采用离子束溅射技术和热氧化工艺,对预先制备的ZnO纳米线表面进行纳米CuO修饰,研究了不同溅射工艺条件下对形成的CuO/ZnO纳米线异质结构的影响,通过控制溅射参数成功地合成出不同CuO量子点尺寸和分布密度的CuO/ZnO量子点异质结和CuO为... 采用离子束溅射技术和热氧化工艺,对预先制备的ZnO纳米线表面进行纳米CuO修饰,研究了不同溅射工艺条件下对形成的CuO/ZnO纳米线异质结构的影响,通过控制溅射参数成功地合成出不同CuO量子点尺寸和分布密度的CuO/ZnO量子点异质结和CuO为壳层的CuO/ZnO同轴纳米线异质结构.将X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)用于研究样品的结构和形貌.实验结果表明,溅射在ZnO纳米线表面的Cu膜的厚度对形成的CuO/ZnO异质结构起着重要的作用.在Cu膜适度较薄时,获得了直径仅5 nm、分布较均匀的高密度(2.05×1010mm-2)CuO/ZnO量子点异质结;而Cu膜较厚时,形成的是CuO/ZnO同轴纳米线异质结构.利用高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)进一步对量子点异质结和同轴纳米线异质结的界面晶体结构进行了研究. 展开更多

硫族化镉纳米微晶由于具有发光效率高和发射波长可调谐等优良性质在光电器件中有重要的应用,CdSe/CdS点-棒异质结量子点是典型代表之一。本文中通过非共振拉曼方法探测了该量子点在5~50cm-1的声学声子模,利用不同模式的偏振特性,清晰地... 硫族化镉纳米微晶由于具有发光效率高和发射波长可调谐等优良性质在光电器件中有重要的应用,CdSe/CdS点-棒异质结量子点是典型代表之一。本文中通过非共振拉曼方法探测了该量子点在5~50cm-1的声学声子模,利用不同模式的偏振特性,清晰地指认了球状核壳异质结量子点的扭转模式和径向呼吸模、棒状和点-棒异质结量子点的伸缩模和径向呼吸模等,并观察到了棒状量子点和点-棒异质结量子点的电子拉曼散射。同时发现点-棒异质结量子点的径向呼吸模较尺寸相当的纳米棒量子点发生红移。利用有限元方法形象模拟各量子点声学模的振动形式,并发现点-棒异质结量子点呼吸模振动的局域性。随后,引入局域有效声速的概念,利用改进的Lamb定律,成功解释了该红移是由CdSe核区域声速的减小所导致的,并再次验证该呼吸模局域在核附近区域。该研究对于表征和研究量子点中的限制性声学模具有重要意义,声学模和光学跃迁均局域在量子点附近区域的特性,对调控其激子-声子耦合和相关的光学性质具有重要指导意义。 展开更多

Hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))has gained widespread attention as a versatile oxidant and a mild disin-fectant.Here,an electrostatic self-assembly method is applied to couple ZnSe quantum dots(QDs)with a flower-like covalent organic framework(COF)to form a step-scheme(S-scheme)photocata-lyst for H_(2)O_(2)production.The as-prepared S-scheme photocatalyst exhibits a broad light absorption range with an edge at 810 nm owing to the synergistic effect between the ZnSe QDs and COF.The S-scheme charge-carrier transfer mechanism is validated by performing Fermi level calculations and in-situ X-ray photoelectron and femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopies.Photolumi-nescence,time-resolved photoluminescence,photocurrent response,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and electron paramagnetic resonance results show that the S-scheme heterojunction not only promotes charge carrier separation but also boosts the redox ability,resulting in enhanced photocatalytic performance.Remarkably,a 10%-ZnSe QD/COF has excellent photocatalytic H_(2)O_(2)-production activity,and the optimal S-scheme composite with ethanol as the hole scavenger yields a H_(2)O_(2)-production rate of 1895 mol g^(-1)h-1.This study presents an example of a high-performance organic/inorganic S-scheme photocatalyst for H_(2)O_(2)production. 展开更多

Anisotropy Effects on Polar Optical Vibrations in a Freestanding Wurtzite Cylindrical Quantum Dot

The properties of polar optical phonon vibrations in a quasi-zero- dimensional (QOD) anisotropic wurtzite cylindrical quantum dot (QD) are analyzed based on the dielectric continuum model and Loudon's uniaxial crystal model. The analytical electrostatic potentials of the phonon vibrations in the systems are deduced and solved exactly. The result shows that there exist four types of polar mixing optical phonon modes in the QOD wurtzite cylindrical QD systems. The dispersive equations and electron-phonon coupling function for the quasi-confined-half-space (QC-HS) mixing modes are derived and discussed. It is found that once the radius or the height of the QD approach infinity, the dispersive equations of the QC-HS mixing modes in the QOD cylindrical QD can naturally reduce to those of the QC and HS modes in Q2D QWs or Q1D QWWs systems. This has been analyzed reasonably from both of physicM and mathematical viewpoints. 展开更多

Water-dispersed CdSe/Bi2Se3 core/shell QDs with a photothermal conversion coefficient of 27.09% have been synthesized by a cation exchange reaction. The microstructure and crystal structure of the QDs, which were confirmed by TEM and XRD, showed that partial cation exchange occurred inside the CdSe QDs. Two main mechanisms are responsible for the excellent photothermal conversion: inhibition of radiative recombination of carriers due to the formation of type-II semiconductor heterostructures, and the large surface-to-volume ratio of the QDs. Photothermal conversion experiments indicated that the CdSe/Bi2Se3 QDs showed high photothermal conversion efficiency and excellent NIR photostability. 展开更多

Flexible and broadband photodetectors have drawn extensive attention due to their potential application in foldable displays, optical communications, environmental monitoring, etc. In this work, a flexible photodetector based on the crystalline PbS quantum dots(QDs)/ZnO nanoparticles(NPs) heterostructure was proposed. The photodetector exhibits a broadband response from ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)to near infrared detector(NIR) range with a remarkable current on/off ratio of 7.08×10^3under 375 nm light illumination.Compared with pure ZnO NPs, the heterostructure photodetector shows the three orders of magnitude higher responsivity in Vis and NIR range, and maintains its performance in the UV range simultaneously. The photodetector demonstrates a high responsivity and detectivity of4.54 A W-1and 3.98×10^12Jones. In addition, the flexible photodetectors exhibit excellent durability and stability even after hundreds of times bending. This work paves a promising way for constructing next-generation high-performance flexible and broadband optoelectronic devices. 展开更多
