全球化时代,不断涌现的全球性治理议题对各个治理领域的国际合作提出了迫切的需求。从法经济学角度分析,国际合作达致的因素包括合作收益、合作可自我实施以及自我逐利行为受约束等。各领域的国际合作在成功程度上存在明显差别,其原因... 全球化时代,不断涌现的全球性治理议题对各个治理领域的国际合作提出了迫切的需求。从法经济学角度分析,国际合作达致的因素包括合作收益、合作可自我实施以及自我逐利行为受约束等。各领域的国际合作在成功程度上存在明显差别,其原因是影响国际合作的因素存在"质"和"量"两个方面的差别。一方面,国际合作影响因素存在一定的顺序排列,合作收益、合作效力与合作机制因素集群之间的排序可能造成不同领域国际合作的程度差别;另一方面,国际合作的影响因素呈现程度的差别,合作收益、合作效力以及合作机制因素集群各自积累的程度会影响具体领域国际合作的水平。从国际合作达致因素的变量和量度的分析对国际合作实践和理论有丰富的启示意义。 展开更多

Through linear regression analysis to the trend of annual,seasonal and monthly precipitation of 72 meteorological stations in Hubei Province from 1961 to 1995,it is revealed that: 1) annual precipitation was increasing by 61.0mm/10a in the eastern part of Hubei (112°E as a dividing line) and decreasing by 34.9mm/10a in the western part; 2) precipitation in winter and summer (January,February,March,June and July) was increasing in almost whole province which usually with non-uniformity of precipitation distribution from the south to the north. The precipitation in spring,autumn and winter (April,September,November and December) was decreasing in most of the areas which usually with non-uniformity of precipitation distribution from the east to the west. March and December were transition periods between two spatial distribution patterns mentioned above; 3) the eastern part of Hubei has beome one of precipitation increasing centers in China. The results was consistent with the trend that more frequent flood and drought events happened in Hubei Province which are more different in spatial and temporal scales. 展开更多

The main objective of this study was always to know the profile of the institutionalized people in our environment, to know their reality: age, age of admission, level of dependency and evolution during their stay, y... The main objective of this study was always to know the profile of the institutionalized people in our environment, to know their reality: age, age of admission, level of dependency and evolution during their stay, years of stay, number of children, reason for admission. We use data from more than 600 patients from different residences of different backgrounds: public and private, lay and religious, rural and urban. We performed a descriptive study expressing the results in percentages with standard deviation and later evaluated the statistical significance of the differences using the student's t-test for the quantitative and Chi-square variables to compare qualitative variables. The results of the study are numerous and of diverse nature, because of their extension, from the general profile of the resident, to the important gender differences, attributed in principle to the different roles of each gender in the studied generations. There are also differences depending on the funding, the reason for admission or the environment. This is at the end only the beginning of a large comparative study with non-institutionalized population, in order to compare this population. 展开更多

Thickness of falling water film out of tubes is one of critical factors of heat transfer of evaporative air cooler. A new method of resistance measurement was developed to measure thickness of the film. When the resistance probe on the tip of micrometer touches the surface and bottom of the film, two corresponding sudden reductions of resistance occurs, and the difference of two graduations on the micrometer displays the thickness of the film. The film thickness of eleven angles was measured in five kinds of water flows and results varies from 0.8933mm to 1.7233 mm. Mean thickness and mean heat transfer coefficient of the film out of the tube was calculated. 展开更多
