应用于储热领域的混合钠基废盐热物性分析

近年来工业废盐的堆积量剧增引发一系列环境问题。废盐的处置方法已成为制约废盐资源化利用的瓶颈。针对以NaCl和Na_(2)SO_(4)为主要成分的工业废盐(杂质离子包含钙、镁、钾等金属离子),本工作提出利用钠基废盐作为储热材料的处置思路... 近年来工业废盐的堆积量剧增引发一系列环境问题。废盐的处置方法已成为制约废盐资源化利用的瓶颈。针对以NaCl和Na_(2)SO_(4)为主要成分的工业废盐(杂质离子包含钙、镁、钾等金属离子),本工作提出利用钠基废盐作为储热材料的处置思路并对其热性能进行分析。采用分子动力学方法,分析废盐中主要杂质对钠基盐体系热物性影响。进一步通过高温熔融法制备二元钠基共晶盐NaCl-Na_(2)SO_(4),分别添加质量分数为1%和5%的KCl模拟含有微量K^(+)废盐,研究其对混合盐热物性影响。结果表明K^(+)对钠基盐的热物性有显著提升,含有1%和5%KCl的混合钠基盐相比二元钠基共晶盐的相变潜热分别提高了64%和60%,导热系数提高了2~3倍。K^(+)的存在有利于废盐热物性改善,为该类固废资源化利用提供了途径。 展开更多

本文对高温条件下多元混合熔融盐进行热重分析。实验中,将高温条件设定为600℃。选择了成本较低,且具有良好储热性与导热性的钾基二元盐、钠基二元盐。在钠基二元盐的基础上,分别添加了硝酸钙、碳酸钾、氯化钠;在钾基二元盐基础上,添加... 本文对高温条件下多元混合熔融盐进行热重分析。实验中,将高温条件设定为600℃。选择了成本较低,且具有良好储热性与导热性的钾基二元盐、钠基二元盐。在钠基二元盐的基础上,分别添加了硝酸钙、碳酸钾、氯化钠;在钾基二元盐基础上,添加碳酸钠。分别对其进行TG测试。基于此,本文对不同比例下的二元盐、四元纳基盐进行TG测试。实验结果表明:碳酸钾+硝酸钾、碳酸钠+硝酸钠、碳酸钠+硝酸钠+硝酸钙的熔点分别为300.7~302.2℃、300.7~302℃、292.8~293.5℃;分解温度分别为650℃、652.3~676.8℃、638.8~659.7℃。另外,碳酸钠+亚硝酸钠+硝酸钠的熔点为223~270℃;硝酸钠+亚硝酸钠、碳酸钠+硝酸钠+碳酸钾、碳酸钠+硝酸钠+氯化钠、碳酸钠+硝酸钠+碳酸钙、碳酸钠+硝酸钠+碳酸钾+硝酸钾分解温度分别为647.6~650℃、674~682.6℃、616.9~650.8℃、650.3℃、630~635℃。 展开更多

To clarify the precipitation of silica hydrate from the real desilication solutions of aluminosilicate solid wastes by adding seeds and improve integrated waste utilization,the seeded precipitation was studied using synthesized sodium silicate solution containing different inorganic salt impurities.The results show that sodium chloride,sodium sulfate,sodium carbonate,or calcium chloride can change the siloxy group structure.The number of high-polymeric siloxy groups decreases with increasing sodium chloride or sodium sulfate concentration,which is detrimental to seeded precipitation.Calcium chloride favors the polymerization of silicate ions,and even the chain groups precipitate with the precipitation of high-polymeric sheet and cage-like siloxy groups.The introduced sodium cations in sodium carbonate render a more open network structure of high-polymeric siloxy groups,although the carbonate ions favor the polymerization of siloxy groups.No matter how the four impurities affect the siloxy group structure,the precipitates are always amorphous opal-A silica hydrate. 展开更多

Effects of tachyplesin and n-sodium butyrate on proliferation and gene expression of human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line BGC-823 被引量:17

AIM: To investigate the effects of tachyplesin and n-sodium butyrate on proliferation and gene expression of human gastric adenocarcinoma cell line BGC-823. METHODS: Effects of tachyplesin and n-sodium butyrate on proliferation of BGC-823 cells were determined with trypan blue dye exclusion test and HE staining. Effects of tachyplesin and n-sodium butyrate on cell cycle were detected by flow cytometry. Protein levels of c-erbB-2, c-myc, p53 and p16 were examined by immunocytochemistry. RESULTS: The inhibiting effects were similar after 2.0 mg/L tachyplesin and 2.0 mmol/L n-sodium butyrate treatment, the inhibitory rate of cellular growth was 62.66% and 60.19% respectively, and the respective maximum mitotic index was decreased by 49.35% and 51.69% respectively. Tachyplesin and n-sodium buD/rate treatment could markedly increase the proportion of cells at G0/G1 phase and decrease the proportion at S phase. The expression levels of oncogene c-erbB-2, c-myc, and mtp53 proteins were down-regulated while the expression level of tumor suppressor gene p16 protein was up-regulated after the treatment with tachyplesin or n-sodium buD/rate. The effects of 1.0 mg/L tachyplesin in combination with 1.0 mmol/L n-sodium butyrate were obviously superior to their individual treatment in changing cell cycle distribution and expression of c-erbB-2, c-myc, mtp53 and p16 protein. The inhibitory rate of cellular growth of BGC-823 cells after combination treatment was 62.29% and the maximum mitotic index wasdecreased by 51.95%. CONCLUSION: Tachyplesin as a differentiation inducer of tumor cells has similar effects as n-sodium butyrate on proliferation of tumor cells, expression of correlative oncogene and tumor suppressor gene. It also has a synergistic effect on differentiation of tumor cells. 展开更多

The effects of salinity (50 mmol/L NaCI) and Cd (1 μmol/L CdCl2) as sole and combined on growth and photosynthetic parameters were studied using two soybean genotypes, Huachun 18 and NGB. The concentrations of Cd^2+, Zn^2+, Ca^2+, Mg^2+, K^+ and Na^+were also determined in seeds and pods. Huachun 18 suffered a more serious decrease than NGB in net photosynthetic rate (P,) in the treatments of salinity stress alone and combined stress (NaCl+Cd), showing that it is relatively sensitive to salinity. The decrease in P, caused by salt stress in Huachun 18 was mainly due to the reduced total chlorophyll content and photosynthetic efficiency (the ratio of variable fluorescence to maximal fluorescence, Fv/Fm), whereas the decease in NGB was mainly related to reduced stomatal conductance (Gs), The combined stress of both Na and Cd did not induce further decrease in photosynthesis and fluorescence in the two genotypes relative to salt or Cd stress alone. Greater change in the pod concentrations of Zn^2+, Ca^2+, Mg^2+, K^+ and Na^+was detected under salt stress for Huachun 18 than for NGB. The results suggested that the interactive effect of NaCl-Cd on growth and nutrient uptake differs between the two soybean genotypes. 展开更多
