目的通过实验研究改进微量板倍量稀释法检测IgG抗A(B)效价。方法采用微量板倍量稀释法,选取一个高值和一个低值标本来比较裂解液类型(2-Me、DTT)与稀释比例、裂解液处理时间和细胞温浴时间差异对结果的影响,综合得出最佳操作方案,将此... 目的通过实验研究改进微量板倍量稀释法检测IgG抗A(B)效价。方法采用微量板倍量稀释法,选取一个高值和一个低值标本来比较裂解液类型(2-Me、DTT)与稀释比例、裂解液处理时间和细胞温浴时间差异对结果的影响,综合得出最佳操作方案,将此方案与试管倍量稀释法进行比较,判断改进后的效果。结果得出改进后的操作方案:DTT与血清比例为3∶1,37℃处理时间为60min,细胞温浴时间为30min。与试管倍量稀释法比较无显著性差别(P>0.05)。结论改进后的方法是准确、有效的,更适合实验室进行大批量标本检测。 展开更多

目的探讨微量板倍量稀释法在实验室大批量检测O型孕妇IgG抗A(B)效价的可行性。方法孕妇血清用2巯基乙醇(2-Me)处理后,用试管和微量板平行倍量稀释,再用微柱凝胶抗人球蛋白卡平行检测IgG抗A(B)效价,以2+为判定终点。全部样本由同一操作... 目的探讨微量板倍量稀释法在实验室大批量检测O型孕妇IgG抗A(B)效价的可行性。方法孕妇血清用2巯基乙醇(2-Me)处理后,用试管和微量板平行倍量稀释,再用微柱凝胶抗人球蛋白卡平行检测IgG抗A(B)效价,以2+为判定终点。全部样本由同一操作者重新用上述试剂再操作1次,以观察重复性。结果试管倍量稀释法与微量板倍量稀释法平行检测O型孕妇血清IgG抗A(B)效价,其中抗体效价<1∶256者,试管倍量稀释法为44.21%,微量板倍量稀释法为46.81%;抗体效价≥1∶256者,试管倍量稀释法和微量板倍量稀释法各占55.32%和53.19%,两者结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。重复性试验效价一致率,试管倍量稀释法90.4%,微量板倍量稀释法97.8%,微量板倍量稀释法的重复性好于试管倍量稀释法(P<0.05)。结论微量板倍量稀释法检测O型孕妇IgG抗A(B)效价与试管倍量稀释法结果相符,其不仅缩短了试验时间,减轻操作者劳动强度,而且重复性好,易于标准化,更适宜于实验室大批量样本检测。 展开更多

This paper presents a method to study the free vibration of a plate with circular holes.The circular hole is regarded as a virtual small plate in which the mass density and Young's modulus are zero.Therefore,the free vibration problem of the circular hole plate can be transformed into the free vibration problem of the equivalent rectangular plate with non-uniform thickness.The model is derived from the spectral geometry method(SGM),and the displacement of the plate with circular holes is expanded by the modified Fourier series.Virtual springs are added to the boundary of the plate to simulate the boundary conditions of simply supported and fixed supports.The accuracy of this method is verified by comparison with the finite element calculation results.The relationship between modal numerical solutions of plates with circular holes and boundary conditions and geometry of the plate is studied. 展开更多

At first, the completeness of the extended eigenfunction system in the sense of Cauchy's principal value is proved. Then the incompleteness of the extended eigenfunction system in general sense is proved. So the completeness of the symplectic orthogonal system of the infinite-dimensional Hamiltonian operator of this kind of plate bending equation is proved. At last the general solution of the infinite dimensional Hamiltonian system is equivalent to the solution function system series expansion, so it gives to theoretical basis of the methods of separation of variables based on Hamiltonian system for this kind of equations. 展开更多

To design a more effective blade pitch adjustment mechanism,research was done on changes to the hydrodynamic characteristics of VVPs(Variable Vector Propeller) caused by different rules for changing pitch angle. A mathematical method for predicting the hydrodynamic characteristics of a VVP under unsteady conditions is presented based on the panel method. Mathematical models for evaluation based on potential flow theory and the Green theorem are also presented. The hydrodynamic characteristics are numerically predicted. To avoid gaps between panels,hyperboloidal quadrilateral panels were used. The pressure Kutta condition on the trailing edge of the VVP blade was satisfied by the Newton-Raphson iterative procedure. The influence coefficients of the panels were calculated by Morino's analytical formulations to improve numerical calculation speed,and the method developed by Yanagizawa was used to eliminate the point singularity on derivation calculus while determining the velocities on propeller surfaces. The calculation results show that it's best for the hydrodynamic characteristics of the VVP that pitch angle changes follow the sine rule. 展开更多

When two identical QED cavities driven by the coherent fields are located in a uniform environment, in addition to dissipation, there appears an indirect coupling between the two cavities induced by the background fields. We investigate the effects of the coherent fields, the dissipation as well as the incoherent coupling on the following dynamical properties of the system: photon transfer, reversible decoherence, and quantum state transfer, etc. We find that the photons in the cavities do not leak completely into the environment due to the collective coupling between the cavities and the enviroment, and the photons are transferred irreversibly from the cavity with more photons to the cavity with less ones due to the incoherent coupling so that they are equally distributed among the two cavities. The coherent field pumping on the two cavities increases the mean photons, complements the revived magnitude of the reversible decoherence, but hinders the quantum state transfer between the two cavities. The above phenomena may find applications in quantum communication and other basic fields. 展开更多

The distortion caused by residual stresses in thick pre-stretched aluminum plates during machining integrated parts is a common and serious problem. To predict and control the machining distortion, the residual stress distribution in the thick plate must be measured firstly. The modified removal method for measuring residual stress in thick pre-stretched aluminum plates is proposed and the stress-strain relation matrix is deduced by elasticity theory. The residual stress distribution in specimen of 7050T7451 plate is measured by using the method, and measurement results are analyzed and compared with data obtained by other methods. In order to improve the intelligence of video monitoring system of belt and make up the deficiency of higher failure rate and bad real-time performance in the traditional systems of measurement of belt speed, according to the fact that the light of coal mine is uneven, the strength of light changes greatly, the direction of belt movement is constant, and the position of camera was fixed, various algorithms of speed measurement by video were studied, and algorithm for template matching based on sum of absolute differences (SAD) and correlation coefficient was proposed and improved, besides, the tracking of feature regions was realized. Then, a camera calibration method using the invariance of the cross-ratio was adopted and the real-time measurement of belt speed by the hardware platform based on DM642 was realized. Finally, experiment results show that this method not only has advantages of high precision and strong anti-jamming capability but also can real-time reflect the changes of belt speed, so it has a comprehensive applicability. 展开更多

Results showed that the microbial quantity in the air atthe workshop without depurator (54939 cfu·m^(-3)) was 2.1 times that of the workshop withdepu-rator (25768 cfu·m^(-3)). The depurator could purify air microorganisms at the workshop, witha purifying rate of 53.1%, but it did not reach the standards of clean air. Comparatively thedepurator is effective in reducing the quantity of air actinomyces, and some kinds of airactinomyces, such as Scabies, Cinereas and Hygroscopicas, can be clean out, but it is not veryeffective to bacteria and fungi. It is suggested that more effective and feasible methods should bedeveloped for purifying air microorganisms at the workshop in the future. 展开更多
