LEAFY gene(LFY) and a number of LFY-regulated floral homeotic genes were down-regulated in seedlings of the pkl mutants. As predicted, overexpression of LFY restored normal flowering time of pkl mutants. Our results suggest that PKL may be involved in regulating flowering time via LFY expression. To uncover the underlying mechanism, Ch IP-PCR using anti-PKL was performed on materials from three developmental stages of seedlings. Our results showed that PKL associated with the genomic sequences of LFY, particularly at 10-day and 25-day after germination. We also showed that loss of PKL affected H3K27me3 level at the promoter of LFY. Taken together, our data suggest that transcriptional regulation of LFY at the chromatin level by PKL may at least partially account for the late-flowering phenotype of pkl mutants. 展开更多

As an research example of the widely existing cooperation-competition systems,the authorspresent an empirical investigation on a fruit nutritive factor network.It is described by a node-weightedbipartite graph.The fruit nutritive factors are defined as the nodes,and two nodes are connected by anedge if at least one fruit contains these two nutritive factors.The fruits are defined as the collaborationacts.The node-weight W_(nt),which signifies the 'importance degree' of each actor node,is defined as thecont ent of a nutritive factor in a fruit.The empirical investigation results show some unique features.The node-weight distributions take so-called 'shifted power law' function forms,but the act-weightdistribution takes a normal form.The degree and act-degree distributions show impulsive-spectrumlike forms.These observations may be helpful for the study of fruits.The network description methodproposed in this article may be universal for a kind of cooperation-competition systems. 展开更多
