明确猕猴桃黑头病病原菌的生物学及致病特性,研究不同培养条件下菌体的生长特性,及其对不同品种猕猴桃的致病性差异,为深入开展侵染机理、流行规律及病害防治关键技术等研究提供理论依据。结果表明,猕猴桃黑头病的病原菌Diaporthe eres... 明确猕猴桃黑头病病原菌的生物学及致病特性,研究不同培养条件下菌体的生长特性,及其对不同品种猕猴桃的致病性差异,为深入开展侵染机理、流行规律及病害防治关键技术等研究提供理论依据。结果表明,猕猴桃黑头病的病原菌Diaporthe eres在15~30℃、pH 5~11条件下均能生长,最适温度28℃,对高温敏感,高于35℃时菌体生长速度显著降低。菌体在多种碳源中均能生长,最适碳源为葡萄糖。更易利用有机氮源,最适氮源为酵母浸粉。钙离子对病原菌生长具有促进作用,菌体生长速度与钙离子含量呈正比。菌体不能产生有性孢子,只能以无性分生孢子进行繁殖。对‘翠香’、‘徐香’、‘瑞玉’猕猴桃具有明显的致病性,但是不侵染‘海沃德’、‘亚特’、‘秦美’猕猴桃。 展开更多

Based on the model of the two calcium stores developed by Goldbeter, the influence of external magnetic field on the calcium concentration has been discussed. We believe that the cell membrane is a major site of interaction for extremely-low-frequency (ELF) electromagnetic fields, and the permeability of ions can be changed with the changing electromagnetic fields. It is shown that magnetic field initiates intraeellular calcium oscillation with a threshold in flux density, and that the calcium oscillations do not occur if the density of magnetic field is below the threshold. The results of theoretical calculation are consistent with that of the experiment. The intracellular free calcium concentrations of different cells exposed to the same magnetic fields are different from each other. It is indicated that the different behaviors such as oscillation, rise and invariability of calcium concentration are associated with the sort of cells. 展开更多
