超深层裂缝型储层最佳井眼轨迹量化优选技术与实践--以克拉苏构造带博孜A气藏为例 被引量:16

利用定向井眼轨迹穿越有效天然裂缝发育区,是超深层油气藏高效开发的重要手段。然而,超深层气藏处于高压、高温、高地应力的环境中,钻井过程中溢流、垮塌、漏失事故频发,同时裂缝发育和地应力集中共同导致地层各向异性极强,不同方位井... 利用定向井眼轨迹穿越有效天然裂缝发育区,是超深层油气藏高效开发的重要手段。然而,超深层气藏处于高压、高温、高地应力的环境中,钻井过程中溢流、垮塌、漏失事故频发,同时裂缝发育和地应力集中共同导致地层各向异性极强,不同方位井眼轨迹上的钻井风险不同。以库车坳陷克拉苏构造带博孜A气藏为例,兼顾定向井安全钻井并尽可能多穿裂缝带,建立研究区的储层三维地质力学模型,分析活动性好的裂缝优势方位和产状特征,考虑强地应力、裂缝弱面评价以及与垮塌、漏失相关的安全钻井密度窗口,为定向井钻前设计提供最优化的井眼轨迹方案。研究结果表明:(1)天然裂缝走向与最大水平主应力方向夹角小、裂缝面剪应力与正应力比值较高时,裂缝有效性较好;(2)钻井井眼垂直于有效裂缝面时,流体从储层向井筒的导流能力最大;(3)储层处于走滑应力机制时,钻井井眼在沿着最大水平主应力方向上的一定扇形区域内稳定性较好,且井斜角越大,钻井相对越安全;(4)天然裂缝发育时,井眼稳定性整体降低,但钻井井眼垂直于有效裂缝面时,稳定性相对较好;(5)根据裂缝剪切变形能力,确定有效裂缝的发育位置和产状,结合裂缝性地层的井壁稳定性评价与漏失压力预测,可定量预测最优井眼轨迹。实践检验表明,预测结果与钻井实践吻合较好,证明了井眼轨迹在优质裂缝体钻遇和安全钻井中的可靠性,为超深层裂缝型储层大斜度井开发奠定了地质力学基础。 展开更多

Under the threat of bio-terrorism,this paper aims at improving the emergency rescue system's ability of dealing with a public health emergency.Focusing on the demand network,this research establishes the emergency rescue supply storage network under a danger diffusion environment.Combined with the infectious disease diffusion model,the traditional set covering model is rebuilt taking the decision optimization of reserve quantity into consideration.Under the premise of a certain emergency service level,the collaborative location optimizing model of an emergency rescue supply storage network is established in order to minimize the sum of the building costs and the preserving costs.The model is proved to be effective through numerical simulation.The collaborative location optimization of the nodes of the emergency rescue supply storage network and the reserve quantity of each storage node is realized. 展开更多

The effects of Z11 and AP407 collectors as well as AF65 and AF70 frothers were evaluated in the rougher flotation circuit of the Sungun copper concentrator plant using 2 4 full factorial design.Response functions were produced for both Cu grade and recovery and optimized within the experimental range.The optimum reagent dosages were found to be 12.01 g/t Z11,11 g/t AP407,3 g/t AF65 and 5 g/t AF70 to attain the maximum Cu grade(8.17%).The reagent dosages of 12 g/t Z11,11 g/t AP407,3 g/t AF65 and 15 g/t AF70 produced the maximum Cu recovery(86.44%).The collector distribution demonstrated that the distribution pattern of(32%,32%,20%,16%)can produce the best recovery(87.75%)in comparison to other examined distribution patterns. 展开更多

Abstract: A simple optimized microplate-based method to assay endo-1,4-β-mannosidase activity was described as an improved high-throughput screening method. A series of experimental conditions were optimized. It is revealed that the optimum measurement procedure is as follows: adding 50μL of diluted enzyme sample and 50 μL substrate, incubating at 45 ℃ for exactly 5 min in micro-plate, mixing with 100 μL 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS) reagent, maintaining at boiling point for 15 rain, cooling down to room temperature before determining the ABS value at 540 nm using an ELISA micro-plate reader. The reaction volume of the optimized microplate-assay is reduced to 200μL from 2 500 μL used in the standard β-mannanase macro-assay. The optimized micro-assay is significantly more sensitive in all of the 643 candidates during endo-1,4-β-mannosidase screening. Statistical analyses show that the sensitivity of the optimized micro-method is significantly greater than that of the macro-assay. The optimized method is convenient, fast, and cheap for high throughput enzyme screening. 展开更多

According to the problem of energy consumption in wireless sensor network (WSN),this paper puts forward a routing optimization algorithm with quality of multi-service, using the function of routing optimization with quality of multi-service and membership function of satisfaction, which integrates the energy consumption of communication and residual and the information of time delay into the membership function of satisfaction to solve the equilibrium factor, so that it can become the optimal routing that balances the network lifetime, transmission delay of data, and node energy consumption of nodes. Simulation experiment shows that adopting the algorithm can make lifecycle of nodes longer and network transmit more data packets at the same time. Experimental results verify the algorithm can effectively balance the network energy, reduce the energy consumption and prolong the network lifetime. 展开更多
