金湿法冶金中的金银分离

本文概述了氰化堆金原理及硫化碱(Na2S)作为分离剂的起因,生产实践表明,使用硫化碱(Na2S)作为金湿法冶金中的金银分离剂是正确的,它既简化了工艺流程又缩短了工艺时间,同时降低了劳动强度和单位生产成本,其效果是显而易见的。

Modern hydrometallurgy has been developing for more than 100 years and the related articles keep piling up.Based on a bibliometric analysis of the articles in Hydrometallurgy,the most authoritative journal in the field of hydrometallurgy,we try to catch the research and development trends from a global perspective.Firstly,keywords burstness shows that rare earth,recycling,lithium,ionic liquid,and thorium are the hotspots in recent years,and the economic and technological reasons behind them were discussed in depth.Secondly,the proportion of biohydrometallurgy grows fast from 5%to 13%and the related articles are almost all about bioleaching.There are some new directions such as direct preparation of materials in hydrometallurgical processes and ion-imprinted techniques.Thirdly,the advanced instrument analysis methods such as XAFS(X-ray absorption fine structure),gene sequencing,and micro-CT promote the deep understanding of hydrometallurgy mechanism.Finally,the cooperation network and contribution of the main institutes were mapped. 展开更多

The thermodynamic equilibria and kinetic aspect of gold dissolution in iodine-iodide leaching were studied with emphasis on the effects of pH value and temperature on the system.The results of thermodynamic analysis of iodine in aqueous solution were given and numerous forms of iodine exist mainly in the acid region of pH values.An increase of the potential of the system results in an increase of iodine speciation.The oxidizing potential of the system will increase by the addition of element iodine.The IO^(3-)anions are stable in the potential range from-2.0 to-0.75 V and at pH value greater than 12.1.An increase of the temperature shifts boundaries of existence of various iodine species in the acid region of pH values.Some of them become unstable.The determined values of the diffusion coefficients and the thickness of the diffusion boundary layer,as well as the solvent concentration on the disc surface(14 mg/L) indicate that the process proceeds in the external diffusion region.Thus,while choosing the conditions of leaching from gold-containing materials of different origins of iodide solvents,it is necessary to carry out the process within the acidic region of pH values,where I^-,I_3^- and IO_4^- ions are capable to form complex compounds with metals. 展开更多

A two-stage ligand selection method composed of a primary selection and a critical selection,for complex-leaching valuable metals was presented.At the primary selection stage,three conditions were discussed under a supposed ideal state by mathematical derivation.Generally,ligands selected under condition Ⅰwere easier for complex-leaching valuable metals than that under conditionⅡ,however,under conditionⅢ,ligands selected were hard to complex-leaching the valuable metals.Ligands that were out of these three conditions could be disposed directly.In critical selection,ligands selected in primary selection can be finalized.Case applications were provided for verifying the method.The application indicated that iminodiacetate(Ida2-)can be used as a complex agent for complex-leaching smithsonite(ZnCO3);the leaching condition should be controlled with pH 8-11;the relative error of the minimum consumption of Ida2-between the predicted and the calculated results is 5.3%.The results indicate that the theoretical derivations in the ideal state are reliable,and the method for ligand selection is practical and operable. 展开更多

An orthogonal array,L16(45),was used to examine the effects of four parameters,including NaCl concentration,H2SO4 concentration,temperature and pulp density,on the recovery of Cu,In,Pb and Zn from a hydrometallurgical residue via brine leaching.The results show that temperature of leaching solution has a significant effect on the recovery of Cu,In and Zn,while H2SO4 concentration has an obvious influence on these metals extraction.Both pulp density and NaCl concentration significantly affect Pb extraction.Based on the orthogonal array experiments,the optimum conditions for the extraction of Cu,In,Pb and Zn from hydrometallurgical residue are NaCl concentration of 250 g/L,H2SO4 concentration of 1.00 mol/L,temperature of 85℃,and pulp density of 100 g/L.After 1 h of treatment at these optimum conditions,over 91% of the metals are extracted from the residue.Brine leaching is therefore suitable for the recovery of metals from hydrometallurgical residues. 展开更多
