案例教学法联合翻转课堂教学法在临床本科教学的应用

目的:探讨案例教学法联合翻转课堂教学法在临床医学本科生中的教学效果。方法:选取2023-2024学年川北医学院临床医学专业就读的本科生作为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组。对照组32人,采用传统教学方法;研究组30人,采用案例教学联合翻转... 目的:探讨案例教学法联合翻转课堂教学法在临床医学本科生中的教学效果。方法:选取2023-2024学年川北医学院临床医学专业就读的本科生作为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组。对照组32人,采用传统教学方法;研究组30人,采用案例教学联合翻转课堂教学模式。比较一学年内两组学生的理论考试成绩及量表问卷调查结果。结果:研究组采用案例教学联合翻转课堂教学后,理论考试成绩稳步提升,并于一年后高于对照组(P<0.05)。量表问卷调查显示研究组在提高分析处理问题能力、锻炼评判性思维、提高表达交流能力、提高学习兴趣、提高师生合作意识、提高学习自主性、提高教学满意度方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:案例教学联合翻转课堂教学模式可以明显提高教学效果及学生的教学满意度,值得推广使用。 展开更多

目的探讨摄涕止鼽方对肺肾气虚型变应性鼻炎(AR)患者血清白细胞介素4(IL-4)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)的影响,并评价该方对AR患者症状及生活质量的影响。方法选择2017年5月至2018年5月就诊于成都中医药大学附属医院耳鼻咽喉科门诊肺肾气虚型AR... 目的探讨摄涕止鼽方对肺肾气虚型变应性鼻炎(AR)患者血清白细胞介素4(IL-4)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)的影响,并评价该方对AR患者症状及生活质量的影响。方法选择2017年5月至2018年5月就诊于成都中医药大学附属医院耳鼻咽喉科门诊肺肾气虚型AR患者50例作为研究对象,将其分为试验组和安慰剂组,各25例。试验组给予摄涕止鼽方治疗,安慰剂组给予安慰剂治疗。采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测治疗前后血清IL-4和IFN-γ水平,并对治疗前后VAS及RQLQ进行评分。结果试验组治疗后VAS和RQLQ评分较治疗前均降低,试验组治疗后血清IL-4水平较治疗前降低,且IL-4、IFN-γ水平均低于安慰剂组治疗后,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后血清IFN-γ比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论摄涕止鼽方能降低肺肾气虚型AR患者血清IL-4水平。 展开更多

Objective: The aim of this study was to analyze factors of psychological disorder experienced by 98 cancer patients and to probe into intervention measures in accordance with the corresponding bad psychological factors. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted in the test group (n = 98) by filling out a symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90). And then the survey result was compared with the normal group (n = 1388) contained in relevant references. Results: Except for hostile factor that was similar to normal level (P 〉 0.05), other 8 factors were higher than in normal group (P 〈 0.01). And the cancer patients were classified with the survey results. Conclusion: Compared with normal persons, cancer patients have more psychological problems and related intervention measures are sought necessarily to improve the quality of life, to advance the immune function and to prolong the survival time of patients. 展开更多

Adapting the Servqual Scale to a Private Hospital Emergency Services: An Empirical Investigation

Most of the time, clients only have one opportunity to evaluate a service received in terms of quality and satisfaction; under this premise organizations have been concerned with developing, in a permanent manner, a quality evaluation culture in the services offered to their clients. To do this, procedures and methods that let them achieve it, have been implemented. That is the case of the model that concedes to measure and evaluate service quality, which is redefined and named Servqual, considering a multidimensional theoretical construct that explains the client's perception of quality service considering the differences between what is expected and what is received. Therefore, the goal of this study is to identify the factors that define the quality of emergency services provided by a private hospital in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mtxico, a sample of 384 patients, with a confidence level of 95% and a margin of permissible error of 5%. A questionnaire with 22 items was applied to measure the perceptions and expectations of users in terms of the quality of the service, which was subjected to an extensive evaluation of reliability and construct validity, with an estimate Cronbach's alpha of 95.6% and 97.9% respectively. The results showed that Servqual is a valid, reliable, and dependable instrument to monitor and measure the quality of the services offered in private hospitals in Hermosillo, and permit hospital administrators to identify opportunities or improvement areas, from the patients' perspective. 展开更多

Evaluation of the reliability and validity of the modified Morisky scale for patient's compliance with moxibustion 被引量:6

Objective: A questionnaire for the compliance with moxibustion was designed based on the 4-item Morisky scale, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire was investigated. Methods: A modified Morisky scale was designed based on the 4-item Morisky scale for the compliance with moxibustion, and 146 patients having received moxibustion for over 2 weeks were investigated using this scale to evaluate their compliance with moxibustion; the internal equity and the construct validity of the scale were statistically analyzed. Results: The analysis of reliability showed that in item of internal consistency, the Cronbach's α was 0.72 and the split-half coefficient was 0.71, the correlation coefficients between the 4 component scores and the total score ranged 0.67-0.80, and the between-component correlation coefficients ranged 0.24-0.56; the exploratory factor analysis(EFA) totally extracted 1 common factor, and the explicable variation was 55.02%, and the loads of the 4 items were respectively 0.82, 0.81, 0.74 and 0.58. Conclusion: The reliability and validity of the modified Morisky scale for the compliance with moxibustion are acceptable, while several items need further modification and improvement in the expression and content. 展开更多
