H-H joint of "H-jointed SPSP with H-H joint", which is made up of interlocking two H-steel sections of different sizes, is the one of SPSP's joint to improve the hydraulic conductivity. "H-H jointed SPSP with H-H ... H-H joint of "H-jointed SPSP with H-H joint", which is made up of interlocking two H-steel sections of different sizes, is the one of SPSP's joint to improve the hydraulic conductivity. "H-H jointed SPSP with H-H joint" is expected to be applied to a vertical cutoff wall in coastal landfill sites. In H-jointed SPSP with H-H joint, the H-joint is completely imperviousness. H-H joint, however, is pervious at interlocked state because a gap of 8 to 11 mm is left between the interlocking flanges, therefore, a water interception treatment must be conducted to seal the gap. The water shielding treatment of H-H joint is executed by coating the gaps with a water-swelling sheet of paint before its installation. Then, hollow space is generated in H-H joint after treating by water-swelling sheet, and that space can be used effectively. This paper proposes leachate control technologies using H-H joint interior space of SPSP cutoff walls. The possibility of those technologies and hydraulic conductivity of H-jointed SPSP with H-H joints are demonstrated by conducting the hydraulic conductivity test. 展开更多

Based on plastic bending engineering theory and machine vision technology, the intelligent control technology for forming steel pipe with JCO process is presented in this paper. By ‘twice pre-bending method’ in the first forming step, the springback law can be obtained. With the springback law and the target angle, the exact punch displacement which determines the formed angle in each bending step is predicted. In the succedent forming steps, the bending process is carried out with the exact punch displacement by real-time revising the springback law. And the angle error in each forming step is calculated by comparing the actual formed angle with the target angle. By conducting compensation for the last angle error in the next forming step, each precise bending process step is realized. A system of intelligent control technology for forming the steel pipe was developed. A calibration method is proposed to calculate the exterior parameters of the CCD camera, in which the equilateral triangle is em-ployed as the calibrating board and only one image needs to be captured. A mathematical model, which converts the angle in the image into the actual formed angle, is derived. The experimental results showed that the ellipticity of the formed pipes was less than 1.5% and the high-quality pipes can be manufactured without the worker's operating experience by employing the in-telligent control technology. 展开更多

A new-generation TMCP(NG-TMCP) with ultra fast cooling(UFC) as core technique was suggested instead of the conventional TMCP in which some problems are to be solved.And the ultra fast cooling technology has been successfully applied to the plate rolling production in Shouqin Metal Materials Co.Ltd.Industrial trials are reported for the production of X70 pipeline steels(about 70000 t) under UFC conditions.Pipeline steels with reasonably good properties have been produced on an industrial scale.UFC can improve the temperature uniformity,the mechanical properties and the plate profile of X70 pipeline steel.The performance features of the trial plates can meet the standard of X70 pipeline steel.Spot test results have shown that the qualification rate of shape control,the performance and charpy impact properties for the trial plates are 95%,97% and 98%,respectively.The impact values of X70 pipeline steel at UFC mode exceed the standard requirements of X80 pipeline steel.The productivity is enhanced because cutting quantity of head and tail of the plate is reduced.The enhancement of control accuracy of the red back temperatures is favorable for industrial production of X70 pipeline steel.The reduced production of the steel-making has been industrially achieved,since a new composition was designed by reducing the vanadium content to less than 0.045 wt.%. 展开更多
