Based on the theory of Projection Onto Convex Set (POCS),this paper constructs Quantization Constraint Set (QCS) using the quantization information extracted from the video bit stream. By combining the statistical properties of image and the Human Visual System (HVS),a novel Adaptive Quantization Constraint Set (AQCS) is proposed. Simulation results show that AQCS-based SR al-gorithm converges at a fast rate and obtains better performance in both objective and subjective quality,which is applicable for compressed video.展开更多

In this paper, a new multidirectional holographic interferometric system is built, and two kinds of image reconstruction algorithms are introduced and an automatic image processing system of interferogram is designed. A three dimentsional asymmetric gas flow field above a combustor is expertmentally investigated with holographic interferometry. The preheating temperature had a great influence on the viscosity of oil samples and the resolution of spectral analysis. The repeatability of spectral measurements was impacted by the metal and wax content of the oil samples. For the case of high wax content oils, the wax species began to crystallize in the course of determination that could affect the repeatability of spectral measurements. These factors have evidenced why the preheating devices and filter unit are necessary when low field NMR system is used in the online analysis process. The investigation is very important for the on-line application of the low field NMR.展开更多

Firslly, the critic...An improved linear-time retiming algorithm is proposed to incrementally optimize the clock period, espe cially considering the influence of the in-out degree of the critical combinational elements. Firslly, the critical elements are selected from all the critical combinational elements to retime. Secondly, for the nodes that cannot be performed with such retiming, register sharing is implemented while the path delay is kept unchanged. The incremental algorithm can be applied with the technology mapping to minimize the critical path delay and obtain fewer registers in the re- timed circuit with the near-optimal clock period. Compared with Singh's incremental algorithm, experiments show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the flip-flop count by 11% and look-up table (LUT) count by 5% while improv- ing the minimum clock period by 6%. The runtime is also reduced by 9% of the design flow.展开更多

We give the reconstruction formula in lattice-invariant signal spaces, which is a generalization of former results in shift-invariant signal spaces. That is, we generalize and improve Aldroubi, Groechenig and Chen's results, respectively. So we obtain a general reconstruction algorithm in lattice-invariant signal spaces, which the signal spaces is sufficiently large to accommodate a large number of possible models. In this paper, we propose a novel dynamic global-Principal Component Analysis (PCA) sparse representation algorithm for video based on the sparse-land model and nonlocal similarity. First, grouping by matching is realized at the decoder from key frames that are previously recovered. Second, we apply PCA to each group (sub-dataset) to compute the principle components from which the sub-dictionary is constructed. Finally, the non-key frames are reconstructed from random measurement data using a Compressed Sensing (CS) reconstruction algorithm with sparse regularization. Experimental results show that our algorithm has a better performance compared with the DCT and K-SVD dictionaries.展开更多

The proposed algorithm is used to equalize independent ladings of all subcarriers. At the same time we compare the SDCMA blind detection with subspace-based Minimum Mean-Squared Error (MMSE) detection. The simulation results show that the pertbrmance of SDCMA blind detection is superior to that of subspace-based MMSE detection and the complexity of the former is much lower than that of the latter.展开更多

We seek to reconstruct thermal a...We start from a realistic half space then use to develop a mathematical asymptotic model for thermal imaging, which we analysis well suited for the design of reconstruction algorithms. We seek to reconstruct thermal anomalies only through their rough features. With this way our proposed algorithms are stable against measurement noise and geometry perturbations. Based on rigorous asymptotic estimates, we first obtain an approximation for the temperature profile which we then use to design noniterative detection algorithms. We show on numerical simulations evidence that they are accurate and robust. Moreover, we provide a mathematical model for ultrasonic temperature imaging, which is an important technique in cancerous tissue ablation therapy.展开更多

After precision analysis it is found that the results for twenty times of iteration are of very high precision, and those with higher precision can be acquired if the iteration solving is further conducted. The comparison of the results from FEM further proves the reliability of the simplified alternating algorithm presented by this paper.展开更多
