It belongs to the tetrag... A new copper complex, Cu2(pba)(bpy)2Cl2·4H2O (here pba was propylenebis (oxamic acid), bpy was bipyridine), was synthesized. Crystal structure of the title complex was determined. It belongs to the tetragonal system, molecular formula Cu2Cl2O 10N6C 27H 32, Mr=798.58, space group P41212, a=b=9.484(4), c=35\^918(9), V=3235(2)3, Dx=1.64gcm -3 and F(000)=1568, μ=1\^546mm -1 for Z=4. The crystal structure was solved by direct methods for final R=0\^048 and Rw=0.060 for 1992 observed reflections with I>3σ(I). The complex has a C2 symmetry. A chloride anion, two nitrogen atoms from bipyridine and two oxygen atoms from the oxamide carbonyl and carboxyl coordinated to the Cu II ion forming a square pyramidal geometry. In each molecule, two bpy are almost parallel. 展开更多

Based on the construction of the 8-inch fabricat ion line, advanced process technology of 8-inch wafer, as well as the fourth-generation high-voltage double-diffused metal-oxide semiconductor(DMOS+) insulated-gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) technology and the fifth-generation trench gate IGBT technology, have been developed, realizing a great-leap forward technological development for the manufacturing of high-voltage IGBT from 6-inch to 8-inch. The 1600 A/1.7 kV and 1500 A/3.3 kV IGBT modules have been successfully fabricated, qualified, and applied in rail transportation traction system. 展开更多

A novel binuclear copper (Ⅱ) complex,namely [Cu 2{Ph 3P(CH 2) 2CO 2} 4(NO 3) 2]·(NO 3) 2 1,has been synthesized from the reaction of Cu(NO 3) 2·4H 2O with Ph 3P +(CH 2) 2CO - 2 L.The single crystal X ray structural analysis of 1 indicates that the compound crystallizes in space group P1(No.2) with a=12.652(3),b=18.983(4),c=9.102(3),α=97.26(2)°,β=107.38(2)°,γ=102.22(2)° and Z=1.In complex 1,a pair of Cu(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by carboxylate groups of four ligand molecules with a Cu…Cu distance of 2.738 to form a tetrakis (carboxylato O,O) bridge dimetal core,and the apical coordination positions are occupied by monodentate nitrato anions,which is rare in the structures of similar Cu(Ⅱ) complexes in which the apical ligands are usually neutral molecules.The result shows that introducing the anionic ligands into the coordination sphere of the Cu(Ⅱ) atom significantly increases the Cu…Cu distance. 展开更多

A new bimetallic cyano-bridged complex, [NdFe(CN)6(DMF)4(H2O)3]H2O (DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide) 1, has been obtained by the reaction of hexacyanoferrate potassium with neodymium (Ⅲ) chloride in H2O/EtOH/DMF (volume ratio: 2:2:1), and its structure was determined by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in space group P21/n of monoclinic system with cell parameters: a = 17.646(1), b = 8.9011(3), c = 19.945(1) ? b = 95.835(2)? V = 3116.6(3) ?, Z = 4, Dc = 1.536 g/cm3, Mr = 720.66, F(000) = 1456, m = 2.166 mm-1, R = 0.0386, wR = 0.1120 and S = 1.061. The central Nd (Ⅲ) ion is coordinated by seven oxygen atoms of four DMF molecules and three water molecules and one nitrogen atom of the bridging cyanide in a slightly distorted square-antiprism arrangement, and the Fe (Ⅲ) ion is in an almost octahedral environment coordinated to six cyano-ligands, of which one cyanide ligand bridges the Nd (Ⅲ) ion to form a bimetallic complex. Anisotropic Thermally-Accessible Lattice Distortion of a Cu(ll)-Cr(VI) Complex Bimetallic Oxide by Adsorbing a Chiral One-Dimensional Cu(ll)-Cr(VI) Coordination Polymer

The authors have prepared and characterized a chiral one-dimensional Cu(II)-Cr(VI) coordination polymer, [CuL2][Cr207] (L = (IR, 2R)-diaminocyclohexane), which exhibited intense d-d bands as well as charge transfer bands in the solid state electronic and CD spectra. Thermally-accessible lattice distortion was observed along the crystallographic a axis, which corresponded to Jahn-Teller distortion of Cu(II) chromophores. After firing [CuL2][Cr207], they could obtain a Cu(II)-Cr(VI) complex bimetallic oxide showing ferromagnetism and isotropic thermally-accessible lattice distortion. Preparation of composite materials of the coordination polymers and a complex bimetallic oxide could be confirmed by IR spectra and magnetic properties. It should be noted that the complex bimetallic oxide as the composite exhibited anisotropic thermally-accessible lattice distortion by adsorption of the chiral one-dimensional coordination polymer. 展开更多

Porous Pt-Fe bimetallic nanocrystals have been synthesized via self-assembly and can effectively facilitate the synthesis of 2-propanol from acetone. The bimetallic catalyst has three--dimensional channels and shows turnover frequencies (TOFs) of up to 972 h^-1 for a continuous process more than 50 h. Preliminary mechanistic studies suggest that the high reactivity is related to the interface consisting of a bimetallic Pt-Fe alloy and Fe2O3-x. An understanding of real catalytic behavior and the catalytic mechanism based on model systems has been shown to help fabricate an improved Pt/Fe3O4 catalyst with increased activity and lifetime which has great potential for large-scale industrial applications. 展开更多

Single-event charge collection is controlled by drift, diffusion and the bipolar effect. Previous work has established that the bipolar effect is significant in the p-type metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor(PMOS) in 90 nm technology and above. However, the consequences of the bipolar effect on P-hit single-event transients have still not completely been characterized in 65 nm technology. In this paper, characterization of the consequences of the bipolar effect on P-hit single-event transients is performed by heavy ion experiments in both 65 nm twin-well and triple-well complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS) technologies. Two inverter chains with clever layout structures are explored for the characterization. Ge(linear energy transfer(LET) = 37.4 Me V cm^2/mg) and Ti(LET = 22.2 Me V cm^2/mg) particles are also employed. The experimental results show that with Ge(Ti) exposure, the average pulse reduction is 49 ps(45 ps) in triple-well CMOS technology and 42 ps(32 ps) in twin-well CMOS technology when the bipolar effect is efficiently mitigated. This characterization will provide an important reference for radiation hardening integrated circuit design. 展开更多
