液晶移相器可作为中低轨无线卫星中相控阵天线实现电控波束扫描的关键部件。本文提出了一种基于成熟面板技术的高精度、低成本液晶移相器可行的量产化制造方案。实现了低方块电阻(Rs<0.02),高精度线宽线距(1μm厚铜CD/Space可达到3.5... 液晶移相器可作为中低轨无线卫星中相控阵天线实现电控波束扫描的关键部件。本文提出了一种基于成熟面板技术的高精度、低成本液晶移相器可行的量产化制造方案。实现了低方块电阻(Rs<0.02),高精度线宽线距(1μm厚铜CD/Space可达到3.5μm/8μm),并支持多规格Cu膜层厚度(1μm~3μm)物理气相沉积制备,高精度液晶滴下工艺以及高对准、低插损FPC和IC邦定工艺等量产可行性方案。低液晶盒厚度(Cu-Cu间距4μm~6μm)的量产工艺相较于传统方案液晶用量大幅降低,成盒精度高,不仅降低了液晶相控阵天线的材料成本,亦可提高液晶移相器的响应速度,从而提升液晶相控阵天线的波束扫描速率等性能。 展开更多

Considering the two-dimension(2 D) characteristic and the unknown optimal trajectory problem of the batch processes, an integrated model predictive control-iterative learning control(MPC-ILC) for batch processes is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the batch-axis information and time-axis information are combined into one quadratic performance index. It implies the integration of ILC and MPC algorithm idea, which leads to superior tracking performance and better robustness against disturbance and uncertainty. To address the problem of the unknown optimal trajectory, both time-varying prediction horizon and end product quality control are employed. Moreover, an integrated 2 D just-in-time learning(JITL) model is used to improve the predictive accuracy. Furthermore, rigorous description and proof are presented to prove the convergence and tracking performance of the proposed MPC-ILC strategy. Wind tunnel testing is experimental support of research and development during the design phase of aircraft and missile projects. The paper presents the developed method of manufacturing management by providing the required quality and accuracy of the wind tunnel models. The price of the wind tunnel model is several hundred thousand dollars and for this reason a manufacturing defect is not allowed. Additionally, any delays in the production process cause delay of testing in the wind tunnel. The costs of the delay are very high, because the wind tunnel laboratory is extremely expensive. All the foregoing is why the issue of the model's production is very important. Manufacturing of wind tunnel model within the contracted deadline and the required quality define tasks and objectives of production process management: identification of critical machining operations and activities; minimizing the time of coordinate inspections between cutting operations; identifying the main parameters of quality (shape, position in space, and angular relations); and material management for all other machining operations that follow. Specially developed methods of coordinate metrology are crucial for the management of the manufacturing process. Worldwide used specialized coordinate inspection programs have no option to measure the flaps deflection angles and wing dihedral angle. This paper introduces the originally developed coordinate inspection methods for determining the angular relations between lift and control surfaces. The methods presented in this paper have been confirmed in several international projects. The quality and accuracy of the models for wind tunnel testing are conditio sine qua non. 展开更多

Electrical energy consumption is growing and is necessary to improve the technologies related to energy production. We have carried out a pilot study about environmental impacts during the manufacturing process of PV (photovoltaic) modules and compared between the energy requirement for the production of PV cells and modules and generation throughout the life time of the finished good that is PV module. It was taken into account the generation of environmental aspects and impacts in the manufacture of monocrystalline silicon PV modules (consisting of three components: silicon cell, fiat tempered glass and aluminum frame), and an analysis of a grid-connected PV system using an energetic alternative in residences was considered. Results show that, this kind of renewable energy is really clean and can be considered as a way to change the energy technology. 展开更多
