某金矿石中可供回收的有价元素为金,品位为1.78 g/t,现场生产流程为全泥氰化浸出工艺,为解决矿山面临的环保压力,实现清洁生产,探索新的选矿工艺替代现有全泥氰化浸出工艺。在工艺矿物学研究基础上,通过单一浮选、重选+浮选选矿工艺流... 某金矿石中可供回收的有价元素为金,品位为1.78 g/t,现场生产流程为全泥氰化浸出工艺,为解决矿山面临的环保压力,实现清洁生产,探索新的选矿工艺替代现有全泥氰化浸出工艺。在工艺矿物学研究基础上,通过单一浮选、重选+浮选选矿工艺流程对比,确定采用重选+浮选工艺流程。结果表明:重选+浮选工艺流程获得的重选精矿金品位3034.60 g/t,浮选精矿金品位16.85 g/t,重选+浮选金总回收率94.80%,金回收指标与现场全泥氰化浸出工艺指标相当。对浮选精矿进行金硫分离探索试验,获得了金品位68.25 g/t、金作业回收率84.95%的金精矿,硫品位42.21%、含金3.25 g/t的硫精矿。研究结果为同类矿山实现清洁生产提供了参考借鉴。 展开更多

国外某含铜硫化金矿石采用硫(金)浮选—金精矿氰浸—活性炭吸附工艺回收金。由于金精矿中含铜高达1.15%,氰化浸金时,铜矿物不仅影响金的氰化浸出(氰化物对金的选择性不及对铜的选择性),而且铜矿物的浸出大量消耗氰化物,造成氰化物消耗量... 国外某含铜硫化金矿石采用硫(金)浮选—金精矿氰浸—活性炭吸附工艺回收金。由于金精矿中含铜高达1.15%,氰化浸金时,铜矿物不仅影响金的氰化浸出(氰化物对金的选择性不及对铜的选择性),而且铜矿物的浸出大量消耗氰化物,造成氰化物消耗量大;浸出液含铜高,炭吸附金时产生高铜炭,炭浸尾渣除氰漂白粉耗量高;且后续金冶金环节,高铜炭解吸和精炼时间长、成本高,活性炭再生难度大,炭吸附能力下降。为解决因金精矿含铜高所带来的一系列问题,在对金铜混浮—精矿再磨—铜硫(金)分离工艺流程进行试验研究的基础上,完成了现场工艺改造。生产实践证明,采用该工艺处理现场矿石,可取得金品位为13.09 g/t、含铜0.07%、金回收率为35.00%的金精矿和铜品位为14.00%、含金203.69 g/t、金回收率为60.00%、铜回收率为92.00%的铜精矿。工艺改造后,氰化物等药剂用量及生产成本大大降低,金回收率明显提高,并产出了铜精矿,企业获得了显著的经济效益。 展开更多

Analysis of H_2S Tolerance of Pd-Cu Alloy Hydrogen Separation Membranes

The presence of a limited amount of H2S in H2-rich feed adversely affects the Pd-Cu membrane permeation performance due to the sulphidization of the membrane surface. A theoretical model was proposed to predict the S-tolerant performance of the Pd-Cu membranes in presence of H2S under the industrial water-gas-shift(WGS) reaction conditions. The ideas of surface coverage and competitive adsorption thermodynamics of H2S and H2 on Pd-Cu surface were introduced in the model. The surface sulphidization of the Pd-Cu membranes mainly depended on the pressure ratio of H2S to H2, temperature and S-adsorbed surface coverage, i.e., the occurrence of sulphidization on the surface was not directly related with the bulk compositions and structures [body centered cubic and face centered cubic(bcc or fcc)] of Pd-Cu alloy membranes because of the surface segregation phenomena. The resulting equilibrium equations for the H2S adsorption/sulphidization reactions were solved to calculate the pressure ratio of H2S to H2 over a wide range of temperatures. A validation of the model was performed through a comparison between lots of literature data and the model calculations over a rather broad range of operating conditions. An extremely good agreement was obtained in the different cases, and thus, the model can serve to guide the development of S-resistant Pd alloy membrane materials for hydrogen separation. 展开更多

Pressure Oxidative Leaching of Complex Sulphide Concentrate

The presented results are related to the leaching of Pb-Zn-Cu-Fe sulphide concentrate, obtained from barite-sulphide ores, under the elevated temperatures and pressures in an autoclave. The leaching process was performed using the sulphur acid solution with the oxygen addition for the separation of the targeted metals from the polymetallic concentrate. In this process influences of various parameters were discussed and then correlated to the leached metals, zinc, copper and iron. Zinc, copper and iron were dissolved in a solution, while lead remained as insoluble in the leach residue. The best leaching results were determined under the temperature of 210 ℃ during the 240 min. Obtained leaching degrees were 98% zinc, 95% copper and 96% iron. 展开更多

An ion-selective electrode(ISE)-based immunoassay has been innovatively designed for the sensitive detection of liver cancer biomarker(alpha-fetoprotein,AFP),using metal sulfide quantum dot(QD)-based nano labels.Cd S QDs-aggregated PAMAM dendrimer(QD-DE)was first synthesized and functionalized with polyclonal rabbit anti-human AFP antibodies.Thereafter,a sandwich immunoreaction was implemented on monoclonal mouse anti-human AFP antibody-coated microplate by using antibody-functionalized QD-DE as the secondary antibody.Accompanying the immunocomplex,subsequent potentiometric detection of cadmium ion dissolved from the QD-DE under acidic condition was conducted on a portable cadmium ion-selective electrode(Cd-ISE).Results revealed that the electrode potential of the Cd-ISE increased with the increment of AFP concentration from 0.1 to 100 ng m L^(-1)at a detection limit(LOD)of 68 pg m L^(-1).The relative standard deviations(RSD)were below9.09%and 10.54%for the intra-and inter-assay,respectively.Additionally,six human serum specimens were determined on CdISE-based immunosensor by using commercial human AFP ELISA kit as the reference,and gave good relationship between two methods.Importantly,Cd-ISE-based immunoassay offers the promise for simple and cost-effective screening of disease-related biomarkers. 展开更多
