Since the volume variation of silicon particles during cycling,the binding spots between Cu current collector and silicon anode raised to be one of the critical binding problems.In this work,an amino-modified Cu current collector(Cu^(*))is fabricated to tackle this issue.The amino groups on Cu^(*)surface increase its hydrophilicity,which is conducive to the curing process of aqueous slurry on its surface.Meanwhile,these amino groups can form abundant amide bonds with carboxyl groups from the adopted polyacrylic acid(PAA)binder.The combined action composed of the covalent bond and mechanical interlocking could reduce the contact loss inside the electrode.However,high concentration silane coupling agent treatment will weaken the surface roughness of Cu^(*)and weaken mechanical interlocking.What is more,the insulation of silane coupling agent reduces the conductivity of Cu and increases the impedance of battery.Considering the effect of silane coupling agent comprehensively,electrochemical performance of Cu^(*)-0.05%is best. 展开更多

Hydrogen peroxide was used as an oxidant to modify the cuprite surface and enhance its sulfidization.Surface-adsorption and infrared spectroscopy measurements indicated that the modification of the cuprite surface with hydrogen peroxide before sulfidization increased the adsorption capacity of xanthate.Zeta potential,scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry results showed that the modification with hydrogen peroxide increased the contents of S^(2−)and Sn^(2−)species on the cuprite surface.Microflotation tests showed that the recovery of cuprite increased from 61.74%to 83.30%after the modification of the surface with hydrogen peroxide.These results confirm that the modification of the cuprite surface with hydrogen peroxide enhances the sulfidization of cuprite,which in turn improves its flotation. 展开更多

采用激光熔覆技术在铜表面制备了55Ni-35Ti-10Si (at%)合金熔覆层,熔覆层呈现上、下两层。利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、能谱仪(EDS)分析合金熔覆层的组织。结果表明,熔覆层上层组织为树枝晶,组成相为... 采用激光熔覆技术在铜表面制备了55Ni-35Ti-10Si (at%)合金熔覆层,熔覆层呈现上、下两层。利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、能谱仪(EDS)分析合金熔覆层的组织。结果表明,熔覆层上层组织为树枝晶,组成相为初生钛固溶体+枝晶间Ni_3Si;下层组织为胞状晶,组成相为初生钛固溶体+枝晶间铜固溶体,胞状晶区高度约为200μm。利用KGT和LKT改进模型计算得出熔覆层熔池凝固过程枝晶尖端过冷度-凝固速度曲线,从热力学角度分析熔覆层出现分层的机理。对熔覆层进行显微硬度试验,得到上层树枝晶区域和下层胞状晶区域平均硬度(HV)分别为8000和2200 MPa。下层胞状晶区域的存在有利于熔覆层与基体间性能过渡,提高了熔覆层稳定性。 展开更多

The main focus of the present work is to investigate Critical Heat Flux (CHF) enhancement using CuO nanofluid relative to CHF of pure water. To estimate the effect of nanoparticles on the CHF, pool boiling CHF values were measured for various volume concentrations of CuO nanofluid and compared with pure water. CHF enhancement of 130% was recorded at 0.2 % by volume of CuO nano-fluids. Surface roughness of the heater surface exposed to three measured heating cycles indicated surface modifications at different volume concentrations of nanofluid. SEM image of the heater surface revealed porous layer build up, which is thought to be the reason for CHF enhancement. 展开更多
