在学术期刊的计量评价指标体系中,影响因子和总被引频次是2项最为重要的指标,占据了较高的权重;但是,期刊办刊历史长短、发表论文多少、出版周期长短、学科人群多少等都会影响总被引频次的大小。尤其是一些发表大量低水平论文的期刊,依... 在学术期刊的计量评价指标体系中,影响因子和总被引频次是2项最为重要的指标,占据了较高的权重;但是,期刊办刊历史长短、发表论文多少、出版周期长短、学科人群多少等都会影响总被引频次的大小。尤其是一些发表大量低水平论文的期刊,依靠论文数量众多,依然可以获得较高的总被引频次;但其影响因子却很低,论文质量很差。如何客观甄别这类论文数量巨大而质量效益不高的期刊?本文提出一个全新的衡量期刊量效关系的指标——期刊量效指数(journal mass index,JMI)。"量"指期刊的发文量,"效"则引入期刊影响因子。JMI定义为某刊影响因子与该刊影响因子对应的发文量的比值,意义是平均每篇文献对该刊影响因子的贡献值。JMI能客观反映同一个学科中量大质低的期刊的"臃肿程度"。在《中国学术期刊影响因子年报(2016版)》中,JMI被应用于修正期刊影响力指数(CI)排序,使CI排序更准确地反映学术期刊的学科影响力排名。实践证明,JMI是一个对学术期刊量效关系进行客观评判的有用的计量指标。 展开更多

Transumbilical laparoendoscopic single-site surgery of simple nephrectomy of nonfunctioning kidney: a two-year experience 被引量:1

Background: Laparoendoscopic single-site surgery (LESS) may serve as a potential alternative to conventional laparoscopy and is developing quickly, but still in its infancy. The study is to present our two-year experience in transumbilical LESS simple nephrectomy (LESS-SN) for non-functioning kidney, in an effort to evaluate its feasibility, clinical outcomes and potential advantages. Methods: From December 2008 to December 2010, a total of 11 patients with body mass index (BMI)≤30 underwent transumbilical TriPortTM LESS-SN by a single experienced urologist at our institution. The indications for nephrectomy included nonfunctioning kidney associated with ureteropelvic junction stricture (n=l), ureteral calculi (n=6), tuberculosis (n=3), and ureteral stricture (n=l). Patient demographics perioperative and follow-up data were prospectively collected and analyzed. Results: Ten procedures were successfully completed with one patient converted to open surgery due to uncontrollable bleeding. The mean operative time was 189.2 (ranging 100-320 min) with an estimated blood loss of 204.5 (ranging 50-1 000 ml). There were two complications of bleeding (1- intra-, 1- post-). The mean hospitalization after surgery was 7.9 d (ranging 4-17 d) With a regular follow-up of 1, 6, 12, and 24 months after surgery, all patients remained symptom-free with an intra-umbilical scar. Conclusion: Transumbilical LESS simple nephrectomy for nonfunctioning kidney can be accomplished with favorable surgical outcomes and a superiority of cosmesis. However, cases with chronic inflammation are not suitable for initial up-take and should only be attempted by the very experienced laparoscopist. 展开更多

Many structure-property/activity studies use graph theoretical indices, which are based on the topological properties of a molecule viewed as a graph. Since topological indices can be derived directly from the molecular structure without any experimental effort, they provide a simple and straightforward method for property prediction. In this work the flash point of alkanes was modeled by a set of molecular connectivity indices (Х), modified molecular connectivity indices ( ^mХ^v ) and valance molecular connectivity indices ( ^mХ^v ), with ^mХ^v calculated using the hydrogen perturbation. A stepwise Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) method was used to select the best indices. The predicted flash points are in good agreement with the experimental data, with the average absolute deviation 4.3 K. 展开更多

Effects of Various Pulsed Electric Field Conditions on Cell Disintegration and Mass Transfer of Sugar Beet

The effects of pulsed electric field on cell disintegration and mass transfer in sugar beet were studied. Sugar beet slices were treated by various Field strengths (0.5-6 kV cm^-1), capacity of capacitors (0.5, 8 and 32 μF) and pulse numbers (1-100 pulses). The cell disintegration index and energy input for each treated sample was evaluated. The results showed that the cell membrane of PEF (Pulsed Electric Field) treated samples using 2 kV cm^-1, 8 μF after 20 pulses, and 3 kV cm1, 8 μF after 10 pulses were rapidly disintegrated in less than 1 min. Most important parameters during cell permeabilization were the total energy input followed by field strength. Energy efficiency index was defined as cell disintegration index per energy input unit. The maximum efficiency index was achieved using 2 kV cm^-1, 8 μF after 5 pulses. Comparison between PEF pretreatment and thermal method showed that large amount of sugar may be extracted after PEF pretreatment using field strength of 2 Kv cm^-1, 8μF in less than 10 min at ambient temperature. In.addition, the consumed energy for thermal treatment was approximately 20 to 50 times more than PEF pretreatment. Optimizing the field conditions in PEF treatment is an important factor to achieve high amount of sugar extraction from sugar beet. 展开更多

In this paper, we consider the singular isothermal sphere lensing model that has a spherically symmetric power-law mass dis- tribution ρtot(r) - r-γ. We investigate whether the mass density power-law index y is cosmologically evolutionary by using the strong gravitational lensing (SGL) observation, in combination with other cosmological observations. We also check whether the constraint result of y is affected by the cosmological model, by considering several simple dynamical dark energy models. We find that the constraint on y is mainly decided by the SGL observation and independent of the cosmological model, and we find no evidence for the evolution of y from the SGL observation. 展开更多

Objective To observe the influence of acupuncture on sleep disorders and anxiety.Methods This is a descriptive study of correlation type.Sixty patients and 60 common people aged from 20 to 40 in Yazd City were selected to answer the questions of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI) questionnaires.The data were analyzed using correlation coefficient and multiple regressions.Results The results showed that treatment by acupuncture outperforms drug-based medication in decreasing the level of anxiety in people.The medication using chemical drugs has lower effect over the quality of sleeping.The acupuncture method has the best prediction from the sleep quality(53%).Also acupuncture method has the best prediction from lowering anxiety among people(62%).Conclusion Due to the effect of acupuncture on the patients suffering sleep disorders and anxiety,acupuncture can open promising horizons for these patients.Nowadays acupuncture has a special status on treatment of sleep disorders and anxiety. 展开更多

Transthyretin(TTR),a plasma protein with a tetramer structure,could form amyloid fibril associated with several human diseases through the dissociation of tetramer and the misfolding of monomer.These amyloidogenesis can be inhibited by small molecules which bind to the central channel of TTR.A number of small molecules like 2-arylbenzoxazoles(ABZ)analogues are proposed as promising therapeutic strategy to treat amyloidosis.In this work,comparative molecular field analysis(CoMFA)and comparative molecular similarity indices analysis(CoMSIA)three-dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationship(3D-QSAR)and docking studies were performed on series of 2-arylbenzoxazoles(ABZ)and linker-Y analogues to investigate the inhibitory activities of TTR amyloidogenesis at atomic level.Significant correlation coefficients for ABZ series(CoMFA,r2=0.877,q2=0.431;CoMSIA,r2=0.836,q2=0.447)and those for linker-Y series(CoMFA,r2=0.828,q2=0.522;CoMSIA,r2=0.800,q2=0.493)were obtained,and the generated models were validated using test sets.In addition,docking studies on 6 compounds binding to TTR were performed to analyze the forward or reverse binding mode and interactions between molecules and TTR.These results from 3D-QSAR and docking studies have great significance for designing novel TTR amyloidogenesis inhibitors in the future. 展开更多
