采用分根技术、营养液培养方法 ,研究缺铁条件下供应不同形态氮素对玉米苗期体内不同铁库中铁再利用的影响。结果表明 ,缺铁条件下 ,玉米新生叶片铁营养状况不仅受体内铁库强度大小的影响 ,而且也受外界调节措施—氮素形态的调节。研究... 采用分根技术、营养液培养方法 ,研究缺铁条件下供应不同形态氮素对玉米苗期体内不同铁库中铁再利用的影响。结果表明 ,缺铁条件下 ,玉米新生叶片铁营养状况不仅受体内铁库强度大小的影响 ,而且也受外界调节措施—氮素形态的调节。研究发现 ,与NO3-N相比 ,不考虑根细胞质外体铁库时 ,供应NH4-N可使初生叶中 32 %的铁再利用 ,考虑根系铁库时 ,初生叶铁变化不明显 ,而可使根系 40 %的铁转移至地上部。无论根系是否有铁库 ,缺铁条件下 ,NH4-N能提高新叶活性铁含量和伤流液中铁浓度。 展开更多

Iron and steel industry is an important sector of Iran's economy.Choghart iron ore mine is an important iron ore producer of Iran steel industry.Phosphorous contained in the iron ore concentrates of Choghart mine has a detrimental effect on the steel making process,whereby this causes cracks to form in the refractory lining of blast furnaces.In the past,about 1.43 Mt of low-grade and 4.53 Mt of high-phosphorous materials had been transported to low grade and high phosphorous stockpiles,respectively,for future beneficiation.As a result of the progressive depletion of high-grade ore and establishment of beneficiation plant in Choghart,exploitation of these two stockpiles in this mine became an important issue.In this work,a linear goal programming(GP) model was developed in order to determine the optimum iron ore blend in terms of quality from low grade and high phosphorous stockpiles of Choghart mine.The model was solved by the SOLVER V.9 program.Results show that feeding with acceptable quality(w(Fe)≥50% and w(P)≤1.2%,mass fraction) materials can be blended from stockpiles that satisfy the needs of the Choghart processing line. 展开更多

Acaudina leucoprocta is an edible sea cucumber of economic interest that is widely distributed in China. Little information is available concerning the molecular genetics of this species although such knowledge would contribute to a better understanding of the optimal conditions for its aquaculture and its mechanisms of defense against disease. Therefore, we constructed a c DNA library and, based on bioinformatics analysis of the sequences, the functions of 75% of the c DNAs were identifi ed, including those involved in cell structure, energy metabolism, mitochondrial function, and signal transduction pathways. Approximately 25% of genes in the library were unmatched. The gene for A. leucoprocta ferritin was also cloned. The predicted amino-acid sequence of ferritin displayed signifi cant homology with other sea-cucumber counterparts but indicated that it was a new member of the ferritin family. Semiquantitative real-time RT-PCR indicated the highest levels of ferritin m RNA expression in the intestine. A polyclonal antibody of ferritin was also produced. These data provide a set of molecular tools essential for further studies of the functions of ferritin protein in A. leucoprocta. 展开更多

We study electronic transport through a quantum dot (QD) with a precessing magnetic field. By using the Keldysh nonequilibrium Green function method, formulas of local density of states (LDOS) and conductance of QD are derived self-consistently. It shows that the LDOS and conductance have obvious changes with the Coulomb blockade interaction. The intensity and angle of the magnetic field or temperatures, which reflect the mesoscopic structure of the QD are derived. The superiority of this device is that the QD can be controlled easily by the magnetic field, so it is valuable to apply in generating, manipulating and probing spin state. 展开更多

The mining of placer iron ore greatly influences the surrounding desert grassland.In Agdala Town,Qinghe County,Xinjiang,the soil seed bank is severely damaged,and the utilization and productivity of desert grasslands are almost zero,which seriously affects the safety of the ecological environment and the development of local animal husbandry.It is very important to supplement soil seed banks to enhance the species composition of desert grasslands after ecological restoration.In this study,the effects of the seed bank,species composition,and seed burial depth on the seedling emergence rate at placer iron ore site before and after artificial seed bank replenishment were compared using the germination tray method.The original soil seed bank in the study area contained only four species,which were all annual plants.The dominant species were Salsola ruthenica and Corispermum orientale,and the soil seed bank density was very small.The emergence regularity of the soil seed bank was closely related to water content,and the emergence of annual vegetation was explosive.Seed burial depth affected the emergence rate of perennial grass,and we determined that a burial depth of 0–5 cm was the most effective for emergence.This indicates that seedling emergence of artificially supplemented soil seed bank can be completed within 7 days if the sowing depth is appropriate;sowing depths greater than 5 cm affect seed germination.These findings provide a basis for selecting species to populate large areas. 展开更多
