A油田是我国开发较早的砂岩油田,目前油田开发进入特高含水期,面临着含水上升快,注水效益差的问题。建立油田注水及产液结构调整技术标准,定量化表征调整潜力,明确重点调整井,合理进行单砂体的强、弱水驱注水结构调整,适时进行油井堵水,可以有效控制含水上升速度,减少注入水低效无效循环,是油藏工程节能的有效手段。通过精准注水结构调整,年节约注水86.75×10^4 m^3,减少无效产液27.61×10^4 m^3,节约用电720×10^4 kWh,节约电费458.64万元,取得了好的节能效果和经济效益。 展开更多

该文以SH664P型滚筒薄板烘丝机为研究对象,以筒壁温度量化调整为主要的水分稳定性控制措施,基于机器宝数采系统采集生产过程原始参数数据,并筛选、择优选择机器学习算法,将SIROX段、烘丝段参数进行回归拟合。创建基于当前筒内参数环境... 该文以SH664P型滚筒薄板烘丝机为研究对象,以筒壁温度量化调整为主要的水分稳定性控制措施,基于机器宝数采系统采集生产过程原始参数数据,并筛选、择优选择机器学习算法,将SIROX段、烘丝段参数进行回归拟合。创建基于当前筒内参数环境下的料头和过程生产阶段的烘丝出口水分预测回归模型。再通过出口水分预测值与控制值的水分差值,计算出对应筒壁温度的调整范围。结果表明:在模型验证的30批烘丝生产数据中,烘丝出口水分标偏均值整体为0.04左右,可见筒壁温度精确化调整可有效维持烘丝出口水分的稳定。 展开更多

The deteriorating water quality in the Taihu Lake Basin has attracted widespread attention for many years, and is correlated with a sharp increase in the quantity of pollutant discharge such as agricultural fertilizers and industrial wastewater. In this study, several factors were selected for evaluating and regionalizing the water environmental capacity by ArcG1S spatial analysis, including geomor- phologic characteristics, water quality goals, water body accessibility, water-dilution channels, and current water quality. Then, the spa- tial optimization of agriculture and industry was adjusted through overlay analysis, based on the balance between industrial space and water environmental capacity. The results show that the water environmental capacity gradually decreases from the west to the east, in contrast, the pollution caused by industrial and agricultural clustering is distributes along Taihu Lake, Gehu Lake and urban districts. The analysis of the agricultural space focuses on optimizing key protected areas of the Taihu Lake Basin, and the shores of Gehu Lake, optimally adjusting the second protected areas of the Taihu Lake Basin, and generally adjusting the urban areas of Changzhou and Wuxi cities. The analysis of industrial space focuses on optimizing the downtowns of Changzhou and Wuxi cities, optimally adjusting key protected areas and second protected areas of the Taihu Lake Basin, and generally adjusting the south and southwest of Gehu Lake. Lastly, some schemes of industrial and agricultural layouts and policies for the direction of industrial and agricultural development were proposed, reflecting a correlation between industry and agriculture and the water environment. 展开更多

A multi-objective intelligent coordinating optimization strategy based on qualitative and quantitative synthetic model for Pb-Zn sintering blending process was proposed to obtain optimal mixture ratio. The mechanism and neural network quantitative models for predicting compositions and rule models for expert reasoning were constructed based on statistical data and empirical knowledge. An expert reasoning method based on these models were proposed to solve blending optimization problem, including multi-objective optimization for the first blending process and area optimization for the second blending process, and to determine optimal mixture ratio which will meet the requirement of intelligent coordination. The results show that the qualified rates of agglomerate Pb, Zn and S compositions are increased by 7.1%, 6.5% and 6.9%, respectively, and the fluctuation of sintering permeability is reduced by 7.0%, which effectively stabilizes the agglomerate compositions and the permeability. 展开更多

The integrated and optimized model is based on our previous research result-effective space method. An integrated algorithm suitable for the integrated and optimized model was proposed and corresponding computer programs were designed to solve practical problems. The results indicates the programs can work out optimized delivery routes and concrete loading projects. The model and algorithm have many virtues and are valuable in practice. 展开更多

Low-NOX combustion retrofit is performed by adopting staged combustion technology for a 600 MW utility boiler with a four-corner tangential firing system. The emission data of NOX before and after retrofit are compared and analyzed. The test results show that the emission concentration of NOX decreases obviously after the low-NOX retrofit. Additionally, the emission of NOX decreases by nearly 50% when the unit load is higher than 350 MW. It can also be concluded that the emission of NOX is influenced significantly by the amount of SOFA, the damper opening of auxiliary air, the differential pressure between the secondary air windbox and the furnace, and so on. 展开更多

In this paper, a rate-distortion based quantization level adjustment (RDQLA) algorithm is presented. Based on the rate-distortion criterion, the quantization level adjustment algorithm effectively improves coding efficiency by adaptively optimizing quantization levels of the signals near the boundaries of quantization cells and adjusting quantization levels per block. In addition, it has no overhead and is fully compatible with the existing compression standards. The proposed algorithm can be applied in any block based image and video coding method. In particular, the algorithm has been verified on the platform of H.264. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm improves objective and subjective performances substantially. It is shown that the proposed algorithm has a gain of several dB comparing with the newest H.264 standard for high bit rates. 展开更多

Parametric sensitivity analysis of precipitation and temperature based on multi-uncertainty quantification methods in the Weather Research and Forecasting model 被引量:3

Sensitivity analysis(SA) has been widely used to screen out a small number of sensitive parameters for model outputs from all adjustable parameters in weather and climate models, helping to improve model predictions by tuning the parameters. However, most parametric SA studies have focused on a single SA method and a single model output evaluation function, which makes the screened sensitive parameters less comprehensive. In addition, qualitative SA methods are often used because simulations using complex weather and climate models are time-consuming. Unlike previous SA studies, this research has systematically evaluated the sensitivity of parameters that affect precipitation and temperature simulations in the Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF) model using both qualitative and quantitative global SA methods. In the SA studies, multiple model output evaluation functions were used to conduct various SA experiments for precipitation and temperature. The results showed that five parameters(P3, P5, P7, P10, and P16) had the greatest effect on precipitation simulation results and that two parameters(P7 and P10) had the greatest effect for temperature. Using quantitative SA, the two-way interactive effect between P7 and P10 was also found to be important, especially for precipitation. The microphysics scheme had more sensitive parameters for precipitation, and P10(the multiplier for saturated soil water content) was the most sensitive parameter for both precipitation and temperature. From the ensemble simulations, preliminary results indicated that the precipitation and temperature simulation accuracies could be improved by tuning the respective sensitive parameter values, especially for simulations of moderate and heavy rain. 展开更多

Borondipyrromethenes(BODIPY) are a class of fluorescent dyes whose fluorescence quantum yields are generally high and independent of the solvent.In this paper,we report the synthesis of a new type of BODIPY compound that carries an azido group on the 3-position of the pyrrole core.The azido group quenches the fluorescence of the dye due to its weak electron-donating effect.The fluorescence of the BODIPY dye can be switched on after reacting with alkynes via a Cu(Ⅰ) catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition(CuAAC) reaction.We further demonstrate that this azido-BODIPY compound can be used in the cell imaging applications. 展开更多

In order to exploit the enhancement of the multi- objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition (MOEA/D), we propose an improved algorithm with uniform de- sign (UD), i.e. MOEA/D-UD. Three mechanisms in MOEA/D-UD are modified by introducing an experimental design method called UD. To fully employ the information contained in the domain of the multi-objective problem, we apply UD to initialize a uniformly scattered population. Then, motivated by the analysis of the re- lationship between weight vectors and optimal solutions of scalar subproblems in the study of MOEND with adaptive weight ad- justment (MOEA/D-AWA), a new weight vector design method based on UD is introduced. To distinguish real sparse regions from pseudo sparse regions, i.e. discontinuous regions, of the complex Pareto front, the weight vector adjustment strategy in MOEMD-UD adequately utilizes the information from neighbors of individuals. In the experimental study, we compare MOEA/D-UD with three outstanding algorithms, namely MOEA/D with the dif- ferential evolution operator (MOEA/D-DE), MOEA/D-AWA and the nondominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) on nineteen test instances. The experimental results show that MOEA/D-UD is capable of obtaining a well-converged and well diversified set of solutions within an acceptable execution time. 展开更多
