METHODS: Fifty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 1, 2,3,4, and 5 d groups, and every group had 10 animals. HRP (30% aqueous solution) was injected into a Fengch'ih. Serial, transverse or capital, 40 urn sections of the cervical spinal ganglia, cervical and thoracic spinal cord segment and brain were cut on a cryotome. Sections were incubated for HRP histochemistry according to the tetramethylbenzidine (TMB). Part of the sections were counterstained with neutral red. RESULTS: After 1 d of survival times, many labeled cell bodies were found in 1-4 cervical spinal ganglia, anterior horn of 1-4 cervical spinal cord, ventromedial division of facial nucleus, accessory facial nucleus ipsilaterally. With increasing survival times, the intensity of labeled cells were slightly decreased. CONCLUSION: Fengch'ih may bring into full play its effect by correlation of posterior ear branch of facial nerve and anterior branch of 2-3 cervical nerve with 1-4 cervical the anterior horn of the spinal cord, ventromedial division of facial nucleus, accessory facial nucleus.展开更多
In cases where substorm injections can be observed simultaneously by multiple spacecraft,they can help elucidate the potential mechanisms of particle transport and energization,of great importance to understanding and...In cases where substorm injections can be observed simultaneously by multiple spacecraft,they can help elucidate the potential mechanisms of particle transport and energization,of great importance to understanding and modeling the magnetosphere.In this paper,using data returned from the BeiDa-IES(BD-IES) instrument onboard a satellite in an inclined(55°) geosynchronous orbit(IGSO),in combination with two geo-transfer orbiting(GTO) satellite Van Allen Probes(A and B),we analyze a substorm injection event that occurred on the 16 th of October 2015.During this substorm injection,the IGSO onboard BD-IES was outbound,while both Van Allen Probe satellites(A and B) were inbound,a configuration of multiple trajectories that provides a unique opportunity to simultaneously investigate both the inward and outward radial propagation of substorm injection.Indicated by AE/AL indices,this substorm was closely related to an IMF/solar wind discontinuity that showed a sharp change in IMF Bz direction to the north.The innermost signature of this substorm injection was detected by Van Allen Probes A and B at L-3.7,while the outermost signature was observed by the onboard BD-IES instrument at L-10.These data indicate that the substorm had a global,rather than just local,effect.Finally,we suggest that electric fields carried by fast-mode compressional waves around the substorm injection are the most likely candidate mechanism for the electron injection signatures observed in the inner- and outermost inner magnetosphere.展开更多
OBJECTIVE:Electroacupuncture effect on neurological behavior and the expression of tyrosine kinase Janus kinase 2(JAK 2) of ischemic cortex in rats with the focal cerebral ischemia were investigated in this study.METH...OBJECTIVE:Electroacupuncture effect on neurological behavior and the expression of tyrosine kinase Janus kinase 2(JAK 2) of ischemic cortex in rats with the focal cerebral ischemia were investigated in this study.METHODS:The model of focal cerebral ischemia was established by the heat-coagulation induced the occlusion of the middle cerebral artery.The electro-acupuncture was applied on Baihui(GV 20) and Dazhui(GV 14),and AG490 was applied by intracerebroventricular infusion.The expressions of JAK2 mRNA and phospharylatedJAK2(p-JAK2) in the ischemic cortex were observed by in situ hybridization and western blotting.RESULTS:The expressions of JAK2 mRNA and p-JAK2 were rarely found in sham surgery group.In model group,the expression of JAK2 mRNA and JAK2 phosphorylation had increased.After 1 day of cerebral ischemia,the expression had reached its peak.After cerebral ischemia,the expressions of JAK2 mRNA and p-JAK2 were consistent with the neurological deficit score.Electroacupuncture treatment and AG490 intervention were able to improve the neurological deficit score after cerebral ischemia,and down-regulate the expressions of JAK2 mRNAand JAK2 phosphorylation.CONCLUSION:After cerebral ischemia,the excessive expressions of JAK2 and the JAK2 phosphorylation would be one of mechanisms by which the brain injury got worse.The therapy of electro-acupuncture could reduce the expression of JAK2,and inhibit JAK2 phosphorylated activation,so as to block the abnormal activation of signal transduction pathway which was induced by JAK2.展开更多
